3、传染病或疑似传染病病人有专人引导到隔离的分诊点进行就诊。需转院者，工作人员应将患者的病历记录复印件一并转至相应医院。 4、准确、快速地从就诊病人中预检出传染病病人或疑似病人，转送到感染性疾病科，做到早就诊、早诊断、早隔离、早治疗。 5、预检、分诊人员应坚守工作岗位，严格按分诊流程工作，熟练掌握分诊业务，做到合理分诊。 6、预检、分诊护士，要服务热情，询问病史详细，并做好登记工作。若发现有流行性疾病倾向时，及时向上级主管部门汇报。 7、加强预检、分诊人员的个人防护，加强对工作环境进行消毒隔离制度的落实。 8、在预检、分诊工作中，工作人员要积极开展卫生防病知识的健康教育的宣传。 传染病预检分诊人员工作制度 为有效安全地做好流行病、传染病预检、分检工作，有效控制传染病疫情，防止医疗机构内交叉感染，保障人民群众和医务人员的身体健康和生命安全，做好流行病、传染病的监测、控制、诊疗工作，特制定本院工作制度： 1、医师在接诊过程中，应当注意询问病人有关的流行病学史、职业史，结合病人的主诉、病史、症状和体征等对来诊病人进行传染病的预检，并做好接诊记录。 2、对患有传染病的病人及时进行早报告、早诊断、早隔离、早治疗。 3、对病情严重不适合在本院隔离治疗的患者，医师应及时报告，按传染病人转诊要求向县医院传染科就近转诊。 4、预检、分诊医务人员应当严格遵守卫生管理法律、法规和有关规定，认真执行临床技术操作规范、常规以及有关工作制度。 5、医务人员应自觉做好个人的防护安全，增强防护安全意识，轮换工作，工作后注意休息，对工作中的不足、疏漏，相互提醒、监督。 6、向患者及家属宣传传染病一般防护知识，提高公众的卫生意识和个人防护意识，做好公众心理疏导工作，避免出现社会恐慌。 林甸县中医院呼吸道传染病防治工作计划 1、挂牌设置流行病预检分诊室（条件相对独立，通风良好）。 2、预检分诊人员的配备：成员：韩冬华、王明星、黄天博、邱化民。 3、预检分诊管理制度：具体内容制定。
