The second reason is that road construction is not consummate. They need to improve their efficiency in repairing the road and improving the street environment. With the prompt increasing of population and automobiles, some roads can not be developed and utilized. These problems will make traffic jams more serious. The last reason is the management of traffic system. It is not rigorous, and people should strengthen their awareness of traffic regulations.
