大栅栏 V宅北京 _ hyperSity 建筑设计事务所

大栅栏V宅坐落于北京大栅栏茶儿胡同的一个四合院内。V宅既取自建筑空间结构中两处重要的V字型交通空间，又涵盖“微”的概念，即微小的设计干预以及微小的空间可以提供更多的行为可能性。大栅栏由于历史上是聚集全国商贾进京驻留之地，这种历史背景造成了大栅栏特有的“外来文化”、“草根文化”与“混杂文化”相互的融合。而项目所在地的这个四合院也如同街区的其他房子一样，呈现着大杂院的状态，共居住七八户居民。其中北边的厢房在原住四户家庭被腾退之后，形成一个完整的北厢房。TheVhouseofChaerHutongislocatedinacourtyardhouseofBeijingDashilan.TheVoftheVhousewastakenfromthearchitecturalstructureintwoimportantVtrafficspace,andcoverstheconceptofthe“micro”.Itimpliesthatthesmallspatialinterventioninthespacecanprovidemorebehavioralpossibilities.LikethegeneralconditioninDashilan,thecourtyardhousewithfour-sidehalls,wheretheprojectislocated,traditionallywasbelongtoonefamily.Ithasbeentransformedto“Dazayuan”,whichmeanstheownershiphasbeendistributedtoatotalof7to8households.Afterfourfamiliesmovedout,acompletehallwasformedinthenorthside.鸟瞰，aerialview,大栅栏V宅，北京/hyperSity建筑设计事务所微小的设计干预以及微小的空间可以提供更多的行为可能性,V宅的建筑改造试图阐述和传达在旧城改造中，本地人和外地人相互混杂的情况下，如何处理新设计的角色。建筑师对于改造的预期不希望将年代不断叠加的必要空间要素痕迹抹去。在产权明晰的情况下，有价值和意义的使用空间是可以继续保存，并通过新设计的手法介入，能够更好的融入街区的整体面貌并活化新的文化记忆。,AstheagglomerationregionwherebusinessmenfromalloverthecountryinBeijing,theimperialDashilanhasresultedintheintegrationof“nationalculture”,“grassrootsculture”and“mixedculture”.ThearchitecturaltransformationofVhousetriestoexpoundandconveyhowtodealwiththeroleofnewdesignintheoldcityrenewalproject,whereaccommodatesbothlocalandmigrantpeople.Thearchitectsdesireofthetransformationisnottoerasethetracesofthenecessaryspatialelementsthatareconstantlysuperimposedbytheages.Inthecaseofclearpropertyrights,valuableandmeaningfulconstructivespacecanbepreserved,andnewdesigntechniquescanbeusedtobetterintegrateintotheoverallappearanceoftheareaandactivatenewculturalmemories.前视，frontview,V宅的建筑改造实施三个策略。首先是大杂院空间需要提高使用效率，让每一寸的室内空间得到充分的使用。新设计中，我们在室内植入一种可变，可功能转化，以及复合型的体量。整合厨房、淋浴间，卫生间，洗衣房会客、办公，榻榻米等休息空间。这个体量对一个三开间的厢房进行重新划分，用秸秆版进行快速搭建。一楼的东西两跨形成的通高空间，是开放自由的：可居住，可联合办公，可展览，并可进行小型活动。ThreerenovationstrategyoftheVHousewasimplemented.Firstofall,thespaceofthecourtyardneedstoimprovetheutilizationefficiency.Thisvariable,functionalandcomplexspatialvolumeisimplantedwithinteriorintegrationsofthekitchen,shower,bathroom,laundryroom,thelaundryroom,theoffice,thetatamiandtherestroom,byusingthestrawboardmaterial.Thehighspaceisformedbytheeastandwestbayafterremovingtheceilingonthefirstfloorwhichisopenandfree:itcanbeusedforliving,co-working,exhibitionandsmallactivities.入口，entrance,在室内植入一种可变，可功能转化，以及复合型的体量，thevariable,functionalandcomplexspatialvolumeisimplantedwithinteriorintegrations,一楼的东西两跨形成的通高空间，是开放自由的，thehighspaceisformedbytheeastandwestbayafterremovingtheceilingonthefirstfloorwhichisopenandfree,二层设置私密的工作空间，融入坐卧式讨论私密空间。在拿掉吊顶之后，在屋顶的三角形空间下新的空间体量的中心区，利用两个V字型的交通空间组织有效的绕过屋梁，形成层次丰富室内空间夹层，并将这几个不同的标高空间有效的组织起来。Onthesecondfloor,workingspaceisset,withsemi-privatespaceforsit-downdiscussion.Inthetriangleoftheroofspaceundertwomainbeams,two“V”typetransportspaceisfunctioningtheeffectiveorganizationofmultipleelevationslayers.二层设置私密的工作空间，onthesecondfloor,workingspaceisset,三角形空间下形成两个V字型的交通空间，形成层次丰富室内空间夹层，inthetriangleoftheroofspaceundertwomainbeams,two“V”typetransportspaceisfunctioningtheeffectiveorganizationofmultipleelevationslayers,另外一大策略是把自建部分拆掉后，改建成更加坚固永久的建筑体量。我们利用传统合院建筑的青砖物料堆砌了花砖墙把原来加建红砖结构替换掉，形成两处围合庭院和透光天井。在保证内部的私密性同时，增加了空间使用上的透光性。花砖墙东侧的外立面完全打开后，增加木制格栅和玻璃幕墙，提供良好采光。Theotherbigstrategyistoreplacetheself-builtpartwithamoresolidandpermanentconstruction.Thearchitectstookadvantageofthetraditionalcourtyardgreybrickstopileupthebrickwall,formingtwoenclosedcourtyardbasedontheoriginalfootprintoftheself-builtparts.Whileensuringinternalprivacy,italsoincreasestransparencyforlookingout.Afterthefacadeontheeast,sideofthebrickwallisfullyopened,woodengrilleandglasscurtainwallareaddedtoprovidegoodlighting.用传统合院建筑的青砖物料堆砌了花砖墙把原来加建红砖结构替换掉，tookadvantageofthetraditionalcourtyardgreybrickstopileupthebrickwall,花砖墙东侧的外立面完全打开后，增加木制格栅和玻璃幕墙，提供良好采光，afterthefacadeontheeastsideofthebrickwallisfullyopened,woodengrilleandglasscurtainwallareaddedtoprovidegoodlighting,围合空间形成透光天井，formingtwoenclosedcourtyardbasedontheoriginalfootprintoftheself-builtparts,策略三是重新调整由于自建占据被四合院庭院空间，并充分利用屋顶空间，创造一个三维的公共空间。使得室内空间的公共活动可以进行适度的外部延伸，包括单人休憩，两个人私密交谈或三人以上的讨论。Thethirdstrategyistoreadjustthecourtyardopenspaceoccupiedbytheself-builtarchitectureandmakefulluseoftheroofspacetocreateathree-dimensionalpublicspace.Thepublicactivitiesintheindoorspacecanbeextendedtoamoderatedegree,includingarelaxationofindividualperson,aprivateconversationbetweentwopeopleoradiscussionofmorethanthreepeople.从外围通向屋顶空间，stairstotheroofspace,胡同杂院再生后的V宅，成为杨梅竹斜街街区的创业团队和新的外来使用者活动孵化器，提供聚会，交友，居住，创作，工作等多功能场地，让他们成为这个地区新的居民。因为在V宅中，人的活动在空间里的属性是灵活的：个人可以策划自己的起居，团体可以策划艺术家驻留和多媒体创作。新的业态和新的生活在这个杂院里，通过新的空间组合搭配，打通并开放给不同的模式行为。在2017北京国际设计周的一个活动“ttg歪楼：与陌生人一起宅6小时+解忧编辑室”，举办方通过媒体召集了许多相互不认识的参与者，在V宅内举行自发性的活动，并在网上进行直播。于是在不久的将来，也会有不断的新内容和新活动植入这个街区。Aftertheregenerationofhutongcourtyardhouse,Vhousehasbecomeanincubatorprovidingmulti-functionalvenuestowelcometheentrepreneurialteamsofneighboringYangmeiZhuitaiStreetaswellasoutcomersasnewresidences.IntheVhouse,peoplesactivitiesareflexible:individualscanplantheirownlivingspace,andagrouppeoplecanplanartistresidenceandmultimediacreation.Newformofbusinessandlifeinthiscourtyardcouldbemade,throughthespontaneousselectionandcombinationofdifferentpatternsofbehavior.In2017BeijingDesignWeek,anactivity“ttgslantingfloor:6hourswithstrangers+melancholynewsroom”,hostedmanyyoungparticipantswhodidnotknoweachothertoexperiencedifferentactivities,andlivebroadcastintheInternet.轴测图，axon,胡同的杂院生活是紧凑的，你中有我，我中有你。V宅每一处改造都会继续影响周边邻居的生活，并因此留下生活痕迹。邻居利用这个小平台摆放他们晾晒的鞋子，晾衣绳会搭到新设计的这个镂空砖上。胡同生活持续的叠加在个杂院新建筑上,而不是一座独处的孤立空间。Hutonglifeiscompact.EveryrenovationofVhousewillcontinuetoaffectthelivesofitsneighborsandleaveatrailofnewlife.Neighborsusethesmallplatformtolayouttheirshoesfordrying,andclotheslinesareplacedoverthenewlydesignedhollowed-outbrickwall.Insteadofanisolatedarchitecture,Hutonglifeisconstantlysuperimposedonthenewrenovations.院落生活，lifeintheneighbor,未来的大栅栏，应该区别于精英化的社区，而延
