2 4.1.1 拱部、边墙裂缝、施工缝、变形缝、环向模板拼 接缝漏水，进行裂缝堵漏和裂缝修复。 (1）缝宽大于 5mm 采用环氧砂浆嵌缝处理，施工工艺流 程为：开槽配置环氧砂浆嵌缝封槽养护。 （2）缝宽小于 5mm 采用环氧树脂灌浆处理。施工工艺 流程为：裂缝清理埋设灌浆嘴封缝配置浆液安设灌 浆器槽身填充浆液固化清理灌浆底座及堵头。 4.1.2 拱部、边墙点漏、群漏及拱墙交接处水平纵向施 工缝漏水，采取斜缝或骑缝衬砌化学注浆（水溶性聚氨酯） 处理。施工工艺流程为：裂缝清洗钻孔清孔埋管表 面封缝通风检查浆液配置注浆封孔处理待凝检查 表面处理。 4.24.2 施工要点施工要点 4.2.1 拱部、边墙裂缝、施工缝、变形缝、环向模板拼 接缝漏水，进行裂缝堵漏和裂缝修复按如下工序进行。 （1）凿槽 凹槽长度应比裂缝每端长出 5cm 为宜。 凹槽全部采取人工手工凿得，严禁采用电动或风动工具， 以免产生震动，影响衬砌结构的稳定。在开凿前，先用墨线 弹出凿除线（以裂缝为中线，每侧各分 35cm 为开凿线） ， 再用钢钎及小榔头打凿。由于工作面小，每人负责一条裂缝 的凿除，当裂缝较密时，相邻的施工人员应隔开一定距离 （不小于 1.5m）作业，以免抡锤时伤及对方。 施工时及注意以下几点： a.严格按设计图中要求的截面尺寸进行凿槽，外大内小， 3 成八字形。 b.凹槽的深度不得小于设计深度 5cm。槽底及侧壁要平 整、规则，并用水冲洗干净。 (2)裂缝填缝料制作 衬砌表面的轻微裂缝在凿成 V 型槽后，采用环氧树脂砂 浆进行填堵。 环氧树脂砂浆是一种高快凝固，高粘度的混有砂浆的灌 浆材料。环氧砂浆配制工艺过程：环氧树脂加热至 60， 按比例加入二丁脂搅拌均匀，冷却后加入乙二胺拌匀，然后 再倒入已经混合均匀的水泥砂子中，再充分搅拌后使用。 环氧砂浆要随伴随用，其施作时间为 3040 分钟。 环氧树脂砂浆的配合比如下： 环氧树脂：丙酮：乙二胺：水泥：砂=100:15:10:150:300 水泥为 P.0425 的水泥，砂采用的是中砂。 （3）灌浆 灌浆前对灌浆机具、器具及注浆管进行检查，运行正常 后开始灌浆。将配置好的环氧树脂浆液用标尺标记，做好灌 浆记录；开始时，保持在 0.2Mpa 以上的压力，并且逐渐升 高。注意观察灌浆嘴的排气情况，待有纯浆排出，即可堵住 灌浆嘴。待最后一个灌浆嘴流出浆液时，堵住灌浆嘴，在继 续压注 5 分钟左右，关上进浆嘴上的转芯阀门，即结束灌浆。 4 灌浆结束后，立即拆除管道，并用丙酮把管道、设备清 洗干净。 施工注意事项： a.作业人员在拌制环氧水泥砂浆时应手戴胶套，防止材 料在使用时烧伤或腐蚀皮肤。 b.材料用量应严格按配合比操作，使拌制料达到最佳效 果。 c.环氧水泥砂浆的每次拌制量不宜过多，成品应尽快用 完。若在使用前已凝固，则不得使用，作废料处理。 d.为保证防水堵漏效果，膨胀型快凝水泥砂浆填塞应从 上向下做起。 e.浆液制好后，即可使用，不宜存放。 f.在填塞浆液前，将凹槽用毛刷刷干净，再刷环氧树脂 基液，而后由上而下地塞入环氧砂浆，随塞随抹，压实赶平。 每一条裂缝应一次性填塞完毕，不得中途停止而形成断节 (4) 封孔：灌浆后 2-4 天，待浆液凝结后，在用水泥浆 抹平灌浆嘴封孔。 (5)养护：在封堵完成后一周之内进行洒水养护。 4.2.34.2.3拱部、边墙点漏、群漏及拱墙交接处水平纵向施 工缝漏水有两种施工方案:斜缝钻孔注浆和骑缝钻孔注浆。 骑缝钻孔注浆施工工艺与斜缝钻孔注浆基本相同，只是注浆 孔直接接布置在缝上，而不是两侧。
