mlessPipesshallbesuppliedeitherinnormalized,normalizedandtemperedorquenchedandtemperedcondition.Pipesinasrolledconditionisnotacceptable.PipescanbeconsideredasnormalizedifthefinishingtemperatureisaboveAc3WeldedPipesmustbesubjectedtoaheattreatmentprocess,i.e.,stressrelieved,normalized,normalizedandtemperedorquenchedandtempered.PipesorderedforsourservicemustmeetbeHICtestedHICresistantplates/coilsintendedforthemanufacturingofpipesshallbeprocuredfromanapprovedSaudiAramcosteelmill.TestingshallbeperformedbytheManufacturer/Vendoror3rdpartylaboratoryacceptabletoSaudiAramcoThefrequencyofinspectionforHICtestshallbeonepipefromeachheat.OnesetofthreespecimensisrequiredforHICtesting.HICtestverificat
