Personal Marketing Plan1.Personal background Eunice, female, born in 1988, started studying in the first major of Public Administration in South China Agricultural University in September 2007, and started the dual degree in major of Electronic Information Engineering in September 2009, finally finished the two degrees at the same time and graduated in June 2011, studying MBA program in Arkansas State University now.2. Analysis insight(1) Strengths:* As an international student, I can speak foreign language naturally. Especially China is becoming a huge market with full of potential.*I communicate well with my team. I treat people sincere and good at listening to others and synthesizing their ideas. Im so attentive that I always consider things with more perspectives and make ideas into practical plans. For example: I formed a team with two classmates from Indian to work on the projects those professor orders. Although we are from different country and our pronunciations are very different, I still can find ways to catch up with them, such as writing it down, repeat their sentences in my word, to make sure I didnt misunderstand. When we need to organized a meeting, I usually collect all time we will be free, and choose an appropriate time integrating with other factors as rare abortion, good spirits.*I have a strong sense of responsibility. I usually love what Im working on. I work seriously. Besides Im willing to learn and good at using what I have learned. Thats why I studied double degree in my undergraduate degree. The knowledge of two different major can help me premeditate things comprehensive, and the skill that I learned can merge together to help me study overall. *The experience studying about administration makes me have good writing skills. When I worked as a volunteer in the Asian Games Organizing Committee, the Opening statement I drafted was adopted.(2) Weaks:* I lack the sense of competition. When there is someone try to be a team leader, Ill do my best to help he/she to finish the project perfectly, instead of try to fight to be the leader.* My oral expression is too detailed sometimes. That wastes a lot of time and confuses others sometimes.* I work hesitantly, especially when I face to make decisions.*Im too conservative about work. And I work without enough risk-taking. Analysis outsight:(1) Opportunities： * Analysis on the major, We can learn management methods and techniques more professional than other students. There is no doubt that we will be more professional in management. And all companies need management staff. So demanding from the market, this profession is very promising.*WTO countries are facing a globalization situation, which provide more opportunity in a broader arena to show personal advantage. And the world economy is waking up from the financial tsunami in 2008, that would create more jobs. * It cant be ignored that the ASU itself provides me with excellent hardware and software conditions. I have opportunity to participate in a number of research projects, applying my knowledge, accumulating more experience, and have many opportunities to contact with senior in industry.* Im studying with many best students, which makes me have many occasions to learn from them and build good relationships with them. (2) Threats: * Globalization also means that international competition and challenges, companies demands for higher quality to individual.
