1. 简介 OURUI-DSS-2008-3D钻井液振动筛作为石油、天然气钻井作业过程中第一级钻井液净化设备，主要用于钻井液中固、液相的初步分离，即将钻井液中的有害固相（岩屑等）分离出去，保证钻井液的性能，并为后续净化设备提供合适的钻井液。 OURUI-DSS-2008-3D钻井液振动筛具有较宽的筛布目数选择范围（最大目数可达200目/时），用户可根据使用情况选配不同目数的筛布。 OURUI-DSS-2008-3D钻井液振动筛电气按钻井作业现场防爆要求配置设备，系统防爆标志为d IIBT4。2. 结构OURUI-DSS-2008-3D钻井液振动筛主要由底座、进料箱、筛箱、筛网、激振器和减振器、升降架和控制系统等8大部件组成（见附图）。3. 原理筛箱通过橡胶浮子悬挂于底座支架上，在两台反向旋转的电激振器共同作用下，沿一定方向作直线振动，它通过机械振动将大于筛网孔的固体和通过颗粒间的粘附作用将部分小于网孔的固体颗粒筛离出来。从井口返出来的钻井液经过振动着的振动筛筛网表面，固相从筛网尾部排出，含有小于网孔的固相颗粒的钻井液透过筛网流入循环系统，从而完成较粗固相颗粒的分离作用。4. 主要参数OURUI-DSS-2008-3D型激振转速 1500r/min激振器功率/电压/频率 21.86kw/380V/50Hz筛网规格 3-1053697（mmmm）最大处理量 210m3/h外形尺寸 282618381630（mmmmmm）净重 1950kg激振器其它参数详见电激振器操作手册5. 运输与吊装（1） 用升降架将筛箱调至水平位置。（2） 装好左右两侧两个运输托架（红色），如下图所示。为避免运输及吊装过程中因筛箱晃动导致橡胶浮子损坏，OURUI-DSS-2008-3D钻井液振动筛在筛箱左右两侧配备了两个运输托架，这些托架使筛箱在运输或吊装时不会自由移动。 （运输托架）（3） 吊装必须在底座吊耳处吊挂，起吊时，应保证设备处于水平位置。6. 安装与调试（1） 将设备固定在有足够刚度和强度的水平基础上。（2） 将进液管与进料箱入口法兰联接。（3） 拆下筛箱左右两侧的运输托架，使筛箱通过橡胶浮子处于悬空状态。（4） 检查橡胶浮子联接螺栓是否有松动，如有松动，则需紧固。（5） 用户按激振器说明书的要求，将规范电源接入振动筛的控制箱。（6） 卸下激振器轴承盖中心位置上的堵塞，点动电机，观察电机转子旋向，两台振动电机旋向应相反，如下图两种组合均可，旋向确定后，装上堵塞。（7） 电机按标记接地。（8） 筛网的选择与安装a. 筛网采用钩边筛布，用户可根据使用要求选择不同目数的筛网。b. 筛网的安装和拆卸是通过筛箱两侧的螺栓张紧装置完成的，如上图所示。由于筛网处于张力下，为防止筛网张紧时被拉向一边或拉偏，在筛箱内侧一边焊有一系列的定位块，如下图所示。上筛网时，筛网在定位块一侧的张紧螺栓应首先与筛网压板啮合，并由中间向两边拧紧，固定筛网的一端，然后再从另一侧与筛网压板啮合的中间两颗张紧螺栓开始拧紧，最后拧紧该侧其余的螺栓。操作中，采用带万向节的专用套筒扳手，转动螺母来张紧或松动筛网，旋转螺栓90可拆下筛网。c. 筛网损坏的主要原因是筛网张紧力不够，以致引起筛网颤动，通常沿筛网边缘或包边压条处断裂或损坏。因此，筛网安装请严格按照前面的方法进行，否则将近使筛网过早损坏。d. 当筛网下面的橡胶垫条发生断裂或磨损，请及时予以更换，否则也将使筛网过早损坏。7. 操作开机（1） 开机前必须拆下运输托架，保证筛框处于自由悬挂状态。（2） 先开启1号电机，待1号电机运转正常后，开启2号电机（只有在启动1号电机后才能启动2号电机，否则2号电机不能启动）。（3） 待振动筛运转正常后，开启进液阀，让钻井液进入筛箱。（4） 调整筛面角度a) 机械举升：加大（减小）倾角,将棘轮顺时针（逆时针）旋转, 直到卡紧齿轮,将扳手调整到水平位置,逆时针（顺时针）拉动扳手, 使液面覆盖达到筛箱长度的2/3为宜，随着流量、粘度的变化，应对筛面的角度进行适时调整。b) 油缸举升：使用液压升降装置（如下图所示），调整筛面角度（OURUI-DSS-2008-3D型调整范围-1+5），使液面覆盖达到筛箱长度的2/3为宜，随着流量、粘度的变化，应对筛面的角度进行适时调整。(机械举升) （机械举升机构） （液压举升） （液面示意图）调整步骤：机械举升：a. 调整棘轮 b. 将扳手放置到水平位置c. 扳动扳手，升降筛箱到适当的位置 液压举升：d. 松开顶柱环 e. 锁紧手油泵回油阀f. 手油泵加压稍微提起筛箱g. 取出两边立柱上的插销h. 手油泵继续加压，升降筛箱到适当位置i. 插入插销j. 手油泵泄压k. 锁紧顶柱（5） 在使用过程中，如粘度太高而出现跑浆现象，可用高压清水短时间冲洗筛面。停机（1） 关闭进液阀（2） 让振动筛持续运转3分钟，将筛面上的残留物排出完。（3） 先停止2号机，再停止1号机。（4） 使用清水冲洗筛网。8. 维护保养（1） 激振器的维护保养a. 定期用力矩扳手检查底脚螺栓是否有松动，力矩为70kg.m。b. 定期检查激振器引入电缆悬挂是否有磨擦、挤压现象。c. 拆装激振器时，严禁使用铁器敲打。d. 严禁自行调节电振器的激振力。e. 激振器的润滑必须按电机说明书执行，加注时由上部的油杯加入，并卸下底部的堵头，将旧油脂排出。注：请严格按要求加注指定牌号润滑脂，不得随意加注其它牌号润滑脂。工厂可为用户有偿提供润滑脂或提供咨询。f. 设备停止不用时，应清扫激振器外壳上的泥浆污物。g. 设备经长途运输或长期搁置不用时，在使用前必须用相应电压的兆欧表测量其定子绕组与机壳间的绝缘电阻，当额定电压为380V时，不低于0.38M,否则电机应进行干燥处理，直到绝缘电阻达到规定值时为止。h. 激振器损坏严重时，请及时与制造厂联系修复。i. 严禁用水直接冲洗控制箱和分线盒。激振器的维护保养详见电激振器操作手册。（2） 振动筛的维护与保养a. 长期搁置不用时或长途运输前，应清除振动筛上的泥浆污物。b. 检查的有联接螺栓是否松动，并拧紧。c. 检查橡胶浮子是否撕裂或起层，并更换。d. 检查筛网下面的橡胶垫条是否发生断裂或磨损，并更换。e. 检查进料箱是否聚积泥饼，并清除。9. 常见故障及处理故障现象产生原因处理方法不产生振动1.未供电2.电缆接头松动或断裂3.电机损坏1.按要求供电2.重新接线3.更换电机不排砂1.两台电机旋向不对2.只有一台电机运转1.重新调整电机旋向2.启动两台电机运转振动不平稳1.橡胶浮子损坏2.安装不平3.电机轴承损坏1.更换橡胶浮子2.重新调整水平位置3.更换电机轴承噪音大1.螺栓松动2.电机轴承磨损3.设备未固定1.紧固螺栓2.更换电机轴承3.固定设备电机轴承温度太高1.润滑脂选用不当，或加注过多（过少）2.轴承磨损1.加注适量规定使用的润滑脂2.更换轴承进液流通不畅进料箱内泥饼堵塞清除泥饼10. 随机附件序号名称数量用途1专用套筒扳手1用于旋紧螺栓张紧装置2电激振器操作手册13OURUI-DSS-2008-3D振动筛使用说明书1311、 Overview OURUI-DSS-2008-3Ddrilling fluid vibrator works as the primary purifying equipments for drilling fluid while oil and gas drilling working . it aims to separate solid from fluid preliminarily, it means that the vibrator separates the pernicious solid (cuttings, etc.) from the fluid in order to keep the fluid features unchanging, and supplies the suitable drilling fluid for next purifying equipments.OURUI-DSS-2008-3Ddrilling fluid vibrator has a wide selectable range of screen numbers (Max. Numbers is 200mesh).User can adapt the screen cloth of different screen numbers according to requirement.The electrical devices of OURUI-DSS-2008-3D drilling fluid vibrator completely meet the explosion-proof standards of the drilling field. The all system reached the explosion-proof level dIIBT4.Please read the manual carefully and follow them before operating the equipment in order to make certain it works normally.2. It uses two special explosion-proof vibrating motors as vibrating source. Motors rotate at determined rotating direction, and make the whole system linearly vibrate along certain direction. Solid of different sizes are separated from drilling fluid with the screen that possess different screen numbers. So the drilling fluid is purified.4 transport and hoist4.1 adjust the screen frame and make it horizontal with hydraulic lifter.4.2 install four brackets (red color) in front and at back ,two-side position of the frame.Four support-brackets are provided for OURUI-DSS-2008-3D drilling fluidvibrator to keep the rubber floats from damage caused by the screen frame swaying and rocking during fluid transportation and hoisting from damage can force the screen frame assembly not to move freely through the transport-hoist procedure. Must remove the four transporting brackets before starting the equipment. (Transporting bracket) 4.3 must fix the equipments on transporting vehicles during long distance transportation.4.4 Dont wire to other position instead of the hangers on the base hoisting the screen frame in order to keep the equipments from damage.4.5 The equipments must be horizontal during hoisting.5. installation and adjustment 5.1 lay up the equipments horizontally and fix them on the location. 5.2 connect the feeding pipe to the feeding box. 5.3 determine and install the screen. 5.3.1 adopt 3 sheet of hooking edge, 1053*697mm size screen clothes. User can choose the screen cloth of different screen numbers according to requirements. 5.3.2 because the screen is under tension, it may be pulled towards one side or deviation-pulled. In order to prevent the screen from that, there are some location pieces welded on the inside of the screen frame. When tense the screen , all the bolts at the location side of the screen should be engaged at first. Then engaged the bolts at the other side, starting to engaged with the middle bolt of each screen and going through at the right and the left side alternately. 5.3.3 two kinds of device for quick screen tensing operation are designed to easily install and remove the screen of model GX-II drilling fluid vibrator.( note : only one kind of tension device is provided in the case of delivering product)1. end face can tension device( fig.1):Rotate the sleeve about 180 to bolt or unbolt the tension-bolt with a special wrench. After unbolting the bolt , rotate the bolt about 90 and let bolt head pass through the rectangle port of hooking edge press-plate in order to remove the hooking edge press-plate and replace the screen. The tension of this device is constant , so it is adapted to the screen with soft screen-frame.2. variable-tension bolt tension device(fig.2): Rotate the nut to tighten or loose the screen with a special socket wrench with universal joint. The tension of this device may be changedable. It is suitable for the screen with hard screen-frame.5.3.4 main reason caused damage to the screen is short of enough tension. Shortness of tension will make the screen the screen jolt, generally cause or rupture along the edge or along the wrapping-edge press-strip. Therefore please install the screen strictly according to the rule described in the section 5.3.2, or durability of the screen will be shortened.5.3.5 if the rubber strip-spacer under the screen is broken or worn, please replace it immediately, or durability of the screen will be shortened.5.4 vibrator is equipped with collecting liquid sunp. Liquid can discharge from the rectangle ports at the bottom or side of the sunp. As liquid discharge from the ports at one side of the sump, the ports at the other side of the sump should be closed with closing-doors.5.5 installation and adjustment for the vibrator.5.5.1 the vibrator is equipped with electrical control panel at one side of the vibrator. All cables are put into pipes in advance. Please power the vibrating motor according to the electrical specifications of the vibrating motor. Dont change the operation voltage at random.5.5.2 two vibrating motors cannot start at same time. Please start motor 1# at first, then start motor 2#( vibrating motor 2# can be started after vibrating motor 1# has been started).5.5.3 check the connecting-bolts of the rubber floats. If they are loose, please tighten them.5.5.4 Remove the transporting brackets at the front of and the rear of the screen frame assembly to make it hang freely through the rubber floats.5.5.5 Removed plugs at the ends of the vibrating motors, push the button of each motor very briefly and observe the rotating direction of the motor rotor. The vibrating direction of two vibrating motors should be opposite against each other and is should in Fig.5. reinstall the plugs after the correct rotating direction is asserted. Note : must remove the transporting brackets before pushing the button of the motor very briefly.5.5.6 motors should be grounded according to the marking.6. operation 6.1 starting6.1.1 inspect the transporting brackets of the vibrator to assert they have been removed before starting the vibrator. If they arent removed, please remove them to ensure the screen frame assembly hanging freely.6.1.2 separately start two vibrating motors in order. (vibrating motor 2# can be start after vibrating motor 1# has been started.)6.1.3 open the intake valve and let the drilling fluid enter the vibrator after the vibrator runs normally.6.1.4 adjust the angle of the screen surface with the hydraulic lifter (adjustable range is from -1to +5)and assert the second screen is under liquid surface (see Fig.6) Adjusting procedure； loose the loop-handle pushing bar, lock the oil-back valve of the hand pump; increase the pressure of the lifter to lift the screen frame a little; remove the bolt; further increase the pressure of the lifter to make the front end of the screen frame up or down to the correct position; insert the bolt; release the pressure of the hand pump; lock the loop-handle pushing bar;6.2 replacing the screen The screen is easily worn out. Wearing and damage are inevitable to the screen. Please refer to the rule in the section 5.3 to replace it.6.3 stopping6.3.1 close the intake valve.6.3.2 let the vibrator continuously run for 3 minutes to discharge all remainder on the screen surface, and then separately stop two motors in order (first stop motor 2#,then stop motor 1#).7 maintenance and service 7.1 maintenance and service for the motor. 7.1.1 periodically examine the fang bolts of the motor with torque wrench. The wrench torque is 70kg.m.7.1.2 periodically inspect the hanging cables to the motor and determine whether it is rugged or pressed.7.1.3 forbid anyone to strike the motor with iron tool for removing or installing the motor.7.1.4 use TP-I Tieba superior oil especially for wide range of temperature, speed and pressure operation to lubricate the vibrating motors. Fill TP-I grease once per 2000 operation hours. It must be ensured that 40% volume in bearing is full of the grease. Fill the grease from the upper oil cup, meanwhile, and remove the lower plug to discharge the used grease. Note : please fill the authorized brand grease according to requirements. It is not permitted to fill the other brand grease at random. Users may acquire the grease or the information about it by paying the manufacturer.7.1.5 please clean the motor case as the equipment are not in use.7.1.6 after transportation for a long distance or left alone for a long time, ensure to measure the insulating resistance between the stator and the case of the motor with M meter before the equipment. When rated voltage is 380V ,assert the insulating resistance should be not less than 0.38 M.if it is less than 0.38 M, please dry the motor until the insulating resistance the rated voltage value.7.1.7 if the motor is damaged seriously, please immediately contact the manufacture to repair it.7.2 maintenance and service for the vibrator7.2.1 if the vibrator was left alone for a long time ,or before transportation for a long distance, please clean it for clearing away the mu and dirt.7.2.2 wash the screen with clean water to keep the screen mesh from being plugged.7.2.3 check all connecting-bolts to examine if they are loose. If they are ,please tighten up them.7.2.4 inspect the rubber spacer floats to examine whether they are torn or peeled. If they are , please replace them .7.2.5 inspect the rubber spacer under the screen to determine whether it is broken or worn. If it is , please replace it.7.2.6 inspect the feeding box to determine whether it has mud cake insi
