ThedevelopmenttrendofChinaMoldInmodernproduction,thelifeofagrowingnumberofproducts,particularlyplasticsandavarietyofpanelproductssuchaslarge-scalestructureofmorecomplexshapes,single-usedrawingsanddetailedthatitishardfortherighttoexpresstheshapeandstructureofproducts,whichrequiresthedesignandmanufacturemoldsmustdocumentdescribestheuseofcomputer-aideddesigntooldiemakeratthesametimetherequirementstobeafullgraspofthevariousinformationproducts,includingproductshape,size,materialproperties,accuracy,specialsurfaceeffects.Someproductsneedcustomersinkindormodel.Atpresent,Chinasindustrialproductionischaracterizedbyadiversityofproducts,replacementfast,intensemarketcompetition.Inthiscase,usersofmoldpartsoftherequestisofgoodqualityanddeliverytimeasshortaspossible,thebetterprecisionmolds,moldcellthelowerthebetter,thus,themanufactureofmodernplasticmoldwiththecurrenteconomicdevelopmentandmeettheaboverequirements.Therapiddevelopmentofindustrialeconomyalsocontributedtothedevelopmentofmoldindustry,especiallyautomotivelightweight,environmentalprotectionanddevelopmentneedsrequiremoreandmoreplasticproductsappliedtothecar.Nowfiercecompetitionfromtheautomotiveindustry,hasgreatlyacceleratedtheintroductionofnewmodels,andisthemostfrequentreplacementofautomotiveinteriorparts,exteriorparts.Automotiveinteriorparts,exteriorpartsaremainlyontheproductionofplasticmoldsofthe.Infact,newproducts,competitioniscompetitiontime,andtimeofthecompetitionfocusedonthedesignandmanufactureofmoldson.TherapiddevelopmentofChinasnationaleconomytothemoldindustryhasever-increasingdemands,andisprojectedto2005,onlytheautomotiveindustrywillneedavarietyof360,000tonsofplasticparts;refrigerators,washingmachinesandair-conditioningaretheannualoutputofmorethan10millionTaiwan;theannualoutputofcolorTVsetshavebeenmorethan30millionTaiwan.By2010,intheconstructionindustryandbuildingmaterials,plasticwindowsanddoorsofapenetrationrateof30%,plasticpipewillreach50percentpenetrationrate,whichwillgreatlyincreasethedemandonthemold.Inrecentyears,Chinasmoldindustryhasbeenaround13percentayeargrowthrateofrapiddevelopment.ItispredictedthatChinasmoldindustryintheTenthFive-Yearperiodthegrowthratewillreach13%15%.Diesteeldemandwillbe12%perannumrate,thenationalannualdemandofabout700,000tons,whiledomesticspeciesdiesteeldiesteelabroadonlyexistingspeciesof60%,theannualimportofabout60,000diesteeltons.ImportsaccountforaboutayeardieinChinamarket,about20%ofthetotalhasmorethan1billionU.S.dollars,ofwhichplasticsandrubbermoldofthetotalimportsofmorethan50%die;stampingdiemoldthetotalimportsofabout40%.Atpresent,theworldsannualoutputofaboutmold65billionU.S.dollars,theoutputvalueofChinasmoldindustryintheinternationalrankingthirdafterJapanandtheUnitedStates.Althoughinrecentyears,Chinastechnologicallevelofmoldindustryhasmadegreatprogress,butasawholedevelopedandindustrialcountriesstillhavelargegaps.Atpresent,Chinasmoldindustryisimperativetospeeduptechnologicalprogress,adjustproductmix,increasetheproportionofhigh-gradedie,throughtheeffectivedemandforqualitytoimprovethelevelofthehome-mademoldstoreducedependenceonimportedmolds.Moldthefutureofourindustryandtechnologywillbethemaindirectionofdevelopment:-VigorouslypromotingthewiderapplicationofCAD/CAE/CAMtechnology,integratedgradually.Moderndesignandmanufactureofmoldsshouldbeemphasizednotonlytheintegrationofinformation,butitshouldbeemphasizedthattechnology,integrationandmanagement.-Improvelarge-scale,precision,complexmoldswithlong-lifedesignandmanufacturingtechnology,tograduallyreducetheimporttooltoincreasethevolumeofexportsmold.-Intheplasticinjectionmold,thepositiveapplicationofhotrunner,thepromotionofgas-assistedorwaterassistedinjectionmolding,aswellasthehigh-pressureinjectionmoldingtechnologiestomeettheneedsoftheproductforming.-Toimprovethestandardizationofthelevelofmoldandmoldstandardpartsusage.Diediestandardpartsisthebasisforalargenumberofapplicationscanbeshorteneditsdesignandmanufactureofdiecycle,butalsosignificantlyimprovethemanufactureofprecisionmoldsanduseofperformance,greatlyenhancethequalityofmold.Commercializationofourmolds,standardizedratesarelessthan30%,whiledevelopedcountriesare70percenthigherthanayearwehaveimportedfromaconsiderablenumberofmoldstandardparts,thecostofmold-yearimportsaccountedforabout3%8%.-Thedevelopmentofrapidmanufacturingandrapidprototypingtocreatemolds,thatis,rapidprototypingmanufacturingtechnology,torapidlycreateaprototypeproductwiththemoldandreducecosts.-moldpolishingtechnology,equipmentandmaterialstomeettheneedsofspecialproducts.-Promotetheuseofhigh-speedmilling,processingandultra-precisionprocessingtechnologyandthecomplexityoftechnology,tomeettheneedsofmold.-Moldmaterialsandthedevelopmentofhigh-qualitysurfacetreatmentofadvancedtechnologytoimprovethereliabilityofmold.-Researchandapplicationofhigh-speedmeasurementtool,reverseengineeringandconcurrentengineering,tomaximizethedevelopmentofmoldandthesuccessrateofefficiency.-Developmentofnewmoldingprocessandmold,inordertomeetfuturemulti-disciplinary,multi-functionalintegratedproductdevelopmentanddesigntechnology.Withthecomputersoftwaredevelopmentandprogress,CAD/CAE/CAMtechnologyisbecomingmoremature,anditsmodernapplicationintheplasticmoldwillbecomemoreandmorewidely.Thistechnologyalsocontributedtothemodernplasticmoldindustry,whichnotonlyreducestheplasticmolddesignandmanufacturingcycle,butalsoimprovethesuccessrateofproductdevelopmentandincreasethevalueofplasticmoldandmarketcompetitiveness.Canbeexpectedthatthenearfuture,machinetoolmanufacturingindustryfromthemanufacturingindustrytoseparate,andindependentnationaleconomyhasbecomeanindispensablepillarindustries,atthesametime,butalsofurtherpromotetheintegratedmoldmanufacturingtechnology,intelligence,benefitpeopleandefficientdirection.JointheWTO,economicglobalizationsothatcompetitionamongenterprisesofthelocalcompetitionfromthepastintoaglobalcompetitionbetweenthesameindustry,tradebetweenthemutualpenetration,anincreasinglycompetitive.Inordertoadapttorapidlychangingmarketdemands,businessesmustbebasedonthefastestspeed,bestquality,lowestcost,bestservice,tomeettheneedsofdifferentusers,andthecompetitivenessofthemanufacturingsector,especiallymold.CAD/CAE/CAMintegrationtechnologythatemergedinthiscasethe.Ithasbecomeamodernplasticmoldmanufacturingtechnologyoftheinevitabletrendofdevelopment.Andtoscientificandrationalapproachtotheplasticmoldmakerwithawell-establishedtool.Makingplasticmoldmakerinthemoldthroughtheuseofcomputersbeforethemanufactureofparts,toolingstructure,processing,andcosttomodifyandoptimizerepeateduntilthebestresults.Inshort,CAD/CAE/CAMtechnologycansignificantlyshortenthedesignandmanufactureofplasticmoldoftime,reducingthecostofplasticmoldandimprovethequalityofparts,plasticmoldmanufactureofmodernanindispensabletool,itisreverseengineeringandmodernprocessingequipmentwithmodernplasticmoldmanufacturinginacompetitiveandpopularofthenecessaryconditions.中国模具的发展趋势现代生产、生活中越来越多的产品特别是各种塑料制品及大型覆盖件等产品形状结构比较复杂,单使用图纸已很难正确和详尽地表达产品的形状和结构,这就要求模具设计制造者必须使用计算机辅助设计文件描述的手段,同时要求模具制造者必须充分掌握产品的各种资料,包括产品的形状、尺寸、原料的特性、精度要求、特殊表面效果等。有些产品还需客户提实物或模型。当前,我国工业生产的特点是产品品种多,更新换代快,市场竞争激烈。在这情况下,用户对模具制造的要求是制件质量好,交货期越短越好,模具精度越高越好,模具格越低越好,由此,现代塑料模具的制造应与当前经济发展的形势及以上要求相适应。工业经济的飞速发展也推动了模具工业的发展,特别是汽车轻量化、环保化发展的需求,要求越来越多的塑料类产品应用到汽车上。现在汽车行业的激烈竞
