BasedBasedBasedBasedononononugugugugengineengineengineengineoveralloveralloveralloverallimpellerimpellerimpellerimpellerNCNCNCNCProgrammingProgrammingProgrammingProgrammingResearchResearchResearchResearch1111ForewordForewordForewordForewordOverallasaturbineimpeller(Turbine)keymechanicalcomponents,widelyusedinaviation,aerospaceandotherfields,itsdirectimpactonthequalityofitsaerodynamicperformanceandmechanicalefficiency.Processingtechnologysoitsturbinemanufacturingindustryhasalwaysbeenanimportantissue.Atpresent,thegeneralapplicationoftheoverallforeignimpellerfivecoordinatesprocessingdedicatedsoftware1,mainlytheUnitedStateshasNRECsMAX-5,MAX-ABimpellerprocessingdedicatedsoftware,CNCmachinetoolsStarragSwitzerlandbroughttheoverallimpellerprocessingmodule,aswellashyperMILLtheimpellerandotherspecialprocessingsoftware.Inaddition,somegeneral-purposesoftwaresuchas:UG,CATIA,PRO/E,etc.canalsobeusedfortheoverallimpellermachining.Atpresent,onlyafewdomesticenterprises(suchas:NorthwesternPolytechnicalUniversityandotherinstitutesandaerospacesystemsanumberofprofessionalenginefactory,profession)canbeintegralimpellermachining,andtheleveloftheirskillsfromtheadvancedinternationalleveltherearestillabiggap.Chinasoverallimpellerprocessingandapplicationofresearchinthefieldcomparedwiththedevelopedcountriesthereisabiggap,alotofenterprisesoftwareandhardwarehavetorelyonimports,andindependentsoftwarecopyrightnopromotioninproductionapplications,inanarrowchannel,asmallwheelhubthanhigh-performanceimpellerandotheraspectsofmanufacturingtechnologyhasyettocrosstheborder,sostudyoftheprocessingtechnologyofhigh-performanceimpellerisimperative.2222overalloveralloveralloverallimpellerimpellerimpellerimpellerCADCADCADCAD/CAMCAMCAMCAMsystemsystemsystemsystemarchitecturearchitecturearchitecturearchitecturediagramdiagramdiagramdiagramOverallmillingimpellerprocessingmeansareusedforroughforgingpieces,andthenturningtobecomethebasicleafshapereincarnationtwistinthefive-axisCNCmachiningcentertomakewheelswithablankleafatthecompletionofthepreviousprocessing,itcanmeetthestrengthrequirementsofCompressorImpellerProducts,surfaceerror,thequalityofdynamicbalancewhengoless,soarethepreferredprocessingmethods.Five-axisNCmachiningofsophisticatedtechnologynecessarytomakethisoriginalhand-madeparts,canbecreatedbytheoverallprocessing.TheuseofCNCmachiningmethodsofprocessingthewholeimpellerCAD/CAMsystemstructure2asshowninFigure1.3333micro-compressormicro-compressormicro-compressormicro-compressorrotorrotorrotorrotorstructuralstructuralstructuralstructuralcharacteristicscharacteristicscharacteristicscharacteristicsandandandandprocessingprocessingprocessingprocessingdifficultiesdifficultiesdifficultiesdifficultiesMostoftheoveralldomesticforeignimpellerimpellerarebasedScaledimitation,andtheimpellerofthisstudyareBUAAenergyandpowerengineeringinstituteself-developedmicro-aero-engineonthecompressorrotor.Exportcompressorrotordiameterof81mm,hasan8leaves,2leaves8,exportleavesahighdegreeof3mm,importsimpellerdiameter44.3mm,importsleavesahighdegreeof17.15mm,leavesthethicknessofthethinnestDepartment0.4mm,betweenadjacentbladesminimumspacingof3.1mm,Figure2.Inordertoachievetheaerodynamicdesignoftheinternationaladvancedlevel,compressorrotorusingalargetwistangle,variablefillet,suchasrootstructure,giveaveryhighprocessingrequirements.Rotorprocessingdifficultyasfollows:1,theinternationalcommunityasawholethesame81mmdiameterimpellerbladesusuallyhave12or14leaves,andthisrotorhas16blades,anditstwoleavesarerelativelylong,whichhaveallowedfurthernarrowchannelprocessing,processingdifficultyfurtherincrease.2,inthecuttingtooldiameterisinthe2.5mmsituation,therigidityisbad,easytobreak,thecontroldepthofcutisalsoakey.3,thisimpellersurfaceforthefreesurface,theflowchannelisnarrow,theleafbladedistortionisserious,andafterhaving,supinetendency,whenprocessingisextremelyeasytohavetheinterference,theprocessingdifficultyishigh.Sometimestoavoidinterfering,somesurfacesmustpartitiontheprocessing,thereforetheguaranteeprocessingsurfacesuniformityalsohascertaindifficulty.4,thepredestinedaffinityfilletradiusofcurvaturechangeisverybig,intheprocessingprocesstheenginebedanglechangeisbig,andrealizestheencirclementleafbladeprocessingtobedifficult;5,asaresultoftheimpellerintensitysneed,betweenthewheelhubandtheleafbladealsouseschangesthefillet.Becausethemortiseisnarrow,theleafbladeishigh,changesthefillettheprocessingisalsoadifficulty.inbrief,thisimpellersnarrowmortise,thegreattorsionangle,changedthefillethavebroughttheverymajordifficultytotheprocessing,domestichasnotseenhasprocessesthiskindofhighdifficultytheintegralwheel.4444compressorcompressorcompressorcompressorrotorsrotorsrotorsrotorsprocessingprocessingprocessingprocessingcraftcraftcraftcraftplanplanplanplanTheimpellerwholeprocessingusesthewheelhubandtheleafbladecarriesontheformcuttingonsemifinishedmaterials,butafterdoesnotusetheleafbladeprocessingforming,weldsonwheelhubstechnique.Itsprocessingcraftplanfollowing3-4:1,toenhanceintegralwheelsintensity,thesemifinishedmaterialsusethefo
