hydraulicpressureintegrationblockdesignBasedonSolidworkssoftware1SummarizeIncomparingthelargeandcomplexhydraulicsystem,thechipcantakefulladvantageoftheuseofavarietyofhydrauliccomponents,enablingamorecompactstructure,sealbetter,easytoinstallanddebug.However,adedicatedchipisstrong,surface-mounthydrauliccomponentsandmorecomplexholesinvalvebody,therefore,inaccordancewiththehydraulicschematicdiagramofthelogicoftherequirementsofreasonablycorrectchipdesignisadifficultandrequirehighaccuracyjob.Chipdesigntosolvetwomajorproblems:First,thedesignofbodypartsandchecking;Second,inspectionoftheassemblystructure.Expressionpatternoftwo-dimensionalengineeringdesignmethods,reliesonthehumanbraintocarryouttwo-dimensionaldrawingsandthree-dimensionalspace.Betweenstructure,designisinefficientanderror-prone,andsomeerrorsinthedrawingsfounditdifficult,ifonlyintheprototypecreatedbythatenterprisewouldleadtoeconomiclosses,delaysinproductdevelopmenttime.Therefore,theuseofthree-dimensional.Parametricdesignsoftware,designmethodsandmeanstocarryoutupgradingoftheproblemasfaraspossible,wasfoundatthedesignstage,toavoidmistakes;Atthesametimeintheseries,multi-modeldesignofhydraulicmachinery,thedesignparametersofthedesigngreatlyareimprovedtheefficiency.2Three-dimensionalparametricmechanicaldesignsoftwareIntroductionWiththecomputersoftwareandhardwaretechnology,therapiddevelopmentemergedinanumberofparametersofthree-dimensionalmechanicaldesignsoftware,apowerfulandrepresentativeof:UG,PRO-E,suchas,SolidworksisacountrySOLIDWORKSdevelopedthemechanicaldesignofthree-dimensionalparameterssoftware,whichisbasedonWin-dowsofathree-dimensionalmodelingcapabilitieswithpowerfulmappingandengineering,physicalrenderingofcomputersoftware,whichcombinestheUGandPRO-Echaracteristicsofthree-dimensionalmodelingsoftware,theuseofmoresimpleandconvenient.Itisbasedonthepartsofthethree-dimensionalsolidmodelingfeaturesoftechnology,canbephysicalassembly,motionanalysis,animationdesign,three-dimensionalentitycanautomaticallygeneratetwo-dimensionalengineeringdrawings.Canalsobeaseparatetwo-dimensionalgraphicdesign,suchasthehydraulicsystemschematicdrawing,thesystemprovidesasimilartwo-dimensionalgraphicsAUTOCADmodulescanbedirectlydrawnengineeringdrawings.3chipthree-dimensionalparametricdesign1)Feature-basedchipdesignofthevalvebodyisinstalledonavarietyofhydrauliccomponents,anditsinternalschematicdiagraminaccordancewiththerequirementsofthehydraulicsystemtoachievethevariouscomponentsconnectedbetweentheoil-RoadThecomplexityoffunctionblocksisthekeychipdesign.Valvedesigncharacteristicsbasedonmodeling,thebasicbodyisarectangularbody,thesurfaceofhydrauliccomponentstoinstall,sotheholeonthebodyisthemaindesignfeatures.Poresizeandhydrauliccomponentsofthepath,hasbeenstandardized,andhole-holesub-blindhole,respectively,constituteabodyofthehole,installscrew,process-holeandholelevel.Designedtocreatethedesignfeaturesofthelibraryfeatures,bodypartsinthemodeling,thecalldatabasefeatures,addedtothebasicbody,so,partsofthedesignprocessthatischaracteristicofthegenerationprocess.Andthecharacteristicsofthetreepartsonrecord,easytomodify,greatlyacceleratethespeedofmodeling.2)ValveinspectionofholesSolidworkssoftwarewiththeestablishmentofthebodyisarealisticthree-dimensionalentitiesoftheparts,itwillbeconvenient,visuallychecktheholelocationandtherelationshipbetweentheholewiththehydraulicsystemschematicdiagramofthelogicoftherequirementsofthelocationofthemountingholewiththedesignrequirements,asisthephysicalparametersofthemodel,modifyiteasily.Inordertofacilitatethesoftwarecanbeusedtoobservethedisplay.(1)toentitiesonthesiteoftruncatedblocklineofsight,youcandirectlydisplaythechanneltotheinternalbody;(2)theuseofwire-framemodelperspectiveshowsthatcanbeobservedfromthewholethereisthespatialdistributionofholes;(3)hasnothingtodowiththesiteinspectionorothercharacteristicsoftheholecompression,thatis,donotshowthatlineinordertoavoidexcessivedisruptionofpeoplesattention.3)three-dimensionalhydrauliccomponentsoftheestablishmentoftheTreasuryToinstallthevalveonavarietyofhydrauliccomponents,suchasplug-invalve,solenoidvalve,proportionalvalve,allkindsofpipejointsandsoon,canbedesignedtoestablishadatabaseofhydrauliccomponents,withreferencetothepartsofthebusinessorprofessionalmanufacturerplansmodelofproductsamples.ComponentssuchasValvesCartridgeValves,itisbythevalvecore,valveseatsandotherbasiccomponents,isactuallyasub-assemblystructure,asaresultofhydrauliccomponentshasbeenthepathofstandardizationandstandardized,itcanbethemainpathparametersintheassemblycall.4)theoverallstructureofthevirtualassemblyTheoveralldesignofthechipcanbedesignedfromthebottom-upapproach,andhydraulicvalvecomponentsfromthelibraryouttotheassemblyenvironment,installedinaccordancewiththeconstraints,togeneratearealisticvirtualassemblystructure.Designerstoobservetheuseofperspectivetransformallpartsoftheassemblytocheckthecorrectnessofthedesign.Ifthedesigncanbemodifiedintimefortheparts,astheassemblyisassociatedwiththepartsdrawingandsparepartscanalsobemodifiedatthesametime.(1)checkthedesignisreasonable,whetherornottherightsizeparts,assemblyofcomponentsdidnotinterfereinbetween;(2)thehydrauliccomponentsinthespacelayoutandaccuracyoftherationalityoftheentirechipinthemachinesinstallationlocationisappropriate;(3)oftheassemblyafterthemotionanalysisofhydrauliccomponents,suchascartridgevalvespoolofthetrip,thentransferredunderthescopeofthetrip;(4)canbegeneratedbytheexplosionmap,toshowtheassemblyrelationsbetweenparts,tofacilitatethedesign,manufactureandinstallationofthetechnologyexchangebetween,thevarioussectorstoreducethepossibilityoferror;5)theoutputoftwo-dimensionalengineeringdrawingsOrasaresultoftheproductionofcommonlyusedtwo-dimensionalengineeringdrawings,andsointhree-dimensionalsoftwaretodesignpartsoftheprocessingtotheoutputoftwo-dimensionalmapandtheassemblydrawing,Solidworkssoftwarecanautomaticallygeneratethestandardviewoftheproject,butalsocangenerateotherview,suchas:toview,partialview,axonometricmap,youcanviewonawholegenerationtocarryoutcuttingandpost-,semi-post-mortem,post-ladder,rotateorsectioncutawayviewoftwo-dimensionalengineeringdrawingsofthedimensioningisautomatic,asaresultofthree-dimensionalentitiesmodelandtwo-dimensionalengineeringdrawingsandtheassociatedparameter,ifoneofthemthesizeofthemodification,asthelinkage.Therelationshipbetweenthetwowillbemodified.Two-dimensionalcanbelikeanyothereditingsoftware,asmarkedonthegraphroughness,sizeorshape,suchastolerance,thelayers,linesettings,printoutmapsorexportdwg,bmpgraphicsfiles,andothergraphicsortext-editingsoftwarefordataexchange.4DesignExampleCeramicTilebodyofhydraulicformingmachineisspecialequipment,workonthemainpiston-drivenmodeofthepowdertothepressure,theworkof12to18beats/min,systempressureof15MPa,afterthebooster,themainhydrauliccylinderworkingpressureof30MPa,highpressurehydraulicsystemrequirements,flow,andforthefaster,betterreliability.Pressinaccordancewiththehydraulicsystemcontrolfunctions,designedtoplug-inthreemainhydraulicvalvechipcomponents:valvefunctionofcomponentsIformingprocessinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthemaincontrolpiston.Theworkofrepression.Inaworkingcycle,thedrivemodeforthesoftreduction,in3timestheweightofpressureandrepression;IIvalvecomponentsofthefunctionistocontroltheriseinthemainpiston,downandspeedadjustment;valvefunctioncomponentIIIisthetopmodeandthepierisexpected.Iparticipateinthedesignofthecompressor6004200tfromatotalofeightkindsofmodels,aseriesof
