hydraulicpressureintegrationblockdesignBasedonSolidworkssoftware1SummarizeIncomparingthelargeandcomplexhydraulicsystem,thechipcantakefulladvantageoftheuseofavarietyofhydrauliccomponents,enablingamorecompactstructure,sealbetter,easytoinstallanddebug.However,adedicatedchipisstrong,surface-mounthydrauliccomponentsandmorecomplexholesinvalvebody,therefore,inaccordancewiththehydraulicschematicdiagramofthelogicoftherequirementsofreasonablycorrectchipdesignisadifficultandrequirehighaccuracyjob.Chipdesigntosolvetwomajorproblems:First,thedesignofbodypartsandchecking;Second,inspectionoftheassemblystructure.Expressionpatternoftwo-dimensionalengineeringdesignmethods,reliesonthehumanbraintocarryouttwo-dimensionaldrawingsandthree-dimensionalspace.Betweenstructure,designisinefficientanderror-prone,andsomeerrorsinthedrawingsfounditdifficult,ifonlyintheprototypecreatedbythatenterprisewouldleadtoeconomiclosses,delaysinproductdevelopmenttime.Therefore,theuseofthree-dimensional.Parametricdesignsoftware,designmethodsandmeanstocarryoutupgradingoftheproblemasfaraspossible,wasfoundatthedesignstage,toavoidmistakes;Atthesametimeintheseries,multi-modeldesignofhydraulicmachinery,thedesignparametersofthedesigngreatlyareimprovedtheefficiency.2Three-dimensionalparametricmechanicaldesignsoftwareIntroductionWiththecomputersoftwareandhardwaretechnology,therapiddevelopmentemergedinanumberofparametersofthree-dimensionalmechanicaldesignsoftware,apowerfulandrepresentativeof:UG,PRO-E,suchas,SolidworksisacountrySOLIDWORKSdevelopedthemechanicaldesignofthree-dimensionalparameterssoftware,whichisbasedonWin-dowsofathree-dimensionalmodelingcapabilitieswithpowerfulmappingandengineering,physicalrenderingofcomputersoftware,whichcombinestheUGandPRO-Echaracteristicsofthree-dimensionalmodelingsoftware,theuseofmoresimpleandconvenient.Itisbasedonthepartsofthethree-dimensionalsolidmodelingfeaturesoftechnology,canbephysicalassembly,motionanalysis,animationdesign,three-dimensionalentitycanautomaticallygeneratetwo-dimensionalengineeringdrawings.Canalsobeaseparatetwo-dimensionalgraphicdesign,suchasthehydraulicsystemschematicdrawing,thesystemprovidesasimilartwo-dimensionalgraphicsAUTOCADmodulescanbedirectlydrawnengineeringdrawings.3chipthree-dimensionalparametricdesign1)Feature-basedchipdesignofthevalvebodyisinstalledonavarietyofhydrauliccomponents,anditsinternalschematicdiagraminaccordancewiththerequirementsofthehydraulicsystemtoachievethevariouscomponentsconnectedbetweentheoil-RoadThecomplexityoffunctionblocksisthekeychipdesign.Valvedesigncharacteristicsbasedonmodeling,thebasicbodyisarectangularbody,thesurfaceofhydrauliccomponentstoinstall,sotheholeonthebodyisthemaindesignfeatures.Poresizeandhydrauliccomponentsofthepath,hasbeenstandardized,andhole-holesub-blindhole,respectively,constituteabodyofthehole,installscrew,process-holeandholelevel.Designedtocreatethedesignfeaturesofthelibraryfeatures,bodypartsinthemodeling,thecalldatabasefeatures,addedtothebasicbody,so,partsofthedesignprocessthatischaracteristicofthegenerationprocess.Andthecharacteristicsofthetreepartsonrecord,easytomodify,greatlyacceleratethespeedofmodeling.2)ValveinspectionofholesSolidworkssoftwarewiththeestablishmentofthebodyisarealisticthree-dimensionalentitiesoftheparts,itwillbeconvenient,visuallychecktheholelocationandtherelationshipbetweentheholewiththehydraulicsystemschematicdiagramofthelogicoftherequirementsofthelocationofthemountingholewiththedesignrequirements,asisthephysicalparametersofthemodel,modifyiteasily.Inordertofacilitatethesoftwarecanbeusedtoobservethedisplay.(1)toentitiesonthesiteoftruncatedblocklineofsight,youcandirectlydisplaythechanneltotheinternalbody;(2)theuseofwire-framemodelperspectiveshowsthatcanbeobservedfromthewholethereisthespatialdistributionofholes;(3)hasnothingtodowiththesiteinspectionorothercharacteristicsoftheholecompression,thatis,donotshowthatlineinordertoavoidexcessivedisruptionofpeoplesattention.3)three-dimensionalhydrauliccomponentsoftheestablishmentoftheTreasuryToinstallthevalveonavarietyofhydrauliccomponents,suchasplug-invalve,solenoidvalve,proportionalvalve,allkindsofpipejointsandsoon,canbedesignedtoestablishadatabaseofhydrauliccomponents,withreferencetothepartsofthebusinessorprofessionalmanufacturerplansmodelofproductsamples.ComponentssuchasValvesCartridgeValves,itisbythevalvecore,valveseatsandotherbasiccomponents,isactuallyasub-assemblystructure,asaresultofhydrauliccomponentshasbeenthepathofstandardizationandstandardized,itcanbethemainpathparametersintheassemblycall.4)theoverallstructureofthevirtualassemblyTheoveralldesignofthechipcanbedesignedfromthebottom-upapproach,andhydraulicvalvecomponentsfromthelibraryouttotheassemblyenvironment,installedinaccordancewiththeconstraints,togeneratearealisticvirtualassemblystructure.Designerstoobservetheuseofperspectivetransformallpartsoftheassemblytocheckthecorrectnessofthedesign.Ifthedesigncanbemodifiedintimefortheparts,astheassemblyisassociatedwiththepartsdrawingandsparepartscanalsobemodifiedatthesametime.(1)checkthedes
