1附录ADiscussionaboutpullinstallationofbeltconveyerBeltconveyeralsoclaimedrubberbeltconveyor,whichiscalledleatherbeltintheProducescene,isthecontinuousfacilityfortransportingofthecommonenter-priseoffactoriesandmines.Itiswidelyusedunderthewellofcoalmine,particularlyextensively.Themajorpartsofbeltconveyerincludeconveyerbelt,actuatingdevice,bearingroller,cylinder,frame,tensionstation,brake,supplementaryequipmentaswellaselectromechanicalprotectivedeviceandsoon.Whendesigningbeltconveyer,first,shoulddetermineoriginalenumerateddata,suchastheexpectedproductivity,conveyertransportlinepicture,thewayofgivingmaterialanddischargewaybyworkingconditionandtheinstallationfeatureofconveyeraswellasthephysicalmechanicalperformanceoftransportationstockandsoon;Andinthedesigncacula-tionoftypeselectingneedtoselectrelatedparameterreasonably,forexampleband-width,beltspeedandwrapsangleofthedrivingpulley,theoperationresistancecoefficientofparts,makethemclosetoactualoperationstateworthinordertoraiseeconomicbenefitsandthecomprehensivetechnologyofbeltconveyer.Sincebeltconveyeristoleanconveyerbelt,thefrictionwithdrivepulleytransmitshaulage,thereforetensionstationcanbedesignedwithdefiniteparameteraccordingtotherequirementfortensionintheoperationofconveyerbeltwhichincludingcharacteristic,installationlocation,tensionadjustingrangeandthetypeoftensionstationandsoon.Tensionstationcandirectlyaffecttheperformanceofbeltconveyerasitsperformanceofessentialimportantcompositionpartofbeltconveyer.Inbeltconveyersystem,themaineffectoftensionstationhasthefollowing:(1)Guaranteeconveyerbeltssplitofdrivingpulleyhavepropertensioninordertopreventconveyerbeltfromdozeningslippery.Beltconveyerdependonthefrictionbetweensupportconveyerbeltanddriveingpulley,inappearancemeetwithsplittoproduceatensionhaulageofsystem.Thereforetomakebeltconveyerstabilizeoperationneedtoguaranteeconveyerbelthaveenoughtensionindriveingpulleysplitplace,inordertomakeconveyerbeltrelyon,withthefrictionofcylinder,transmitingthehaulageneededbysystem.Ifsplitplacehaslittletension,thefriction2haulagethatconveyerbelttransmitscantmakebeltconveyerrun,conveyerbeltwouldhitoncylinderslippery.(2)Guaranteehavingnecessarytensioneachonthegirthofconveyerbeltsoassatisfysagrequirement.Conveyerbeltssagbetweentwobearingrollersshouldnotbeexceptional,otherwiseconveyerbeltwouldrelaxexcesslytolosegrooveshapecausethesideslipofconveyerbelt,arousespillage,increaseoperationresistance.Thereforeautomatictensionstationshouldguaranteethatconveyerbelthasenoughtensionintheminimumtensionplaceinordertorestrictsagbetweenbearingrollersonconveyerbelt,keepbeltconveyerssteadyoperation.(3)Theregulationoftensioninthenotsteadyworkingconditionofstart,brakeetc.Inthecourseofstarting,becauseofaccelerationsportofbeltconveyer,thehaulagethatconveyerbeltneedtotransmitbiggerthansteadyoperationmuch,thereforeithastoraisethetensionvalueinthesplitplaceofthedriveingpulleytoproducelargerhaulage.Andinbrakecourse,especiallyfortheconveyeroflongdistanceandbigvolume,astheroleofforce,thetensiononthetightsideofconveyerbeltcanreduce,evenarousethetapeoflayeruponlayerprobably;Looseside,thetensionofconveyerbeltcanincrease,evenarousesbeltbrokenprobably,thereforetensionvaluemustbepromptedintime.Additionally,inoperationcourse,thechangeofloadmakeleatherbeltappearsuddenlytensionunusual,tensionstationshouldbegivenpromptadjustment,inordertoreduceleatherbelttohittheaccidentssuchasbeltsliding,beltbroken.(4)Compensatelineviscouselongationandtheflexibleelongationofconveyerbelt.conveyerbeltcanautomaticelongationastimegoniong,andoccurpermanentelongationundertransitionaloperatingmode,soitisneededtocompensateplasticityandthechangeofelongationintransitionaloperatingmode.Sinceloadchangecanarouseconveyerbeltslengthchanging,vermicularphenomenoncanalsocausetheelongationofconveyerbelt,andtensileforcechanges,ithastoregulatethelocationoftensionpulleyoften,andguaranteethenormaloperationofbeltconveyer.(5)Offernecessaryrouteforconveyerbelttocontactagain.Eachbeltconveyerhassomejoints,possibilityincertaincontactforashortwhilecanariseproblem,muststopfirstandthenmakethejointagain.Tensionstationhaspreparedthe3beltbesidesloadforbeltconveyer,socontactingfaultcanbecontactedagainthroughrelaxtensionstationtosolveproblem.Forstretchoutanddrawbackallowingbeltconveyer,whenstoringuptapedistricttostoreupfulltape,wecantakeoutextraconveyerbeltthroughtensionstation.Tensionstation,forbeltconveyertransportationsystem,hastheimportantrolethatcannotreplace,thereforedomesticandinternationalscholarhascarriedoutplentyofresearchesforit,hasdevelopedalotofnewproducts.Itsdevelopmentcoursecanbesumedupapproximatelyfor3followingstages:Firststageispuremechanicaltensionstage.Themajorproductofthisstage:Spiraltensionstationandstationarywinchtensionstationandheaveyhammertensionstation.Heaveyhammertensionstationreachesthepurposethatpulledthroughpulleygroupsandheaveyhammerpiece,whentheelongationofgummedbelt,itcanabsorbitselongationvoluntarily.Thestationarywinchtensionstationsfunctionoftensionistopullonly,whenbeltelongationtensileforcedropbecauseofvariousreason,itcanbepulledagainonlyititsdiscoveredthatisreartopull.Sincebeltconveyerisdifferentinstartingandruningnormallycourseforthetensionrequirementofconveyerbelt,butthelocationofstationarywinchtensionstationistightedinconveyeroperationcourseandallalongtofix,tosurmountthisshortcoming,wecanalteritforhalfstationarystartstightly,thatistosaytensionpulleyfixedinstartinglocation,whenruningnormallyfixedinoperationlocation,twolocationsusesrouteswitchtocontrol,domesticalsocanproducethiskindoftensionstation.Secondstage,theadjustablestageoftensileforce.Thetypicalproductofthisstageisvoluntarilywinch(mechanicalwinchorhydraulicwinch)tensionstation.Itstechnologydeveloplookedthatitcanonlyrealizetheautomatictightinsteady(evenspeed)stage,itisconstanttomaintainthetensionofgummedbeltinsteadystage.Anditstensileforceundertheinstabilityoperatingconditionsessuchasbrakeorstarting-upissameasthestationarywinchidentical.Itsstructuralfeatureshows:Withfloodgate,whenwinchisopened,loosensfloodgate,whenstopingtightfloodgate.Thetimeofwinchoperationisveryshort,andthemostoftimesisinparkingawaitordersstate.Reducethehydraulicofairtightsystemistousecompressedemptywaredriveoilpump,offertightoilcylinderwithpressureoiltotightconveyerbelt.ThatsystemonlyinthecountriessuchasGermanyandEnglgetapplication,4itsstructureiscompact,hasreliablework,itcoveralittlearea.Thestageof3th,developmentautomatictightstage.Majorproducthashydraulicwinchautomatictensionstationandhydraulicautomatictensionstationofbigjar.SuchasKJ2029modelwhichisdomesticandinternationalwidelyusedbeltconveyeresprcialyusedinmines,thehydraulicautomaticofbigjartightsystemusedinAmodelbeltconveyerproducedinFrench,DYIhydraulictypeofbigjartightsystem,thesekindsofautomatictightsystemcanaccomplishthevoluntarilyregulationtensileforceofconveyerbelt,developmentisrespondedquickly,canoffercorrespondingtensileforceunderstartingstageandnormaloperationstagetwooperatingmodes.Hydraulicwinchisinworkingformheroforalongtime,itsstructuralfeatureishavenofloodgate.Automatictensionstationpullsconveyerbeltwiththetensionstationofpullingforce,automatictensionstationcannotonlycomefromaccordingtothehaulageofactivecylindertomoveregulationtensileforce,andcanalsocompensateplasticityandtheflexibleelongationofconveyerbelttowarp,atthesametime,allocatetensionsensorandchangetosendware,tosurveythetensionofconveyerbelt.Whenthetensionofconveyerbeltoccurschange,exceedsthescopeofconveyernormaloperation,thequickmovementoftensionstationadjustthetensionofconveyerbelt,guaranteethenormaloperationofconveyer.Automatictensionstationcombineswithmovingtailcoordinationtouse,itcanrealizeconveyerstailmovewithconveyerbeltstretchoutanddrawbackinconveye
