1ModernconstructionmachineryindustryoftechnicalprogressLarge-sizemechanicalminingexcavatorisusedwidelyininternationalanddomesticengineeringconstructionandminingperformance,anditspropertydefinestheefficiencymuch.Nowbecausetheinternationalmarketisopenedstepstep,howtopromotethequalityofexcavatoristhekeythatafactoryreinforcesitscompetingforce.Inourcountry,thedesigningelevationandproductionqualityonexcavatorcannotkeepupwithinternationaladvancedtechnologyapplyingonexcavator.Nowtheadvancedtechnologyhasalreadyappliedadvanceddesigningmethodonexcavatordesigning,suchaselectronicsimulatingtheory,dynamicdesign,reliabilitydesignandsoon.Butinourcountry,themostexcavatordesignhasstillappliedthetraditionaldesignmethod,themoderndesignmethodhasnotbegantobeactuallyapplied.Theprimedisplayisthatthecapabilityofself-designisnotenoughandthebasicworkhasnotdoneperfectlyespeciallytheexcavatorkinetics.Theconstructofexcavatorisverycomplexandthemultiplemoversoftenworksimultaneously.atthesametimeitsworkingenvironmentisverybadandtheeternalloadvariesrandomly.Asaresult,whendesigningthenewproductofexcavator,inordertoensuretheperformancesafety,thedesignernotonlyhasthebasictheoryanalysisonstaticloadcomputing,butalsodonecessaryworkaboutthekineticsofmechanismtoqualifythedynamicreliabilityintheperiodofdesigning.Troughthekineticanalysis,theloadpropertyofalltheelementsinexcavatorcanbedecidedsoastodesignreliableproduct.Fromthe1980softhe20thcenturytothebeginningofthiscentury.Chineseandforeignengineeringmachinerytechnologyproductscomefromamaturityperiodofmodernizationalongwithanewtechnologicalrevolution,Mechanicalengineeringproductsintegratedtechnologytoanewlevel.Electronictechnology,micro-computer,sensors,electro-hydraulicservocontrolsystemintegrationandtransformationofthetraditionalmechanicalengineeringproducts,Computer-aideddesignandcomputer-aided2manufacturingandcomputer-aidedmanagementofconstructionmachineryandequipmentmanufacturing,ITnetworktechnologyequipment,constructionmachinerysalesandinformationtransfersystems,thusenablingpeopletoseeabrandnewconstructionmachineryindustry.Newconstructionmachineryproductsintheefficiencyandoperationalquality,environmentalprotection,performanceandautomationaremanyareasduetothepast.andtowardthefurtherroboticandintelligentdirection.1、operatingprinciplesofInnovation:groundbreakingnewlawwiththehigh-frequencyvibrationWithscientificandtechnologicalresearchinthedevelopment,engineeringmachineryoperatingtheoryisconstantlyinnovating.Operatingmechanicalengineeringprinciples,includingthecuttingofearth,brokengroundonthescreengeotextilematerial,mixedwithheating,rightmixtureofpaving,levelingandcompaction,etc.TheseoperationsJimmyinitiallybionicsandNewtonianmechanics-based,Modernscienceandthedevelopmentofengineeringmachineryoperatingprincipleoflayingthefoundationforinnovation.Forexample,mechanicalvibrationandpulsejet,thephotoelectriceffectandthermalphysics,theapplicationofmechanicalengineeringtosaveresourcesandimprovethequalityofconstructionimproveproductionefficiency,reliabilityanddrivingcomfortandadegreeofautomationtocreateconditions.Excavators,bulldozers,loaders,andotherearthmovingmachinerycuttinggroundbreakingproject,wehadnostrugglemilling,high-frequencyvibration,Liquidgasjetmethodandporousgroundbreakinglaw.Groundbreakinguseofthenewoperatingprincipleoftransformationtoabucket,canloosenthesoilexcavationforthehigh-intensityrock,Undernormalcircumstancescanreducetheunitcostofearthworkandimproveproductionefficiency,andthesoilnearthebuildingwhensubstitutebored-blastingmethod.VibratoryRollerisamechanicalvibrationandhavereachedasluggishvibrationtooperationaleffectivenessofthemostpowerfulnote.3High-frequencyvibrationcompactiontechnologyistheapplicationofmoderndynamicsinthemechanicalengineeringimportantresearchresults,Invibratoryrollersimultaneouslywiththeapplicationofvibrationisolationtheory.90softhe20thcentury,therehavebeenalevelofvibration(vibration)andverticalvibrationdirectionalvibrationcompactionmethod,andanAM-vibrationanddifferentfromtheharmonicvibrationofchaoticvibrationvibratorycompactionoperatingprinciple,andtheformationofthecorrespondingseriesofvibratoryroller.ImpactRollerbroketheexistingtraditionalcylindricalrollerstructure,Use3-5edgewiththepressurerollerpolygondraggedbyatractor,2-3timespersecondinordertoimpactontheground.Thishasdramaticimpactontheseismicwavepropagationcharacteristics,thedepthofcompactionseveraltimeswiththeRCCandincremental,5minthedepthsofthedegreeofcompactionofup90%-92%.ImpactRollerisstaticshock,vibrationandrubitsmashesthecomprehensiveroleforlargefill,Collapsedrysandandsoilfillingthecompaction.AsphaltpaverWeipingequipmentisoperatingprinciplesofmechanicalengineeringinnovationtypicalexample.Fungplatediesel,liquefiedpetroleumgasorelectricheatingand60Hzfrequencyofvibration,andusinginfrared,ultrasonicorlaserleveling,isamultidisciplinaryhigh-techapplications.Thislevelingthetechnologycanbeappliedtothegroundplane,asamlodipineorfinelevelingtheslope.Transferfrequencymechanicalvibrationisalsocommonlyusedfordrilling,st
