DieLifeofcoldstampingdieandimprovementsOverviewofstampingdieStampingDie-Stampinginthecold,thematerial(metalornon-metallic)processingintoparts(orhalf)ofaspecialtechnicalequipment,calledcoldstampingdie(commonlyknownasDie).Press-isatroomtemperature,usingthedieinstalledinthepresstoputpressureonthematerialtoproduceaseparationorplasticdeformation,andthustoobtainthenecessarypartsofapressureprocessingmethod.Stampingdieintheformofmany,thegeneralcategoriesaccordingtothefollowingmainfeatures:1.Accordingtothetechnicalnatureof(1)Diealongtheclosedoropencontourthematerialarederivedfrommold.Ifblankingdie,punchdie,cutoffthemold,cutmode,cuttingmode,splitmode,etc.(2)bendingmodetoblankorblanksheetalongastraightline(curvedline)tobend,deform,andthusobtainacertainangleandshapeoftheworkpieceinthemold.(3)Thedrawingdieismadeoftheblanksheetopeninghollow,orhollowpiecesoffurtherchangestotheshapeandsizeofthemold.(4)Dieroughorsemi-finishedworkpieceisconvexaccordingtoplan,directcopytheshapeofthedieshape,thematerialitself,generateonlylocalplasticdeformationofthemold.Suchasthebulgingmode,reducingthedie,expansiondie,formingdierolling,flangingmold,plasticmold.2.Accordingtothedegreeclassificationprocesscombination(1)singleprocessmodelinapresstour,justcompletedadiestampingprocess.(2)compositemodelisonlyonestation,inapresstour,atthesamestationatthesametimetocompletemorethantwoortwodiestampingprocess.(3)ProgressiveDie(alsoknownasthemodulusofcontinuity)inthefeedingdirection,rough,withtwoormoreofthestation,atthepressofavisit,workindifferentplacesonthecompletionoftwoortwosuccessiveRoadoverstampingdieprocess.ChongcalledcoldstampingdieDie-wide.Coldstampingdieisusedincoldstampingdiemoldindustry,andaccessoriesrequiredforhigh-performancestructuralceramicmaterials,preparationmethods,high-performanceceramicmaterials,moldsandaccessoriesfromthezirconiumoxideandyttriumaluminumpowderincreases,Prelementcomposition,Preparationisthesolutionofzirconia,yttriasolution,praseodymiumoxidesolution,accordingtoacertainpercentageofaluminasolutionwhenmixedliquor,ammoniumbicarbonateinfusion,byco-precipitationsynthesisofceramicmaterials,moldsandaccessoriesneededforrawmaterials,reactionprecipitategeneratedbythetreatment,drying,calciningandaccessoriesbyhighperformanceceramicmoldmaterialsuperfinepowder,andthenafterforming,sintering,finishing,theywillhavehigh-performanceceramicmaterials,moldsandaccessories.Advantagesofthisinventionistheinventionmadeofcoldstampingdiesandpartsandlongservicelife,theprocessdoesnotappearinthepressanditspartsandstampingdiebondgeneratedthephenomenonofstampingsurfaceissmooth,noglitches,canreplacetraditionalhigh-speedsteel,tungstensteel.DiewiththemainpartsDiestampingtoolsisthemainprocessequipment,stampingrelyontherelativemovementunderthemoldcompleted.Processingtimebecausetheupperandlowermoldbetweentheconstantdivisionand,ifcontinuedoperationofthefingersofworkerstoenterorremaininthemoldclosed,therewillcertainlyposeaseriousthreattotheirpersonalsafety.(A)ofthemoldmainparts,functionandsafetyrequirements1.Workingpartsisadirectpunchtoblankformingtheworkingparts,therefore,itisthekeytomoldparts.Punchnotonlysophisticatedandcomplex,itshouldmeetthefollowingrequirements:(1)beofsufficientstrength,cannotbebrokenordestroyedduringstamping.(2)shouldbeappropriatetoitsmaterialandheattreatmentrequirements,topreventtoohighhardnessandbrittlefracture.2.Positioningpartspositioningpartistodeterminethelocationofthepartsinstalledblank,therearepins(board),gaugepin(plate),leadissold,guideplate,knifesetfromtheside,sidepressureetc.Designshouldbeconsideredwhenpositioningpartseasytooperateandshouldnothavehadorientation,locationtofacilitateobservation,preferablyintheforwardposition,contouringtocorrectthepinlocationandpositioning.3.Binder,unloadinganddischargingpartsbindercomponentsareblankholder,binderboard.Blankholderpressurecandrawingblankholderforce,therebypreventingbilletsundertheactionofthetangentialpressurearchformedfolds.Theroleofpressureplatetopreventmovementandbounceblank.Topofthedevice,dischargeboardsroleistofacilitatethepiecesandcleanupwaste.Thembythespring,rubberandequipment,puttingontheair-cushionsupport,canmoveupanddown,knockingoutpiecesofthedesignshouldhaveenoughtopoutput,movementtothelimitedspaces.Stripperplateareashouldbeminimizedorclosedpositionintheoperatinggroovemillingoutempty-handed.Exposureofthestripperplateshouldhaveprotectionaroundtheplate,topreventfingerinsertedintoorforeignobjectsinside,exposedsurfaceedgesshouldbebluntdown.4.Guidepartsandguidesleeveguidepinisthemostwidelyusedpartofaguide.Itsroleistoensurepunchthepunchingclearancewhenaccuratematch.Therefore,theguideposts,guidecoverthegapshouldbelessthantheblankingclearance.GuidePostlocatednextmoldbase,toensurethatthestrokebottomdeadcenter,theleadcolumninthetemplateonthefaceoverthetopforatleast5to10mm.Guidecolumnsshouldbearrangedfarawayfromthemoduleandthepressureplateinthearea,sotheoperatorsarmsdonotgettotakeovertheleadcolumnmaterial.5.Supportingandclampingtheupperandlowerpartswhichincludestemplates,diehandle,fixed
