LISVERYTHIN,CANONLYCHOOSEHYDRAULICBRICKMAKINGMACHINEIFECONOMICCONDITIONSPERMIT,FROMCONSIDERINGTHEPRODUCTQUALITY,MOSTBAKINGFREEBRICKCERTAINLYSHOULDBEOPTIMIZINGTHEMODELCONCLUSIONANALYZESTHECEMENTBRICKMAKINGMACHINECONTROLSYSTEMOFPROGRAMMABLECONTROLLERPLCPRINCIPLE,STRUCTUREANDCHARACTERISTICSOFTHECONTROLSYSTEM,THEAUTOMATICCONTROLDEVICETOIMPROVETHETRADITIONALBRICKMAKINGMACHINEINOPERATION,LOWINEFFICIENCY,ACCURACYISNOTHIGHFAULTS,AUTOMATETHEBRICKMACHINECONTROL,MAKETHEBRICKANDBLOCKPRODUCTQUALITYHASBEENGREATLYIMPROVEDPRODUCTIVITY,WORKERSLABORINTENSITYISREDUCEDALTHOUGHTHANTHECOSTOFRELAYCONTROLCIRCUITOFPLCCONTROLSYSTEMHASIMPROVED,BUTTHECONTROLSYSTEMOFPROGRAMMABLECONTROLLERHARDWARECIRCUITISSIMPLE,HIGHSYSTEMRELIABILITY,MAINTENANCEWORKLOADANDREDUCEMAINTENANCECOST,IFALARGENUMBEROFAPPLICATIONS,CANIMPROVETHEECONOMICEFFICIENCYOFBRICKWORKSTHECONTROLSYSTEMVIASOMEBRICKWORKS,ACCORDINGTOTHEACTUALOPERATIONEQUIPMENTNORMALOPERATION,SYSTEMPERFORMANCEISSTABLEANDRELIABLE,FULLYMEETTHEBRICKPROCESSREQUIREMENTSHASABROADAPPLICATIONPROSPECT基于PLC的水泥垫块机控制系统设计摘要针对目前大多数水泥制砖机控制系统仍为手工操作,存在可靠性低、效率差、运行不稳定等问题,我们通过分析水泥制砖机的控制原理及和作用,提出利用PLC对水泥制砖机进行逻辑控制的方法。根据制砖工艺要求,说明了PLC控制系统的软、硬件设计方法、步骤和过程。水泥砌块在工业与民用建筑、路桥工程、水利堤防等方面应用广泛,其主要由水泥制砖机模压成型。目前我国许多水泥制砖机控制系统仍为人操作,可靠性低、效率差、运行不稳定,远远跟不上时代的步伐和满足不了现代社会的要求,急需技术革新和改造。近年来,随着我国自动化技术的提高,可编程序控制器PLC作为一个新兴的工业控制器,因其体积小,功能齐全,价格低廉,可靠性高等独特的优点,在各个领域获得了广泛应用。本文介绍一种可编程序控制器的制砖控制系统,它能根据生产实际的需要,实现上料、供板、成型、脱模至出砖的全过程自动生产。关键词PLC水泥垫块机液压系统组态液压制砖机概述液压型免烧砖机是在陶瓷砖坯液压制砖机的基础上,经改造和移植而逐步用于免烧砖生产的。他最早被用于免烧砖的生产,是始于灰砂砖,后来渐渐扩大大其他免烧砖品种,特别是粉煤灰免烧砖及尾砂免烧砖。近年,它在免烧砖行业的应用范围仍在不断扩大。从长远看,它必将成为免烧砖生产的主导性机型。国外液压制砖机发展较早,德国、意大利、日本等国家有多家公司生产系列液压制砖机产品,销往世界各国。但价格较高。随着我国墙地砖生产的不断发展,为适应生产需要,近几年从意大利、德国、日本等国引进了大量自动液压制砖机。介绍国外几个公司的系列自动液压制砖机规格型号及技术性能,供选型参考。液压制砖机结构形式各国各公司都有各自的液压制砖机结构形式,有各自的特点。基本分类方式如下。液压制砖机按结构分类传统柱式结构;套筒拉杆式结构焊接式、铸钢式;整体框板式结构;柔性框板式结构。液压制砖机按主油缸与活动横梁连接方式分类主油缸与活动横梁刚性连接;压制油缸与活动横梁浮动连接。液压制砖机各种结构形式分述如下传统的梁柱结构。该结构在1000T以下的压机为三梁二柱式,在1000T以上的压机一般为三梁四柱式,机械制造行业的大吨位压机多用这一形式,压机的立柱兼作滑块的导向柱用。套筒拉杆式结构。这一结构形式基本上和上述形式相同,但立柱为一光轴,没有台阶,立柱也作滑块的导向柱用。整体框板式结构。该结构形式分为整体框板焊接式结构和整体框架铸钢式结构。柔性框板式结构。前后两块厚钢板,用四个垫用蝶形弹簧的螺栓整个框架固结在一起。主油缸与活动横梁刚性连接式。活动横梁由压机立柱导向,或两侧另设导向杆导向。这种结构的压砖机,活动横梁的运动精度高,对提高模具使用寿命和坯体质量有利。主油缸与活动横梁浮动式连接。中间面有一球面垫作为过渡,活动横梁靠两侧的小导向杆导向。这种结构有利于对粉料进项均匀加压,可以补偿由于布料不匀或压机制造装配误差所造成的偏载。液压制砖机发展方向液压制砖机向大吨位、系列化、节能化方向发展。目前国外的液压制砖机已达到4200T,板框式和立柱式都在采用。结构紧凑,压制时机体变形小,压制砖坯质量优良。液压系统趋于简单,目的是为了节能,降低维修费,提高压制频率。注重主油缸导向,减少主件磨损,提高压制精度。注重布料均匀性,以提高压制砖坯的质量。液压制砖机向多功能发展,可进行二次布料压制和不同物料的复合一次压制成型。液压制砖机采用电子计算机技术,可自动检测压机的故障部位,便于及时维修。液压制砖机主要特点液压制砖机的优势主要如下所述。施压平稳,缓缓施压,使物料中的气体在受到压缩后有充分排出的机会,不会再坯体内形成压缩空气层,保证了砖体的密实度。因此,液压制砖机的极限压力较高,可采用大吨位1000T施压,生产出高强度高性能的免烧砖,目前,国内外最优质的免烧砖大多是液压制砖机生产的。所产免烧砖的质量高、品质好、,这是液压制砖机最突出的特点。由于它的极限压力高,施压吨位大,即使粒度很细的物料如粉煤灰,在粗骨料较少的情况下也可以在大压力下达到高密实度。因此,液压制砖机特别适用于机械砖机无能为力的细物料,这是它的第二突出特点和优点。容易实现自动控制,动作精确,特别适宜与微机系统配套。因此,液压制砖机的自动化程度一般均较高,国外砖机在这方面已达到相当高的水平,这与机械发展的必然趋势是一致的。液压制砖机通过调压泵和阀,可以很方便的调节成型压力、速度和保压时间,同时可以很
