10、ge.设计采用了三个关键策略。第一个策略，目的是连接建筑裙楼的商业，并将基地的开放空间与城市开放空间系统连接起来。大部分面向公园中心的首层商业与日常人 流脱节。本设计力求营造隆重大气的中央景观，为裙楼商业提供可视性和坐标感。 铺装的设计使用流动的线条进一步加强这四个建筑物之间的链接。 人行动线作为隐喻的河流，穿越了一些针对特定活动设计的空间：儿童游戏场、运动站、开阔草坪、和一些休闲停留的场所。这些节点就像漩涡，沿河流的边缘形 成。 地形和植栽将强化这些空间的围合。一旦组织后的人行流线和活动的位置确定，地 形如同雕塑般起伏的小岛来界定场所，并引导流线。 2设置不同活动/节目增强空间特征。Enha

11、nce spaces with various activities/programs.The design employs three key strategies. The first strategy aims to connect retail areas to each other and to public open space. Much of the ground-level retail fac- ing the park is disconnected from the day-to-day flow of life. The design seeks to create

12、a grand central space that offers them visibility and an address. The pav- ing design uses a flowing motif to further enhance this link between all four build- ings.As the metaphoric river flows through the site, it travels through a number of spac- es that target specific activities; from playgroun

13、ds, exercise stations and open lawn areas to more passive siting areas. These nodes are like eddies that some-times form along the rivers edge.Land as well as plant material will enhance the definition of these spaces. Once the desired routes are delineated and the programing is determined, the land

15、 Design景观框架 Overall Framework盈动1.设计框架由五个核心部分组成。城市舞台创造出项目的门户感，并形成一个中心场所和城市聚会空间。商业漫步道同时满足紧急消防车道的要求，并提供面向公园的 露天咖啡座。景观设计将规划中的室外运动场抬升，并通过一座桥与其他球场连接。如同所有建筑退台上的球场，运动梯阶成为高低错落的人工景致。而相对的， 森林谷是公园中最绿、最自然、最宁静的，它提供了从城市街道和地铁站到南侧斜 塘河公园绿带的开放空间连接。球场和谷地间的竖向高差有助于隔离嘈杂的体育活 动，并保持谷地的宁静。最后一个部分，雨水花园收集建筑屋面和室外球场表面的径流，并以旱溪过滤之后储

The Urban Stage provides a gateway, central outdoor venue and gathering space in the park.

17、 The Retail Promenades double as EVA and offer outdoor caf seating fac- ing the park. The Sports Terraces, initially introduced in the architecture by the multiple stepping podium terraces that cascade towards the streetscapes, is now expressed in the park by elevating all of the outdoor sports cour

18、ts onto 2 large ter- races and linking them via a bridge. The grade separation between the sports courts help keep the noisy activities segregated from the serene na

To the east of this zone a dry bed stream offers an alternative means of conveying storm water from roofs and

In

43、combination with The Cloud trellis the flowing paving motif in the central plaza creates movement and connects the commercial ac- tivities in all four podiums. On the Retail Promenade site furniture highlights a vibrant atmosphere, where the commercial space spills to the park edge without compromis
