2、 and so on.,Ok,how about these : Tai Chi, Latin, touch football, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, callisthenics,Sharing Time,1.Do you like doing sports?If you do,what sport do you like? 2.Have you do exercise every day?If not,how often? 3.However,as we know , many students are not willing to do sports.Why?,Th

How brave and determined he was!,Oscar Pistorius is a famous disabled short distance runner from South Africa who has broken many records of Paralympics.Denpending on his two artificial limb,he can run very fast.But

8、 his honour mainly owes to his assiduously training.He can never gain such success without his fortitude.After that he even compete with ordinary athletes in the Olympic Games!,Besides being determined,we can feel the spirit of teamworks and cooperate with others better such as playing basketball an

12、environment. secondly, doing sports can keep fit and reduce the risk of entering the aging period(衰老期) prematurely.(If female want to keep young and pretty ,please do more sports),In the physiological aspect:,thirdly,doing sports can enhance peoples physique and keep us away from cancer,heart diseas

13、e,diabetes mellitus(糖尿病),ect. lastly,doing sports can increase our chances of defeat the disease,when we suffer from disease unfortunately.,firstly,do sports can reduce fatigue so that we can have enough energy to study and work. secondly,do sports can regulate intense emotions and calm us. thirdly,

16、security.,Self grasp of several situation of exercise:,First, in the middle-distance running, abdominal pain in runners is a very frequent problem due to the insufficient of warming-up. This symptom is mainly caused by the stomach cramps. Once it happened, the best way to do it is to take a deep bre

17、ath, then press the part of pain ,run slowly, relax and wait for the disappear of the pain. 在中长跑运动中,多因准备活动不充分,容易发生腹痛情况,主要是由胃肠痉挛引起,此时学生切不可紧张,可用手按住痛的部位,减慢跑速,多做几次深呼吸,坚持一段时间,疼痛就会消失。,Second, pay more attention to the “gravity shock” after strenuous exercise.
