I always tell my students English they can learn English well if they just do what I tell them. I would tell my students something about a sailor. His name is xxxxx who had passed all the

4、examinations organized by the MSA for one time. His education background was grade two of primary school. He couldnt recognize Chinesephoneticsymbol and some Chinese characters, not mention English. Every of our students English is better than him. How could he pass the examination and get the Certi

5、ficate of competency? He had done what I told and he succeeded. What I tell students is “try your best”. Its easier said than done. They should work hard and try their best. Second, teachers should encourage students. I always praise a student even if they made a little progress to encourage him. Ev

6、ery time student answered a question correctly, I would praise them by “very good, excellent, well down, and fantastic” and so on. At that time, they will have feelings of successful.Third, teachers should make students be interested in English. In order to develop their interests in learning Englis

I often ask a student to read loudly and others follow him. Or invite a student to ask another student questions. They just play the role of the teacher.
