1、 /移动式气化装置的开发及应用的讨论1问题的提出Of the 1佛山市燃气总公司自1992年底成立以来,致力于发展佛山市区的管道供气业务,现已建成总气化能力为11吨小时的三座小区气化站并实行联网供气,铺设埋地管网180多公里,现有管道气居民用户4万多户,管道气工商业用户200多户。近两年来,随着工商业用户的不断增加,特别是一些陶瓷企业、制罐企业的生产不可间断性对作为供气企业的燃气总公司提出了更高的标准和要求确保连续稳定的供气;但现实的情况是由于新旧管网的驳接、原有管网设施的维护、管网紧急事故的处理等多方面的客观原因,必须对已通气的部分管网实施停气

2、,这就必然会严重影响工商业用户的生产。为了解决这一矛盾,必须寻找一种可移动的气源来对工商业用户或成片小区在特殊情况下实施临时供气,也即开发一种移动式的气化装置。Gas corporation since its inception at the end of 1992, foshan city, foshan city, committed to the development of the pipeline gas supply business, has established the total gasification capacity of 11 tons/hour of three

22、on device process移动式气化装置的工艺流程见图3所示,液相钢瓶通过软管与液相入口相连,液相经过阀门a1或a3进入自动切换阀a2,经过阀a4,a5进入调压器a5,a7,然后经阀门a8进入气化段进行气化,经气化的液化石油气进入气液分离器A,分离液态的液化气后进入过热段,然后经过阀a10后输出。在该工艺流程中,为了在自动切换阀、调压器同时发生故障时仍能使用,我们使用了旁路,设备汇常情况下液化气经过自动切换阀、调压器进入气化段,当发生故障时走旁路。在正常情况下,气液分离器A仅有少量残液,如果气液分离器A中进入较多的液态石油气或A内部的浮球上浮堵塞而气体不能通过时,打开阀a9使液态右油气

31、和紧急情况下的供气任务,每次都能保证乎稳、快捷、安全的供气。移动式气化装置在管网维修、有计划的停气时可以使用,在管网抢险、紧急停气时亦可以使用,另外,对于那些未连通通气管网、暂不能实行管道供气的用户可通过移动式气化装置进行临时供应,避免因施工临时期组站而造成的投资浪费。我们在使用移动式气化装置时,综合考虑气化能力及需求量,根据当时气温及液化气组分确定气化能力,根据用户情况及使用时间确定需求量。从使用过程中的实测数据表明,通过强制通风后,其供气能力达到设计能力的12倍,在空气温度为25、丙烷组分占50%时,每小时的气化能力已达到210Kgh,能够满足我市现有工业及商业用户用气的需要,如今后需求量

When we use portable gasification device, considering gasification capacity and demand, according to the temperature and gas composition to determine the gasification capacity, according to the situation of user and time are used to

From using the measured data show that in the process of by forced ventilation, the gas supply capacity reached 1.2 times of design capability, in air temperature is 25 , propane components accounted for 50%, the gasification per hour capacity has reached 210 kg/h, to be able to meet the needs of the city gas existing industrial and commercial users, now after demand is big, can consider multiple mobile gasification device is connected to the gas supply.
