2、e and technology, all kinds of printing ink appear constantly, applied to ordinary printing, special printing, security printing, and other fields, they are not only excellent print quality, and also to comply with such as environmental protection, security and other special needs. Therefore, the em
3、ergence of such as magnetic ink, fluorescent ink, photoelectric change ink, temperature change ink and so on, make the printing industry leap to new heights. This paper introduces the characteristics and USES of several kinds of special ink in high and new technology.Nano ink(1) to start with the fi
4、neness and purity of inkWe know that the fineness and purity of ink have a great influence on print quality. To print high quality products, must have fine, pure and high ink to guarantee. Ink fineness is refers to the ink pigment (including filling material) of the size of the particles and pigment
5、s, filling material distribution uniformity in the link of material, it is reflected in the print quality, and also affect the rate of resistance to printing plate. Technology practice shows that the color printing products with anilox printing or field layout contains small Yin, Yin line, printing
6、process easy paste version, space infection, quality problems, such as not seriously to check and analysis, may be in operation error, thought consistency discomfort, ink viscosity is too large, the ink volume is too big or too much pressure and blindly make some wrong adjustment. 7、by poor ink fineness. The fineness of the ink is directly related to the quality of the pigment and filling material and the size of the granulation. In general, inks made from inorganic pigments (excluding carbon black) are coarser. This has a lot to do with the rolling process of the ink. Ink in t

It promises to increase the environmental protection and quality of flexible printing. Compared with free radical system, cationic ink has the advantages of low volatility and small
36、smell, which is very good environmental ink. The smell of free radical ink is a headache, and it is harmful to the health and environment of the operator. However, cationic ink (low volatility ink) has a great advantage in this area, and can be applied to some food packaging industry. Cationic ink a
37、lso benefits from the adhesion of plastic sheets.It is the most important of all the advantages of cationic ink and coating light to show a particularly good adhesion to the chip set.Compared with the free-radical type printing ink, cationic ink has curing speed of medium (the less radical ink), sec
38、ondary curing (about extended to 24 hours), prevent oxidation, humidity affects slightly, no shrinkage, plastics with good sexual characteristics.While the free radical ink can be dried at high speed, the curing speed of cationic ink is slightly behind. However, recent research and development indic
39、ates that the improved cationic ink can also be adapted to the printing of 150m/min 200m/min.The advantage of secondary curing is that when printed material is exported from the printing press, the ink film looks as if it has solidified, but there is still a partial reaction (not dry). Cationic curi
40、ng techniques can continue to react until most of the material reacts. In contrast, free radical ink can only be completely dry when exposed to uv light. And this process leads to higher volatility, especially the low molecular weight components that dont react. After curing, the polymer is usually
41、high in molecular weight, generally not volatile, and volatile volatiles are also reflected in the extractable components. The content of the extracted ingredients is an increasingly important feature of the test food packaging system. In particular, as an analytical technique, one billionth of the

The shrinkage of cationic ink is small and therefore has good adhesion properties.In the case of green and environmental protection, the packaging printing area is more demanding for environmenta

We believe that with the development of science and technology and the improvement of printing ink industry, for cationic ink some disadvantages, is bound to find good solution, such as the excellent record as mentioned above. Therefore, we should have a positive attitude an
51、d technical direction to adapt to the new standards.(1) the adhesive of cationic membraneGravure printing is fast enough that it can be dry (solvent exists) when it is later coated with adhesive, or waiting for a day to solidify it to a certain intensity. In flexographic printing, generally using ad
52、hesive on printing machine unit, laminating and curing under normal printing speed, a few minutes, print film coating can be solidified, but also on the printing machine cutting to finished product, and then directly to the customer. In this case, the use of uv adhesive does not have the problem of
53、solvent volatilization. The printing plant USES newly developed white pigment adhesives to remove the traditional solvents caused by the back white and then cover the white ink.
