A small blackboard Teaching ProceduresStep1.Lead-in Show a photo that the teacher visited last year. And say,“I think this vacation is exciting ,and tell me where you v
6、isited in summer vacation. ”Then ask some students to answer. Say, “I know you also want to visit some other places. Now lets begin Unit 7 and learn how to talk about the places we want to visit.”Step 2 .1aShow some pictures to the students. Ask: Where do you know they are ? What do you think of the
7、m? If you have a chance to visit , where would you like to go on vacation? What do you think of this vacation? Then let students to use adjectives to describe their vacations.Show two posters to the students. Ask , What do you think of two vacations ?Let the students answer. OK ,now lets look at the
8、 Activity 1a. Frist look at the adjectives .Do you know their meanings? Then take the students to read the words. Ask them to choose the adjectives from these words or other adjectives to describe the posters. Then check the answers.Step 3. 1bWell listen to three students talking about where they wo
9、uld like to go on vacation and why. Play the tape for the first time, and tell the students not to write in a hurry, just try to catch the main idea of the dialogueThen play the recording again Ask them to write their answers this timeCheck the answersStep 4. 1cPresent this dialogue, and say like th
10、is:Where would you like to go on vacation, Sam?Id like to trek through the jungle, because I like exciting vacationsTell them to talk about the posters with their partners this timeThen show the pictures and say like this:T: Id love to visit Paris, because I like relaxing vacations Where would you l
