2、急程序的全部内容。purposethis emergency action plan (eap） is in place to ensure employee safety from fire, severe weather and other emergencies involving kadant employees. the eap details the actions and procedures to be followed in case of emergency。 these emergencies may be in the form of fire, bomb threat

3、s, severe weather, or toxic chemical release. this plan is keep available to employees for review.at the minimum， the emergency action plan must include the following: a preferred method for reporting fires and other emergencies; an evacuation policy and procedure; emergency escape procedures and ro

4、ute assignments， such as floor plans， workplace maps， and safe or refuge areas;definitionsrefuge zones: an outside assembly area where employees are to meet after evacuating their workplace in the event of fire, bomb threat or bomb threat。 it is here that a head count will be taken。 these sites all

8、on of emergency response leader may be filled by the safety or human resources manager until the city fire department arrives。 at that time the fire chief at the scene would assume this position。trained evacuation personnel: conduct head counts once evacuation has been completed。 there is at least o

9、ne trained evacuation person for each department in the workplace to provide adequate guidance and instruction at the time of a fire emergency.responsibilitiesreceptionist/office manager tornado watch notification - monitor the possibility of severe weather by utilizing the weather monitoring radio

13、acuation routes to each employee. conduct fire drills to acquaint the employees with emergency procedures, and to judge the effectiveness of the plan。 one documented fire and shelter in place drill are required per year。 satisfy all local fire codes and regulations as specified. train designated emp

14、loyees in the use of fire extinguishers and the application of medical first aid techniques。 keep key management personnel home telephone numbers in a secure place in the office for immediate use in the event of an emergency。 distribute a copy of the list to key persons to be retained in their homes

15、 for use in communicating an emergency occurring during non-work hours.
