3、、词汇、语法知识，基本上能听懂一些简单的课堂用语和利用英语表达所学的简单内容，读懂课文，听懂课文的录音。因该班是公办班，他们学习主动性较强，具有一定的表现欲，会积极参与课堂。二、 教材分析1. 本节课是围绕初三中考考点“Environment” 这一话题而展开的复习，属于综合复习课。2. 学习本节课前，学生已经学完了初中三个年级的全部课程，曾经学习和了解环境问题的基本知识与词汇，课前也让学生们小组讨论如何为保护环境做实事；并让学生弄清什么是科学思想或文化传统。这为这一课时的学习作了铺垫。根据学生实际水平，自己编辑了关于四大污染的文章供学生阅读。并设计一些题目帮助学生理解；并围绕“Environ

4、ment”这一话题设计听力题-听填信息。本节课内容包括：Listening, Reading and Comprehending，Discussion及家庭作业中的Writing。本节内容主要讲述了环境问题中最为常见和严重的污染问题，在对学生进行阅读技巧指导的同时介绍保护环境的方法。文章最后提到了一个发人深省的问题：All these problems are very serious, so we must do something now.3. 通过本节课的学习，使学生深思“How To Be Friends Of The Earth”，并倡导学生“爱护地球家园，从我做起”并作环保宣誓。三
