1、中英文安全责任书（外企）安全环保消防责任书Job Responsibility of Safety, Environment and Fire Fighting为了加强对公司安全、环保、消防工作的管理，杜绝重大事故，减少工伤事故，落实安全责任，保证安全生产，根据中华人民共和国消防法和机关、 团体、企业、事业单位消防安全管理规定 的要求，本着 谁主管，谁负责 的原则，经公司最高管理层批准，特制订安全环保消防责任书，由各部门安全责任人与公司签订。在职期间，各安全责任人应作好以下工作 :The Job Responsibility of Safety, Environment and FireFig

8、r hidden risk and report safety information to top management in time.6. 监督管辖区域内的消防器材的保管和使用 ,安排人员定期清洁。不堵塞消防器材或挪作他用。 对已开封使用的灭火器或压力不够的灭火 器应及时通知 EHS 部门处理。 Monitor the stoage, usage and cleaning of the fire fighting device in workshop. 10、 environment pollution, improve work condition and prevent the occurrence of occupational disease or acute toxicosis.8. 在防火区域动火作业前 ,必须按公司规定办理动火审批手续并采取安全 措 施。 Apply for Hot Work Permit before hot work operation in our company.9. 在维修、保养设备时 ,严禁使用挥发性强的易燃易爆物品（如汽油）擦拭设备 , 存放的易燃易爆物品不得超量 ,并要有防火措施。 It is proh

11、ibited to wipe the machine with highly flammable substance such as acetone, gasoline when maintenance.The value of flammable or explosive substance cannot be stored in excess and fire prevention measure must be available.10. 必须保持生产现场通道的畅通 , 不准占用各种安全间距、 堵塞消防 通道。 Keep the aisle smooth. 12、he safety clearance or block the aisle.11. 落实隐患整改制度，对公司安全管理部门、政府安全监督管理部 门出具的安全整改通知认真整改。Carry out The System of Correction of Hidden Risk. Take effective measure as per Corrective Notice for HiddenHazard issued by EHS or local government.12. 对管辖区域内的危险控制点、易燃易爆点、可燃物品存放点、动火作业点、环境控制点、有害作业点进行重点管理。Pay high

14、 every level in workshop.14. 对本部门的义务消防队进行管理 , 并积极参加各种培训。 Manage internal fire fighters in his department and encourage them to take part in the training.15. 按时参加公司安全生产会议，组织召开本部门的安全生产例会， 布置有关安全、环保、消防工作。Attend work safety meeting and preside the safety meeting within department. Assign work on safety,

15、 environment protection and fire fighting.16. 出现工伤、火灾事故时，采取应急措施并向公司高层管理报告。Take emergent action in case of work injury or fire accident and report it to top management in time.17. 参加事故的调查分析 ,提供事故的真实情况 ,按四不放过 的原则处理事故 (四不放过 即事故原因不清不放过， 事故责任者和群众没 有受到教育不放过， 没有制订出防范措施不放过， 事故责任者没有受 到处理不放过）。 Participate in the investigation of accident, provide true information about accident and treat the accident as per the principles: the treatment of accident will not be over unless the cause of the accident is clarified, the persons responsible for the accident and
