1、晨炼:6式瑜伽“拜日式”我们只想过好凡人的每一天代谢顺畅、身体柔韧、头脑灵活,一句话:充满活力,神清气爽!幸亏有许多办法让人放松:深呼吸、练习瑜伽瑜伽“拜日式”,据说是古代印度人清晨起床后,面对地平线上那冉冉升起的太阳,为表达心中的膜拜之情创造的一系列姿势,以感激太阳赐与人类光明和能量。清晨起床后,迎着太阳做6套“拜日式”,能提高一天的代谢水平,让身体充满精力和能量。瑜伽“拜日式”姿势1:祈祷式双脚并拢直立,双手合十于胸前,呈祈祷姿势,深呼吸两次;帮助我们:集中和宁静思绪。坐在地上,双脚比肩宽一点点,两手放在胸前,背打直,膝盖屈起。身体往后倾斜约45度,让自己像一个c字,肚子内缩、眼睛看着肚脐
2、,感觉肚子收扁,肩膀及大腿放松,力量集中于腹部,自然呼吸,约停10秒,再回到动作1。瑜伽“拜日式”姿势2:展臂式吸气,双手高举过头顶大拇指相扣,缓慢地呼气;手臂带动上身向后仰,收紧臀部,髋部向前推出;帮助我们:伸展腹部脏器,促进消化,消除多余的脂肪。加强脊神经,开阔肺叶。a.维持正常坐姿,两腿自然伸直。屈左腿,将左脚的脚背放在右大腿的腹股沟处,双手放在左膝盖上,轻柔地将左膝盖做上下弹性运动数次,使之最终接触地面。b.慢慢将左腿还原后,双手按摩膝盖和脚踝。换腿做。以上动作重复三至五次瑜伽“拜日式”姿势3:前屈式吸气,手臂的力量带起上半身,呼气,身体慢慢向前弯,双手放于脚掌外侧地面。(如果双手贴不
3、到地面,可以抓住脚踝或小腿),头颈低垂放松,尽量让小腹去贴住大腿,下额接近膝盖。帮助我们:预防胃病,促进消化,缓解便秘,柔软脊柱,加强脊神经。1。侧拉伸功效:苗条、紧实腹部和腰部,同时能够放松后背。2。划船动作功效:收紧腹部和大腿肌肉,加强后背力量。3。前后弯腰功效:释放身体的紧张和压力,保持脊椎柔软、富有弹性。紧实大腿、腹部、腰部和颈部。因为该动作能够促进血液循环,它对皮肤和头发也很有好处。瑜伽“拜日式”姿势4:战斗式吸气,双膝弯曲,左腿向后伸直,呼气,呈“战斗式”。帮助我们:按摩腹部器官,改善其活动功能。加强两腿肌肉,增强平衡能力。脸朝上趟着,腿伸直。用长布条绕过左脚的脚底,使左腿竖直举起
4、,并保持片刻。腿要保证伸直,越靠近前身越好。20秒钟之后,上身向前倾,靠近腿部,再慢慢趟回去。换右腿。瑜伽“拜日式”姿势5:蛇式双臂撑地伸直,双腿向后伸直,吸气,从腰部开始抬起上身,头朝后仰。呈“蛇式”帮助我们:这个姿势对胃病,包括消化不良和便秘非常有用。锻炼脊柱,让脊神经焕发活力。瑜伽“拜日式”姿势6:顶峰式吸气,双手撑地,臀部抬高。呼气,头颈低垂,眼睛看向小腹,脚后跟贴向地面,呈“顶峰式”。帮助我们:强化四肢神经和肌肉。与前一姿势反方向弯曲脊柱,有助于脊柱柔软和脊神经供血。提示:完成“顶峰式”后,吸气,双脚跳向两手之间,身体慢慢还原直立,呼气,双手合十于胸前,回到祈祷姿态,再以5、4、3、
