1、电气试验Electric Test1. 电气试验常规要求General Requirements1)电气预防性的试验严格按规范、产品说明书要求执行。Electric preventive test shall be carried out in accordanee with criterion and product specification strictly.2)组合式微机保护及监控继电器按产品说明书进行整定。Adjust combined micro-computer protection and monitoring relay3)常规的电磁式继电器调试按新编保护继电器检验中有关规定
2、进行调试。The normal electromagnetic relay commissioning shall comply with the stipulations ofNewProtection Relay Test.4)盘(柜)指示电表经校验后,对合格的电表粘贴专用合格证。After calibrati on of the pan el (cabi net) indicative ammeter, paste special quality certificate on the qualified ammeter.5)高压开关柜的传动试验在各电气元件及单体柜调试后进行。传动试验时,
3、认真核对各回路 的准确及可靠性。主要传动试验项目:High pressure switchboard transmission test shall be carried out after electrical element and individual cabinet commissioning. Check the loops accuracy and liability during transmission test. The main transmission project :操作控制回路传动试验;Operation Control Loop Transmission Test
4、保护回路传动试验;Loop Protection Transmission Test测量/计量回路试验;Measure/Recording Loop Test系统低电压、断线保护试验;System Low Pressure, Cable break protection test核对一、二次相位;Check 1st and 2nd phase2. 变压器试验 Transformer Test1)测量绕组连同套管的直流电阻,测量应在各分接头所有位置上进行;Measure wi ndi ng and sleeve DC resista nee of all the connection joi n
5、ts.2)对1600kVA及以下三相变压器,各相测得值的相互差值应小于平均值的4%,线间测得值的相互差值应小于平均值的2%; 1600kVA以上的三相变压器,各相测得值的相互差值应小于平均值的2%,线间测得值的相互差值应小于平均值的1%; 1600kVA以上的三相变压器,各相测得值的相互差值应小于平均值的2%,线间测得值的相互差值应小于平均值的1%;(重复)三相电阻不平衡率计算Three Phase Transformer of 1600Kva and the less, the measured value 1 s differenee shall be4% less tha n the a

16、hetest, if do it, the manufacture should provide test voltage value.a)试验电压的频率为50Hz,电压波形应尽可能接近正弦波形。The testing voltage frequency is 50Hz, voltage wave form better be sine wave.b)进行交流耐压时,非被试侧绕组应短接后接地。Carry out AC withstand voltage test, the un-test side of the winding resistance should be earthed.10)测
17、量与铁芯绝缘的各紧固件的绝缘电阻measure the resistance of iron coreinsulation fastening warea)应测量可接触到的穿芯螺栓、觇铁夹件及绑扎钢带对铁觇、铁芯及绕组压环的绝缘电阻;(注:表中K为实测温度减去20C的绝对值)Measure the touchable penetration bolt, yoke clamp, steel banding yoke, steel core and winding ring in sulati on resista nee.b)采用2500V兆欧表测量,持续时间为1分钟,应无闪络及击穿现象;mea
18、suring with 2500 ohmmeter, tine last 1 minute, no flashover, no breakdown.c)当觇铁梁及穿芯螺栓一端与铁芯相连时,应将连接片断开后进行试验;When one side of yoke beams and penetrati on bolts conn ected with the core, carry out Test after discon meeting the clips.11)冲击合闸试验 Impact Closing Test在额定电压下对变压器进行冲击合闸试验,应进行5次,每次间隔宜为5分钟,无异常现象。
19、冲击合闸试验宜在变压器高压侧进行;对中性点接地的电力系统,冲击试验时变压器的中性点 必须接地;发电机变压器组中间连接无操作断开点的变压器,可不进行冲击合闸试验。Carry out impact closing test under rated voltage for 5 times every 5 minus, there should be no abnormal phenomenon. Impact closing test shall carry out at high pressure side of transformer. The neutral point must be gro

No impact closing test is acceptable for the generator transformer assembly without operation discormection point.12)检查相位 Phase Check检查变压器的相位必须与系统相位一致。Confirm the transformer and the system phase must be consistent.3. 电缆试验Cable Test1)绝缘测试 Insulation Tes
21、ta)测量电缆对地或对金属屏蔽层间和各线芯间的绝缘电阻。Measure the insulation resista nee of cable to ground or iron shielded layer and cores.b)对1kV以上电缆采用2500V兆欧表。Use 2500V Megohmmeter to test cable of above 1kVc)对0.6/1 kV及以下电缆采用1000V兆欧表。Use 1000V Megohmmeter to test cable of 0.6/1 Kv and below.2)直流耐压及泄漏电流测量DC Voltage Enduran

24、in flue nee duri ng measuri ng.4)对额定电压为0.6/1 kV的电缆可用1000V或2500V兆欧表测量导体对地绝缘电阻代 替直流耐压试验。0.6/1 kV cable, use 1000V or 2500V Megohmmeter to measure the resista nee of con ductor to earth in sulati on resista nee in stead of DC voltage en dura nee test.5)交流单芯电缆的护层绝缘试验标准,按产品技术条件的规定进行。AC sin gle core cable
25、 protect ion layer test sta ndard should be accord ing to tech no logy con diti on.6)电缆主绝缘交流耐压试验 Cable main in sulation AC voltage en dura nee test试验电压:2U0 ;持续时间:60min (U0:电缆额定相电压)。Test voltage: 2UO, lasting time: 60min (UO: cable rated voltage)7)按产品技术条件的规定决定进行直流耐压及泄漏电流测量或是进行电缆主绝缘交流 耐压试验。Carry out D

27、低于0.5;额定电压为1kV及以上,在运行温度时的绝缘电阻值定子绕组不低于每千伏1,转子绕组不应低于每千伏0.5 oMeasure wi nding in sulati on resista nee, use 500v Megohmmeter, in sulati on resista nee valueshall not less than 0.5under normal temperature. 31、 and sta ndards provided manu faeturer.5. 继电器调试 Relay Commissio ning1) 调试前,应保证继电器对试验电源的要求。电源的波形应为正弦波,谐波分量不超过基波的5%o试验电源的频率应为50Hzo当试验电源频率对继电器影响较大时应考虑频率的正、负偏差对试验数据的影响,应对试验数据进行修正。当使用直流电源试验时,电源的波纹系数要小。一般情况下,波纹系数K 1%oBefore commissi on ing, ensure relay meets test power requireme nts. 34、 not less than 0.5.4)继电器外壳应清洁无灰尘。外壳、玻璃应完整,嵌接要良好。外壳与底座结合应紧密牢固,防尘密封应良 好,安装端正。继电器端子接线应牢固可靠。Relay shell should be clean. 35、d be solid and reliable.5)继电器内部应清洁、接线牢固、各部件完好,动作灵活、可靠。The relay inner part shall be clean, connection solid, all part is perfect, flexible and liable6)继电器的接点检查:应保证接点接触良好、无抖动、粘住或出现火花等异常现象,并有足够的压力。Relay con tact point in specti on: en sure con tact point is good, jitter-free, no stick and spark abnorm

38、 shall comply with product technology requirement.9)复核继电器的动作值。Re-check relay operation value.10)校核、调整热继电器的设定值,其动作值应符合被保护设备的容量。Check and commissi on set value of thermal relay, the operation value shall comply with the capacity of protected equipment.11)绝缘电阻的测定:额定电压为100V及以上者,使用1000V兆欧表;额定电压为100V以下者,使
39、用500V兆 欧表。端子对底座和磁导体的绝缘电阻应大于50MQo各线圈对触点及各触点间的绝缘电阻应大于50MQo各线圈间的绝缘电阻应大于10MQo由电子元、器件组成的综合继电器不进行绝缘电阻的测定。Insulation Resistance meauring: rated voltage of 100 V and above, use of 1000 V Megohmmeter; rated voltage below 100 V, use 500 V Megohmmeter. 43、ly with tech no logy informatio n provided by manu facturer.14)对多功能综合保护继电器的数码显示部分应完好,刻度清晰、准确。Multi-functional comprehensive protective relay digital display part shall be perfect, Calibration clear and accurate.15)按产品的技术性能,输入相应的参数值,检验其功能是否符合产品的技术标准。In put parameter values accordi ng to product techn
44、ology performs nee, check if the functi ons comply with tech no logy stan dard.16)按设计的整定值,检验继电器实际动作值。Check actual operation value of the relay according to set value.17)对过量参数值由低值逐渐升至动作值,欠量参数值由额定值降至动作值。Excessive parameters, in crease gradually from low value to operati on value, less of parameter val
45、ues decrease from rated value to operation value.18)在未采取可靠的措施前,不得触摸继电器内部电路板,以免静电损坏电路板。Before no reliable measures taken, forbid to touch the internal circuit boards to prevent any damage.6. 传动试验 Transmission Test1)主变压器进线开关、隔离开关、接地开关分、合闸操作;Main tran sformer in put switch, isolati on switch, earthing
46、switch tur n on/off operati on;2)MCC (电动机控制中心)系统分、合闸操作;MCC system turn on/off operation;3)变压器保护等动作跳闸及信号的传动试验;Transformer protection trip and signal transmission test;4)MCC (电动机控制中心)馈线柜动作跳闸及信号的传动试验;MCC wire cabinetprotecti on trip and sign al tran smissi on test;5) 备用电源自投的传动试验;Spare power independent
47、 transmission test;6)测量、计量回路的传动试验及其它传动试验;Measuring and recording loop transmission test and othertransmission test;9)上述传动试验应准确、可靠;二次回路绝缘良好。Above transmission tests should be accurate and reliable;loop should be well isolated.7. UPS (不间断电源)调试 UPS Commissioning1)UPS (不间断电源)装置主机按制造厂技术资料要求进行调试。The commi
48、ssioning of UPS mainframe should be according to Manu facturer !s technical specification docume nts.2)UPS (不间断电源)装置蓄电池绝缘电阻应符合产品技术条件,并按制造厂技术条件进行充放电;充电电压应符合产品技术条件。10小时放电应达到100%放电率。Storage battery isolati on resista nee of the UPS should comply with tech nical specificati on and should be discharged a
49、ccordingly; charge voltage should comply with technical specification. 10-hour discharge should reach 100% discharging rate.8. 电气受、送电 Electric Apparatus Receiving and Supplying Power1)电气受、送电,遵循先高压(电源)侧后低压(负荷)侧,断电时,先断低压侧(负荷)侧, 后高压 (电源)狈叽 Receiving and supplying power should be from high voltage side
50、and then lowerside; breaking power should be from lower voltage side and then higher.2)为保证安全在变压器受电前将盘柜内所有开关置于断开位置All the switchesshould be kept Off before receiving power in order to guarantee the safety.3)在额定电压下对变压器冲击试验5次,每次间隔时间为5min ,无异常现象Carry out impacting test 5times every 5 min un der rati ng voltage, there should be no abno rmal situati ons.4)两段受电后,在母联柜母联开关一、二次核相。After second phase receiving, check busbar switch phase.5)进行并列运行及进线柜、母联柜联锁试验Carry out shuntcirculating and
