7、校学术期刊等级分类目录不得随意调整。确需调整的必须履行以下程序：由所在单位向科研处提出调整意见报告，写明充分的理由和依据；科研处聘请至少位学术委员初审调整意见报告，并发表意见；科研处汇总学术委员初审意见并报告主管校长和学术委员会主任审核；由学术委员会主任主持召开学术委员会或专门会议审议调整意见报告并进行决议。五、本期刊等级分类目录由校学术委员会审议、校务会批准执行。2005年版中文期刊等级分类目录同时废止。本期刊等级分类目录的解释权和修订权属校科研处。 附件2：西南财经大学外文(英文)学术期刊等级分类目录(试行)(2008年版)一、A、B级外文学术期刊Accounting （会计）Tier A

35、ineering Index（工程索引，简称EI），主要收集工程和应用科学领域的文献，来自三千余种工程领域的期刊以及会议论文。附件3：西 南 财 经 大 学关于实践性科研成果与科研活动管理的暂行办法第一章 总 则第一条 为激励我校教学科研人员面向经济建设主战场，加强与实务部门的联系，围绕社会经济发展的重大理论与实践问题，开展应用和对策研究，提升我校科学研究的综合实力与水平，特制订本办法。第二条 本办法所规定的实践性科研成果和科研活动是指我校教学科研人员所进行的如下科研活动：1接受实务部门委托或自主选题完成的政策性建议报告；2接受实务部门委托或自主选题完成的调研报告；3接受实务部门委托完成的咨询性方案或报告；4引进和从事横向课题研究的科研活动。第三条 本办法所称的实务部门是指党政机关及其职能部门以及企事业单位。第二章 实践性科研成果的认定及激励标准第四条 实践性科研成果的要产生重要社会影响，具体要求：1产生重要社会影响是指：（1）实践性科研成果获得国家级或省部级领导人的重要批示。批示要有实际内涵且意思表达清楚，不能只是签字、画圈或已阅之类。（2）实践性科研成果被实务部门
