1、职位说明书职位名称财务部副部长所属部门财务部直接上级财务部部长直接下属无编写日期2004年6月审核人工作目的积极协助财务部长做好省公司的财务管理和会计核算工作，为公司领导和上级主管部门提供及时准确的会计信息，提升公司财务管理水平。工作职责1. 负责公司财务计划工作：1.1依据总部下达年度财务及利润计划，提报省公司执行计划草案；1.2负责提报省公司计划、定额建议；1.3下达、组织、实施省公司财务计划、利润计划；1.4管理、检查执行财务计划、利润情况。2. 负责清算管理工作：2.1根据总部有关财务结算办法，办理各项结算业务；2.2根据省公司有关财务结算办法，办理所属单位的各项结算业务；2.3负责提

2、报省公司财务结算方案。3. 负责会计报告编制、审核管理工作：3.1根据总部编制财务决算有关规定，组织实施省公司及所属单位会计报告的编制 工作；3.2负责审核汇总运吕、基建会计报口，并组织上报。4. 搜集、整理有关经营管理资料和信息，提报、撰写季、年度经济活动分析资料。5. 负责公司税收工作：5.1负责省公司税收管理工作；5.2协调与税务机关的工作；5.3负责向总部反映税收管理方面存在的冋题。重要工作联系1. 内部联系：1.1总部相关部门；1.2省公司各部门；1.3各地市分公司。2. 外部联系：2.1税务机关、工商行政管理部门；2.2银行；2.3 中介机构。任职要求1. 教育背景：1.1大学本科
