1、工程合同方環境協定 Engin eeri ng con tract party en vir onmen tai agreeme nt 編號(NO.): 甲方(Party A ):東莞添迪電子五金實業有限公司 (Pack Success Enterprise (DG) Ltd.) 乙方(Party B): 甲方(Party A ) 工程委託給乙方(engin eeri ng en trust to Party B ) 1. 乙方進入甲方現場施工，應遵守國家、地方、行業的有關管理制度，並接受甲方的監督與檢 查. Party B shall comply with the releva nt n

2、ati on al, local, i ndustry man agerial system and accept the supervisi on and in spect ion while en ter into the place for con struct ion of party A. 2. 乙方對油類、化學物品等易燃、易爆及有毒物品應專人管理，不得露天存放，防止因洩漏或 雨水沖刷污染環境. Party B should assig n the pers on to man ageme nt the oil, chemicals etc in flammable explosiv

3、e and toxic article specially and shall not open deposit for prevent environmental pollution which caused by leakage or the rains wash ing. 3. 乙方使用的施工材料應符合國家、地方的有關環境保護的法律、法規要求. The con structi on materials that used by Party B shall conform to the releva nt n ati on al, local en vir onmen tal protec

4、ti on laws, regulati ons and requireme nts. 4. 乙方在施工過程中，應安全用電，節約用水，防止因火災污染環境，資源浪費. Party B should use electricity safely, saving water, prevent environmental pollution by fire, the waste of resources in con struct ion process. 5. 乙方應保證施工品質，應避免因施工品質問題對環境造成不良影響. Party B shall en sure the quality of co

5、n struct ion and avoid the con structi on quality problem which shall cause adverse impact on the en vir onment. 6. 乙方在施工過程使用運輸車輛的，車的廢氣、雜訊、沖洗水應達標排放. The exhaust gas, no ise, rinse waste water etc that released with con veya nee by Party B shall reach the sta ndard. 7. 乙方在施工過程中應保護施工現場周圍的環境，防止對自然環境造成不

6、應有的損壞如確需 造成破壞的，應徵得甲方同意後方可施工，項目竣工後，應當修整和恢復在建設中受到破壞 的環境. Party B should protect the en vir onment around the con structi on site for preve nti ng the damage to the n atural en vir onment that caused uncon sciously in con struct ion process, get party A agrees before con struct ion if n ecessary to bre

7、ak, shall trim and recovery the damaged en vir onment after project completi on. 8. 乙方在施工過程中的廢油、廢水、固廢不得隨意排放，應集中妥善處理. Party B shall not release the waste oil, waste water, solid waste in the con struct ion process at discreti on and should collect for dispos ing properly. 9. 乙方在施工過程中應調整好作業時間，防止和減輕雜訊對

8、周圍環境的污染和危害. Party B should regulate the time of operation to prevent and reduce the noise pollution and harm to around en vir onmen tal in con struct ion process. 10. 乙方進入甲方現場進行土建施工，還應滿足如下要求： Party B should also meet the following requirements while enter into the site of Party A for con structi on:

9、 10.1乙方在施工過程中，除考慮採用先進和施工設備、先進的施工方法外，特別應調整好打 樁、攪拌、灌漿等作業時間，防止和減少粉塵、雜訊、震動等對周圍環境的污染和危害. 10、t for con siderati on using adva need con struct ion equipme nt, adva need con struct ion method particularly. 10.2乙方在運輸施工材料或土石、泥漿時，應採用防洩漏容器或加蓋篷罩，防止粉塵飛揚或 洩漏污染環境. Party B should use leak proof container or dust hood to preve nt the en vir onmen tal polluti on that caused by dust raise or leakage whil

12、 nt or refuses to rectificati on that may or have caused serious polluti on if any noncon forma nee with this agreeme nt. 12. 本協議一式二份，甲乙雙方各存一份，本協議自簽訂之日起生效，至工程完成(驗收合 格)後自行終止. This agreeme nt has two copies, Party A and Party B shall keep one. This Agreeme nt shall come into force since the date of sig nature till the project completi on (accepta nee). 13. 本協議簽訂後，如需修改，須經雙方商議同意後才可修改.
