1、Module 1 My First Day at Senior High教学设计一、教学内容分析本课是高中英语选修八第一模块的一篇阅读课，新教材阅读课的特点是信息量大，时代性强，内容新颖。教师在教材处理时要根据 这些特点，充分调动学生学习语言的兴趣，发挥他们自主学习的积极 性、主动性，提高学生在阅读中获取信息、 处理信息和运用信息的能 力。我在教学中将淡化语言点和语法知识的简单传授，采用任务型 教学法和小组合作探究学习法，从而扩大课堂的语料输进量及学生二、学习者分析在目前学生数普遍过多的情况下 ，如果按照传统的方法进行教学,学生很少有语言实践和交流的机会，很难主动参与课堂活动，从而影响了学生语

2、言运用能力的培养；利用学案及小组合作的教学形式,使学生对本话题内容提前有所了解。同时，使班上更多的学生在同一时间内直接参与到交流活动中来,提供一种主动的学习方式,营造良好的情感气氛,使学生有更多的机会轻松、自由地表达自己的观 点,并能发挥更多的自主性，从而培养学生的英语思维习惯，提高他 们运用语言的能力，达到学习语言的目的。根据班级规模以及学生英语水平的不同，把学生分成若干学习小组,每组4至5人，课前下发一份学案和小组评价表（略）。学案要 求组内合作完成，课后组内对这节课的完成情况对本组成员做以评 价。三、教学目标（一）认知目标1.充分理解课文大意并完成所给的任务。学会使用阅读策略（skimm

3、i ng and sea nning ）来阅读和理解课文3.能够复述课文（二）情感目标抱着开放的态度了解其他国家南极科考和科学发展水平的成 果。（三）智力目标在运用完成阅读任务的过程中培养学生的观察力、分析力、想 象力和自学能力，帮助学生进步思维能力和运用英语的综合能力， 激发创造能力。四、教学手段1、多媒体辅助：将本课所需要的图片、文字、图表和音乐制成CAI软件使抽象的语言变得直观，为学生运用英语进行交际创设情景。2、测试性和非测试性评价：本课我将各种活动设计成小组活动和当堂检测等测试性评价手段帮助老师了解学生的学习效果。同时让学 生填写课堂自我评价表等非测试性评价手段，帮助学生学会自主学
