8、r:180kW 4 2.2. 存放保管说明存放保管说明 storagestorage andand depositdeposit instructioninstruction 为了确保斗轮机的产品质量,产品的现场存放、保管十分重要。为做好这方面工 作,特制定本存放保管说明。 For the sake of its quality, the deposit and storage of bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer are very important and the following instrction is designed for this pu

9、rpose. 2.1 货物到达现场后的装卸和运输 Loading and unloading, and transportation of goods after its arrival on site 组织有关人员制定卸货和运输方案,清理好库房和露天货场。 Organize related person to establish discharging and transportation scenario, clean the storeroom and open air stockyard. 配备好各种适当的起吊和运输设备工具等。 Prepare all kinds of proper

10、hanging and transportation facilities. 对于需要小心谨慎装卸的货物,在搬运和起吊过程中应根据货物的吊装标志及要 求进行工作。 For the goods need special carefulness, its dealing should be conducted as per hanging mark and requirement in the process of transition and hanging. 要理解设备装箱单的要求。在装卸作业中应避免货物与货物之间发生碰撞。 Comprehending the requirement on p

11、acking list of equipment. Bumping between goods should be avoided in the process of discharging. 2.2 起吊作业中注意事项 cautions in hanging process 吊绳应挂在标有起吊标记的地方。 Sling should be hung at where mark shows. 利用铲车及其它工具作业时应严格按照各有关规定进行装卸作业。 The using of forklift and other tools should strictly refer to related re

12、gulations. 2.3 现场的存放和保管 on site storage and deposit 5 2.3.1 一般要求 General requirement 不论室内、室外存放或包装形式如何,所有的货物都应放在木枕上,避免货物与 地面直接接触。货物底部离地面的高度不应小于 150mm。室外存放,如果使用棚布覆盖, 雨后应及时处置,以防积水。为防止开式齿轮、轴、机加表面发生锈蚀,根据要求在 相关的部位涂防锈油脂。 No matter which kind of packing, indoor, outdoor, or other packing patterns, all the g

13、oods should be laid on wood crosstie for fear of the direct contaction of goods and ground. The distance between the bottom of goods and ground level should be no less than 150mm. If stored outdoor and covered by canvas, it should be treated in time for fear of the accumulation of rains. To prevent

14、open gear, shaft, and machining surface from rusting, the related surface should be painted by grease as per requirement. 下列货物避免太阳光照射:the following goods should be prevented from sunshine: 橡胶带、滚筒胶面、缓冲托辊、各种胶圈、各种电缆、各种清扫器、导料槽橡胶 板及各种橡胶制品。 Rubber belt, rubber coating of pulley, impact idler, each kind of

15、 rubber ring, cable, sweeper, trough plate and other rubber products. 2.3.2 仓库存放和保管 warehouse deposit and storage 仓库内若需要把货物堆积起来,原则上堆积的层数不得超过二层。 If the goods are stored in the warehouse, the pile should be no more than two layers. 重量大于 3 吨的包装箱和物体不得堆积存放。 The packing box and goods more than 3 tons shou

16、ld not be stored in pile. 货物的安放,标签的一面面向通道,便于查找。 The tag of goods should face the alleyway when in store for easy finding. 电气设备均应存放在库房内。 The electrical equipment should stored in the warehouse. 6 2.3.3 各类货物的存放地点 the storage place for each kind of goods 如下货物应放在库房内:the following goods should be stored

17、in the warehouse: 所有电气设备、胶带机的各种保护装置。各种仪表、开关、螺栓、螺母等紧固件。 各种胶带机托辊、滚筒、清扫器、橡胶件、管件、胶带、电动机、电缆、减速机等。 All the eletrical equipments and the protection units of belt conveyor, each kind of instruments, switches, bolts, nuts and fasten parts, idlers, pulleys, sweepers, rubber parts, pipes, belt, motors, cables,

18、 and gear reducers should be stored in the warehouse. 2.3.4 需要特殊注意保管的货物 the goods need special cautions 托辊和托辊支架:搬运时要注意,不得跌落而损坏。托辊保管时间超过三个月以上, 需抽检发现问题及时处理。托辊两轴头部分应涂防锈油脂。托辊支架存放期间 应无磕碰、变形等。 Idler and its frame: when in transportation, cautions should be paid to for fear of dropping and damage. If the s

19、torage time of idler more than 3 months, random examination must be done and the problems should be solved in time. The shaft head point should be painted by anti-rust grease. The storage period of idlers frame should ensure they have no bumping and distortaion. 滚筒:严禁把滚筒直接放在地上,每月检查一次,滚筒轴是否转动灵活,滚筒轴头用

20、 油纸或塑料布包好。 Pulley: pulleys are not allowed to put on the ground directly and should be examined every moth to ensure the running agility of its shaft, and the shaft head should be wrapped in oil paper or plastic. 胶带:避免阳光照射、雨淋。保持清洁,严禁与酸、碱、油类有机溶剂物质接触。 Belt: should be free from sunshine or rain and kee

21、p them clean far from acid, alkali, oil, and other organic impregnant. 驱动装置:电机、减速机轴头等加工表面均需涂防锈油,每月检查一次,轴头用油纸 或塑料布包好。 Drive unit: motor, the shaft head of gear reducer should be painted with 7 anti-rust grease, and should be examined every month, shaft head should be wrapped with oil paper or plastic

22、. 2.3.5 拆箱 dismantlation of case 货物在安装前或在清点货物时开箱,其要求如下: Before installation or checking of goods, the following should be done: 原则上启封的时间应按安装先后顺序进行,因清点货物必须开箱时,待清点后必须将 物品放回原箱中,做好防锈处理。 In principle the unsealing sequence should be as per the installaion sequence, when counting goods and opening the cas

23、e, the goods must be reput in the case and anti-rust treatment must be done. 3.3. 安装说明安装说明 installaioninstallaion instructioninstruction 3.1 概述:summarization 本说明书对斗轮机的安装提出了简要的要求,安装单位应根据实际情况,参照本 说明及相关的国标或行业标准进行设备的安装工作。 This instruction gives a brief requirement to its installation and it is must be c

24、onducted as per practical condition and this instruction and related international standard must be refered to its installation. 3.1.1 安装前的准备工作 preparation before installation 本机是大型设备,许多部件尺寸较大较重,总装后无法运输。因此,采用在生产 厂分部装配、在用户现场总装。对于大型结构件如门柱底座、门座、悬臂梁、转台、 支承装置相互连接的定位孔在制造厂内进行了试装,并留有明显的定位标记, 。在工地 总装时一定要按标记定

25、位,从而保证质量,加快安装进度。 Since the machine is very huge and many parts of it are very heavy, it cant be delivered after assembly. And thus it should be partly installed and then wholly installed on site. For the huge parts such as column abutment, door seat, cantilever, slewing platform, and the fix hole fo

26、r the connection of supporting unit, should be installed in the workshop and should be marked obviously. On site installation, it must be located by marks to ensure its quality and improve the installation schedule. 8 本机在安装前必须对全部零件进行清点,以查对实物与包装文件及图样资料是否 一致。零部件是否缺少和损坏。各主要传动件须进行清洗去污。装配时在有相对运动 的部件及部位涂润

27、滑脂。 Before installation, all the machine parts must be counted to check if the practical goods are the same as packing documents and drawings, if there is parts damage and shortage. All the main transmission parts should be washed and clean. At time of installation, parts where has comparative movem

28、ent should be painted by lubricant. 3.1.2 安装时所必要的起重运输设备 necessary crane equipment as time of installation 安装时需参照下表所列各主要部件的重量选用适当的起重设备。表中列出的只是 几个大型部件,其余较小的部件不再列出。 Refer to the following sheet to choose appropriate crane equipment as time of installation. In the sheet only a few huge parts are listed

31、g frame D696-2-3P (23535X4780X1246) 13.515 起重机 crane 不含配重 块 withouot weighing block 6 斗轮机构 Bucket unit D96-1P (5100X1000) 78.5 起重机 crane 安装单位可以根据上述要求准备相应的起重设备,并备有焊机、砂轮、千斤顶、 手葫芦、脚手架、扭力扳手、枕木、竹架板、临时支承及定位用型钢、清洗用油、 电焊条、氧气、乙炔、丙酮、润滑脂、润滑油、油漆、百分表、塞尺、检测平尺、 水平仪、经纬仪以及常用工具、材料、检测仪器等。 Appropriate crane equipment s

32、hould be chosen as per above requirement, welding machine, grinding wheel, jack, hand electromotor, falsework, torque wrench, pillow wood, bamboo plate, temporary bearing and location profiled bar, clean oil, welding rod, oxygen, ethine, acetone, grease, lubricant, paint, centesimal meter, stuff rul

33、er, examination ruler, gradienter, theodolite and other common tools, material, and examination apparatus. 3.2 对安装用轨道的要求 rail installation requirement 斗轮堆取料机是在轨道上进行安装的设备,总装时应选择一段精度较高的轨道作 为安装基准,因此机器对安装时轨道和整个行走轨道的铺设有如下要求。 Bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer is a kind of equipment which should be instal

34、led on rail; and as time of wholly installation, a part of rail of high conciseness should be chosen as foundation, so the laying of rail as time of installation should be as follows: 见图 1图 4 及表 2。斗轮堆取料机安装轨道的精度 Refer to drawing 1 to drawing 4, sheet 2. the rail installation conciseness 10 of bucket

36、器回转中心。这是安装回转支承及保 证整机回转性能的重要垂线。 O point Plumb line is the shaft line for the installation of slewing bearing. This is an important vertical line for the installation of slewing bearing and can guarantee the slewing function of the whole machine. (2)轨道平行度 rail horizontal degree 11 图 2 a. 检测部位:A、B、C、Y

40、化制造厂提供的安装用图中的各项要求。本 机的安装用图目录见随机附带图样及技术文件清单 。 Read this outline before installation and understand the requirement of drawing provided by manufacturer. Installation drawing list refer toattached drawing sample and technical document list. 2.3.2 安装前应按装箱单清点零部件数量,保证零部件数量齐全,同时检查零部件是否 有损伤,发现问题应及时进行处理,零部件安

41、装前还须进行去污和清洗。 Counting spare parts before installation as per packing list to ensure the quantity of parts at the same time examine if there is damage for spare parts, any problems found should be solved in time, and spare parts must be cleaned and tidy before installation. 本机对行走轨道的要求 the requirement

48、ction of spare parts of belt conveyor compiled as per the sequence of installation. 4.1 总则:Generalization 该机器的安装非常繁杂,安装单位可根据自己的能力与经验来调整安装顺序。但 要特别注意倾翻问题。 (尤其在装置配重时) 。 The installation of this machine is very complicated, the installation company should arrange installation sequence in accordance with

49、 their capacity or experience, but special cautions should be paid to its overturning(esp. at time of installation of weighing). 4.1.1 所有装配应根据图样及有关技术要求进行。连接中不允许存在附加力,严禁强 制装配。 All the installation should be conducted as per drawing sample and related technical requirement. Accession force is not allo

50、wed in its connection, enforced installation is strictly forbidden. 4.1.2 为减少高空作业量,应尽量在地面上装配连接。 To reduce altitude working, the installation should be done on the ground at best. 4.1.3 焊接要求 welding requirement 4.1.3.1 安装焊接工作应由合格焊工进行。重要构件的焊接接口处应开坡口。 Installation and welding should be done by qualifie

51、d welder. For the key parts, the welding seam should be groove welded. 4.1.3.2 焊接材料的型号、规格应符合设计图样及焊接工艺要求,本机槽钢、角钢等 型材均为 Q235-A 钢制造,可采用 E4303 焊条,本机主要结构件材质均为 16Mn 制造,.应采用 E5015 或 E5016 焊条。异种材料构件之间的焊接,一般按强度较 强的金属基体选用焊条。即采用 E5015 或 E5016 焊条。 Type and specification of welding material should meet the requi

52、rement of welding craftwork and design drawing sample; the material of this 15 machine is Q235-A steel and its welding rod should be E4303, the structure parts of this machine is 16Mn and its welding rod should be E5015 or E5016. For the welding of different kind of material generally the choose of

54、gBaking timetime E4303 150250 2 小时 hrs E5015 E5016 350400 23 小时 hrs 烘干的焊条在 100150保温,随用随取。 Welding rod after baking should be stored at 100150 for use at any time. 4.1.3.4 烘干的焊条置于空气中超过四小时时应重新烘干,但烘干次数超过二次的焊 条仅能作为次要件焊接使用。 If welding rod afer baking in the air more than 4 hrs, it must be rebaked but thi

55、s kind of welding rod can only be used for the welding for surbodinate parts. 4.1.3.5 所有焊缝焊前必须彻底清除边缘(不小于 10mm)的水迹、油污、铁锈、油漆、 氧化等杂物,直至露出金属光泽。 The water, oil, rust, paint, and oxid on the edges of all the welding seams should be cleaned before welding until metal appears. 4.1.3.6 不准在非焊接部位上引弧和试电流。焊缝药皮应清

56、理净,焊瘤要铲除。 Introduction of arc or current test is not allowed on the non-welding part. The welding residue and sediment must be cleaned. 4.1.3.7 露天施焊,凡遇雨、雪、大雾等特殊气候,无安全措施不允许焊接。 16 Welding on the open air, if encounter with rainy, snowy, or foggy days, it is not allowed without safe measures. 4.1.3.8 焊

57、缝检查 welding seam examination a. 焊缝应符合图样要求。对重要焊缝应作探伤检查。质量达到 GB3323-87 中的级标 准或 GB11345-89 中的级标准。或与此标准相对应的国际标准和印尼标准。 Welding seam should meet the requirement of drawing sample and should be tested. The welding seam quality should meet GB3323-87 GRADE or GB11345-89 GRADE or equivalent international stan

58、dard or indonesia standard. b. 焊缝及热影响表面不得有裂纹、气孔、弧坑和夹渣等缺陷。 Welding seam and hot treatment surface should have no crack, air hole, arc pit, and slag. c. 焊缝咬边当板厚小于 10mm 时,不得大于 0.5mm,当板厚大于 10mm 时,不得大于 1mm,咬边连续长度不得大于 100mm。二侧咬边总长不得超过焊缝总长的 10%。 Welding seam bites the edge should be no more than 0.5mm, whe

59、n plate thickness less than 10mm; when plate thickness more than 10mm, it should be no more than 1mm, and continuous length should be no more than 100mm. The total biting edge length of both sides should be no more than 10% of the length of welding seam. d. 焊缝应呈园滑过渡至母材的几何形状,焊缝转角处应饱满。 Welding seam sh

60、ould smoothly transit to the geometrical figure of original timber, and the turnning point of welding seam should be plump. 4.1.4 高强度螺栓连接 high-strength bolts connection 4.1.4.1 连接面的处理 treatment of connecting surface 连接前,必须清理连接表面的凸出物、油漆、油污及氧化皮等减少摩擦系数的杂 物,并用钢丝刷刷去浮锈,不准用砂轮打磨。 Before connection, the bulg
