1、: 112711/(flu/ctx)/(tbi/ctx) 109755 cmv31gvhd 1 abstract objective to investigate the value of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for treatment of children with hematonosis.methods 11 children with hematologic disease were therapied through allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transpla

2、ntation,including aplastic anemia 2 cases,leukemia 7 cases,myelodysplastic syndrome 1 cases,and non-hodgkins lymphoma 1 cases.the preconditioning were performed with fludarabine/cyclophosphamide or total body irradiation/cyclophosphamide protocols.and to observe the clinical effect of patients.resul

3、ts engraftment was successful in 10 children with hematonosis,9 children were alive and 7 were event free survival,the longest survival time was 55 years;cmv infection were 3 cases,hemorrhagic cystitis was 1 case,secondary diffuse gvhd 1 case.conclusion allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplanta
