3、半固化片 (內銷 / 外銷) Material Lay-up (半固化片裁片及疊合) 片裝半固化片 (內銷 / 外銷) Pressing (層壓) 使用 “內銷片裝半固化片+銅箔” 壓合成覆銅面板 De-book (拆板) 把每book板做分離動作, 取走用作傳熱及分隔的鋼板 Edge Trimming (裁邊) 把覆銅面板的板邊裁走, 並裁至客戶所需的尺寸 CCL Surface Inspection (覆銅面板表面缺陷檢測) 用自動檢測系統(AOI)檢出板面缺 陷 CCL Thickness Checking (覆銅面板厚度檢測) 用自動雷射測厚系統檢測板厚是否合 格 CCL Panel

6、uch as resin, curing agent, hardener, filler, solvent to form a tank of varnish. The varnish will be used in Treating process to produce prepreg (resin-glass fabric matrix). 8、 (prepreg) by a vertical impregnation machine (Treater). The roll form prepreg will be cut in sheet form and used in material lay-up process to produce CCL (Copper Clad Laminate).
