The inspection before start up1接值长指

5、令后，受令人（班长）组织所属班员作好操作分工；准备好操作所需工器具。After receiving the order form the shift engineer, the receiver (foreman) should organize his staffs to assign the work and prepare all the needed apparatus and tools.2检查所有检修工作全部结束，工作票已全部注销并收回，一切安全措施拆除，现场清理干净，设备管道保温完整，道路畅通，照明良好。Check all the overhaul had been finish

9、vice and confirm the system works normally.7点火前3小时启动轻油、重油（加热条件具备）供油泵，炉前油系统打循环。3 hours before the ignition, start the light and heavy oil forwarding pumps including the heating devices and make the oil circulate at the front of the boiler.8锅炉点火前12小时投入电除尘器阴极瓷套保温箱及阴极振打瓷轴保温箱加热装置，投入灰斗电加热。12 hours before

10、the ignition, put the heaters for the negative pole porcelain sleeve thermostat box of electric de-duster and the negative pole vibration porcelain shaft thermostat box and the heater for the ash bucket into operation.9启动润滑油泵、调节油泵运行，投入润滑油系统。并检查确认各润滑油系统运行正常。Start the lube oil pump and the regulation

11、oil pump and put the lube oil system into operation, and check and confirm whether each lube oil system works normally or not.10开启汽包及各过热器空气门，关闭给水管道疏水门。联系汽机启动给水泵向锅炉上水至正常水位。Open the vent valves of drum and each superheater, close the drain valves of feed water pumping, inform the turbine operator to s

12、tart the feed water pump to feed water to the boiler till to the normal water level.11锅炉上水期间应控制汽包壁温差50，记录各部膨胀指示。上水完毕后校对各水位计。During the feeding, control the wall temperature of the drum within 50 and record the expansion indication of each part. After the end of water feeding, calibrate each water ga

13、uge.12点火前4至6小时投入辅助蒸汽系统，正常后投入炉底蒸汽加热，记录加热前和加热后各部膨胀指示。4-6 hours before ignition, put the auxiliary steam system into operation, after it is normal. Heat the boiler bottom with steam, record the expansion indication at each part before and after the heating.13确认炉底密封完好。Confirm the sealing of the boiler b

14、ottom is good.14锅炉点火前2小时投入电除尘器各振打装置。2 hours before ignition, put the vibrator of the electric de-duster into service.15汽包水温100，解列炉底蒸汽加热，通知汽机。When the drum water temperature is 100，stop the heating for the boiler bottom and then inform the turbine operator.16蒸汽加热完毕后，放水至汽包正常水位，投入省煤器再循环。After the heati

Start operation steps17联系值长、电气，启动风烟系统，确认空预器启动条件满足，启动A、B空预器运行；Inform shift engineer and electric shift operator, start the air and flue gas systems, confirm the condition to s

16、tart the air preheated is ok and start the A、B air preheaters.18检查引、送风机启动条件满足，联系值长、电气，依次启动引风机、送风机运行，调整炉膛总风量在30%40%之间，调节炉膛负压正常。Check the conditions for starting the ID and FD fans are satisfied, inform the shift engineer and the electric operator, start the ID and FD fans in turns, adjust the total a

17、ir quantity of the furnace between 30%40% and regulate the negative pressure of the furnace to be normal.19投入炉膛负压自动控制。Put the auto control of the furnace negative pressure into service.20启动 火焰检测冷却风机运行，运行正常后投入联锁，Start the cooling fan of the flame detector into operation, after it is normal, put the i

18、nterlock into service.21检查各煤、油火焰检测器冷却风门开启，且风压大于5Kpa，投入炉膛烟温探针。Check the air valves of each coal and oil flame detector are opened and the air pressure is more than5Kpa and put the flue gas probe of furnace into operation.22联系值长、汽机，确认点火条件具备，检查确认炉膛吹扫条件满足，按下“炉膛吹扫”按钮，5分钟后吹扫完成。Inform the shift engineer an

19、d turbine operator, confirm the ignition condition is ready, check and confirm the purge condition of furnace is satisfied, push down the “furnace purge” button, after 5 minutes, the purge is completed.23锅炉点火：投入 油枪，对角投入油枪使炉膛均匀受热；调整相应的风门挡板开度，保证燃烧正常；Ignite the boiler, put the - oil gun into service, p

20、ut the oil gun into service on the cross for making the furnace heating evenly, adjust the relative opening of the air damper for ensuring the combustion normally.24锅炉点火起压后机组按启动升温升压曲线以及金属温升率，控制升温、升压速度。After the ignition and pressurizing, control the temperature and pressure rising speed according to

21、 the temperature and pressure rising curve and the metal temperature rising ratio.25用锅炉启动对空排汽阀的开度配合控制锅炉升温升压速度。Control the boiler temperature and pressure rising speed in coordinate with the opening of the valve to atmosphere.26主汽压力在0.150.2MPa时，联系汽机投入旁路系统，再热器通汽保护，同时关闭汽包及过热器空气门，开启过热器疏水门，如连续向汽包供水，关闭省煤器

22、再循环。When the main steam pressure is at 0.150.2Mpa, inform the turbine operator to put the bypass system and the steam circulation protection of the reheater into operation, at same time, close the vent valves of the drum and the superheater, open the drain valve of the superheater, if the water is c

23、ontinuously fed to the drum, close the recirculation of economizer.27主汽压力升至0.4MPa时冲洗水位计，通知相关人员冲洗压力表管、冲洗水位变送器，并校对水位；通知相关人员热紧螺丝。When main steam pressure rises to 0.4Mpa, flush the water level gauge, inform the operator concerned to flush the pressure gauge pipe and the transmitter of water level, cali

26、ure of steam according to the temperature and pressure rising curve and thoroughly check the boiler, withdraw the flue gas probe of furnace when the outlet flue gas temperature of boiler furnace is up to 538.31冲转条件满足后汇报值长，做好冲转前的准备，接冲转命令后全面检查机组正常，冲转前的蒸汽参数：主蒸汽压力4.0MPa、温度380；再热蒸汽温度350，再热主蒸汽压力,1.0MPa、。A

27、fter the initiating condition is satisfied, report to the shift engineer, prepare to initiate. After receiving the initiation order, thoroughly check the unit which should be normal. The parameters before the initiation: the main steam pressure is 4.0Mpa, temperature is 380；the reheat steam temperat

28、ure is 350；the pressure is 1.0Mpa.32汽机冲转后关闭未级过热器排汽门，可根据参数逐步关闭各级过热器疏水门，维持汽温汽压稳定。After the initiation of turbine, close the exhaust steam valve of the last stage superheater, according to the parameter, step by step close the drain valves at each stage of superheater and maintain the steam temperature

29、 and pressure stable.33负荷15%B-MCR时，根据系统情况，辅助蒸汽联箱汽源切换为冷段再热器管道供给。 When the load is 15%B-MCR and according to the system condition, change over the steam from the auxiliary steam headder to the steam of the reheater piping at cold section.34机组并网后根据升温升压曲线增投油枪升温升压，升至2030%额定负荷时给水由旁路切至主路运行，汽包水位由电泵转速自动控制。Af

30、ter the unit is synchronized, increase the oil guns to rise the temperature and pressure according to the temperature and pressure rising curve, after the load is increased to about 20-30% of rated load, the water will be fed from bypass to the main piping and the water level of the drum will be con

31、trolled by the motorized pump automatically.35汽包压力5MPa,热风温度250根据升负荷情况可启，投运煤粉燃烧器。When the drum pressure is 5MPa, the hot air temperature is 250, according to the load rising condition, the coal burner can be put into operation.36主汽压力10 MPa时，加大锅炉连续排污，锅炉洗硅，联系值长通知化学检查炉水含硅量，合格后再继续升负荷。When the main steam

32、pressure is 10Mpa, increase the continuous blowdown times for washing out the silican, report to the shift engineer to inform the chemical staff to test the silican contents in the boiler water, the load can be increased after the silican is qualified.37当机组负荷40%额定负荷时，联系值长、汽机启动第二台给水泵，两台给水泵出力保持平衡。When
