6、ble for tonsof financial discipline,or damage the companys interests (corrupti on and bribery) review of the Act; 40,17.2信息化管理目标及措施17.2.1信息管理的目标根据招标人建设项目信息化管理要求， 配备相应的终端硬件设备，纳入发包人统一接口， 并接受发包人的统一管理； 设置专人负责信息化系统的管理和维护；施工总平面布置图中预留信息系统接入条件，施工组织设计中纳入信息化系统相关内容， 按照发包人标准化管理的要求承担运用主体责任， 通过信息化管理系统提交工程实施、 管理过程

7、中的相关资料，使之作为现场管理重要的基础技术管理手段和支撑；接受监理单位对信息系统的总体协调管理。17.2.2信息化管理措施17.2.2.1信息管理组织机构及人员安排项目经理部设置管理信息中心， 在其他职能部门设立部门及项目兼职信息员，兼职信息员受部门领导和管理信息中心主任双重领导。17.2.2.2信息管理设备的配置为保证信息管理的顺利实施， 按建设单位统一标准进行网络配置；由管理信息中心购置市面主流硬件设备， 购置建设单位指定或认可的项目收集、整理的管理软件，确保信息流畅通。17.2.2.3项目信息管理系统解决方案17.2.2.3.1组建办公局域网项目部将统一规划组建计算机办公局域网， 按建

26、室内环境清洁，远离粉尘、油烟、有害气体、液体以及有腐蚀性、易燃、易爆物品，四周排水好，不潮湿，安装防盗门窗；有可供设备车辆通行的道路（约 4 米以上）至设备用房门口；独立接电，不允许与施工设备用电同一线路， 提供可靠的 220V 电源供给，功率不小于 5KW ，最大电流强度 2.0A ，功率 50-60Hz ；做独立的接地系统一个,接地点引入设备房内 ,接地电阻小于 4 欧姆（ 2）工点视频监控隧道工地隧道内必须配各施工点临时线路通道， 必须留出通讯线路路由通道，并为通讯线路敷设留好支撑构件，每 15 米一个 L 型托架，用于挂放通讯电缆和设备箱。采用无线传输时支架与通风管道留足安全距离。隧道

40、触动、移动天线以及ODU ，勿在连接馈线上搭放任何东西。确保强电线缆不要与连接馈线共同敷设。室外设备安装调试好以后，勿随意插拔馈线。确保天线正面方向没有任何掩挡物，天线反射面要保持清洁。确保室外设备远离强振源和强噪声源，避开强电磁场的干扰。确保室外设备远离腐蚀性液体以及易燃、易爆等化学物品。确保天线以及ODU 上面不覆盖、搭放任何物品。阴天、下雨等恶劣天气条件下禁止接近天线及ODU 。室内部分：设备开通运行期间，需注意以下事项：确保设备远离强振源和强噪声源，不能撞击。确保设备无强点磁场的干扰， 如果有磁场干扰， 要做好屏蔽措施。确保室内设备的正常工作温度控制在0到 40 。注意室内防潮，并保持

47、别系统。（ 5）其他建立 RCPMIS 各现场相关子系统（含 PDA 工程数据采集子系统）和隧道围岩自动监控测量系统。17.2.2.4建立现代化信息管理制度17.2.2.4.1基本作业管理制度定岗定责，按照建设单位有关要求，结合工程实际情况，制定本项目信息管理实施细则，实行信息管理标准化。实事求是反映工程建设情况，严禁捏造信息， 所有上报的信息必须由总工程师审核同意。 及时提供工程最新信息， 尤其出现突发险情和事故，在规定的时限内及时报告建设单位、监理。对动态信息及时进行更新，以保证信息的准确性。17.2.2.4.2建立培训制度，提高信息管理水平采取不间断培训计划，积极参加建设单位组织的管理系
