1、口语交际写作系列第14节复合句在写作中的应用之状语从句(一)时间状语从句和地点状语从句要点精析复合句由一个主句和一个或一个以上的从句构成，也叫主从复合句。复合句的使用使得句子结构更加复杂、句子与句子之间关系更加密切，句子所含信息量更大。在写作中适当地运用复合句会让文章增色不少。英语的从句共分为三类：副词性从句( 通常叫状语从句)、形容词性从句(通常叫定语从句)和名词性从句。其中状语从句又分为时间状语从句、地点状语从句、条件状语从句、原因状语从句、目的状语从句、结果状语从句、方式状语从句、让步状语从句和比较状语从句九种。每一种状语从句都有它的引导词(即从属连词)；状语从句在复合句中的位置较灵活，

2、可以放在句首、句中或句末(结果状语从句、方式状语从句和比较状语从句常放在句末)。时间状语从句常用的引导词有：after(在之后)，as(随着；一边一边)，as soon as/directly/immediately/instantly/the instant/the minute/the moment/the second(一就)，before(在之前)，by the time(到的时候)，each/every time(每当时)，next time(下一次时)，once(一就；一旦)，since(自从)，the first time(第一次时)，the last time(最后一次时)，t
