But before teach in g, I willdivide the whole class into 4 groups to do competiti ons while finish differe nt tasks in this less on.Step 1 Warmin g-up and lead ing in (3m ins)Free talk; talk someth ing related t

10、k the Ss to Guess the meaning of the new wordsPractice the new words and phras已s:Match the new words and phrases with the Chinese meanings.Predicting: based on the title/ pictures on the text.(看具体情况而定)Purpose: through guess ing, to arouse Ss lear ning in terest, and help them to lear n the new words

Skim
14、mi ngfor the main idea of the article, and scanning for the specific information.And the n get a deep un dersta nding of the article.Step 4 Post-readi ng (10mi ns)1 ) Group discussion: fill in the blanksSs discuss the article with their group members, and find out the Ian guage poin ts, such as the
15、key words, phrases, and sentence structures in the article.And the n fill in the bla nks in a short passage prese nt on the PPT. The short passage is made up from the article, and the an swers are the Ian guage points in this less on.After check the an swers, I will help the Ss to summarize the Ian

Make a report小组合作,反馈Purpose: Through group work, cultivate the spirit of cooperati on, and train the ability of solve problem by th
17、emselves. In class, the teacher is just a guide, while the Ss are the cen ter, where, the teacher just join them, givi ng suggesti ons, and offeri ng help whe n they n eed. Mean while, ask the Ss to retell the article, is an output, and it can evaluates how well the Ss learned in this less on.Step 5
