3、ndmarketcoordination.whilejointlydrivingforwardahealthydevelopmentofcashmeretradeintheworld.蒙古平均每年的羊绒产量为25003000吨,占全世界羊绒总产量的22%.尽管全国有四十多家企业从事羊绒业,但在目前情况下几乎都没有达到全能生产.而多数企业的运作仅为其最高产量的20%至30%.现在,羊绒的初级加工基本陷入停滞,而二级以上加工目前几乎无法运转.由于受日益显现的原材料缺乏的威胁,二级加工似乎即将陷入停顿.企业不能及时找到并购买到必需的原材料,导致羊绒企业的数量下降.根据羊毛和羊绒利用平衡表,蒙古境内的

6、净和未洗羊绒,向意大利,中国和香港出口的无毛绒分别为37.7%,30.1%和13.3%.我们发现只要能充分利用国内工业生产能力,蒙古有很大的潜力在国际市场上扩大其羊绒产品的份额.羊绒及羊绒产品是蒙古公认的主要出口商品.因此,为了推动羊绒及羊绒产品的出口,增强商品在国际市场上的竞争力,我们在蒙古国家工商会的支持下成立了羊绒出口商理事会.并且与其他利益相关者保持紧密合作,如蒙古羊毛羊绒协会,工业贸易部,世界银行,美国国际开发署等,以保护羊绒加工业者的利益.建立蒙古一中国羊绒理事会我们蒙古方面非常重视此次国际论坛的召开.我们希望借此机会提议成立蒙古一中国羊绒理事会.该提议旨在通过与最大的羊绒生产国建
