3、学生以后参加工作或是继续入学深造都是一次很好的锻炼。为了对以前所学知识做一个深刻的总结以及为将来的工作奠定一个坚实的基础,我用了平时最认真的态度对待这次毕业设计。 我做的毕业设计是青岛富尔玛国际名品广场工程预算及土建施工组织设计。主要内容有:计算建筑一部分的工程量,并最后统计到一起,套有关的消耗量定额和清单项目,得出本工程的费用和材料、机械消耗情况;施工组织设计,对本工程进行施工组织设计,根据本工程的特点和施工条件进行合理划分施工段及施工流向,选择合理的施工方案,根据计算合理安排堆场位置以及人力资源运用,使人力、物力达到最优配比。 在本次设计中我懂得了如何计算各分项工程的工程量并套相关的定额及
4、清单;如何根据本工程的特点合理的划分施工段及施工顺序,选择适用于本工程的施工方案,根据施工平面图的布置原则合理的布置施工平面图,根据选择的施工方案选择合理的施工机械及进行资源的合理利用。因此通过本次毕业设计使我更加熟练的应用AutoCAD、福莱一点通造价软件,而且对所学专业知识也做了一个系统的总结,受益匪浅。 由于时间比较仓促,加之本人水平有限,错误和缺点在所难免,恳请老师及同学批评指正。1. 工程量计算与工程量清单1.1建筑面积计算 三层建筑面积 S=6503.19?1.2 土方工程 (1)平整场地工程量计算(2)人工挖基槽1.3 桩基础工程 (1)钻孔混凝土灌注桩工程量1.4 脚手架工程
