9、ao AMARAL Metal Structures & Curtai n Walls Project of Turnabouts & Corridors Rebuildi ng is a large-scale glass & metal structure project featured of unique modeli ng, special materials and strict tech ni cal requireme nts. It mainly con sists of two porti ons. The first porti on is a petallike mod
10、eli ng con structed by 316L stai nl ess steel with the inner & outer surfaces covered with toughe nedPVB-interlayer glass which consist of 2 patches of TIP01, TIP02 and TIP03 respectively, 4 patches of TIP04, 1 patch of TIP05, 8 patches of TIP06 totali ng 19 patches. Plus the support trusses in the
11、middle, the metal structure weighed about 300 tons and the total glass area reaches about 5,100M. The second portion is thecorridors rebuildi ng that con sists of 1,030 tons of S275 Steel Structures, 4,000m22 2alumi num Curtai n Walls, 4,250m glass Curta in Walls and 1,720m glass stage.3. Features o
12、f Steel Structures & Curtai n Walls ProjectCurtai n Walls project is con tracted by the Gen eral Con tractor with the mai n materials at the Owner (the investor) choice. The design is to be verified by Macao desig ners. The complicated desig n of the metal structure and the period requireme nt of th
13、e field operatio n require strict pla nt preparati ons. The exam in ati on period of the Customs must be take n into acco unt in in troduci ng field operators, equipme nt and materials. The local sta ndards refere need in the desig ning & operati ng of this project have grinding-in period with China
14、 National Standards.4. Main Foundations of this planning1. The guidelines of the Owner.2. The blueprints furnished by the Owner.3. The latest field operation regulations & specification issued by the State(China) and the Industry.4. The Regulations of Construction Field Management issued by the Mini

Shenzhen Jinyue s capability in the fields of design, manufacture, installa tion and capital.Section 2 Construction GoalsI. Quality Goal1. One-off acceptance of the project quality
16、.2. 2 years warranty for the outside decorations of this project, which counts from the date of acceptance & signature. All the expenses arising from the rework due to the project quality within the warranty period will be at our cost.II. Period GoalWe will coordinate and cooperate with the General
17、Contractor and other construction units to make the outer decoration period meet the overall time limit, of which the installation period of metal structure and Curtain Walls is 120 days.The scheduled starting date is Oct. 5, 2005 with the specific starting date as notified by the Owner in written.I
18、II. Safety & Civilization GoalIn obedience to the General Contractor s management so as to ensure the smooth finish of this project. To put an end to serious casualty accidents and to lower the injury rate per month to below 0.1% so as to ensure the civilized field construction.IV. Contracting Commi

To make knowledge of project progress at any moment and to hear the reports of Site Manager, General Tech

Be responsible for the disposition of great amount of capital and to actively deal with or provide assistance to the special issues.2. 40、who must bear certificates of special operations.53Chapter 3 Construction ScheduleSection 1 BriefPeriod Goal: We will coordinate and cooperate with the General Contractor and other construction units to ensure that the overall time limit is met. The installation period of metal structure and Curtain
41、 Walls is 120 days.The scheduled starting date is Oct. 5, 2005 with the specific starting date as notified by the Owner in written.Please refer to the Annex 1 “Progress Schedule for Macao AMARAL Metal-Structure & Curtain Walls Project of Turnabouts & Corridors ”for the Progress Schedule.Section 2 Co
42、ntrol Topics of ScheduleMain control topics of the construction progress schedule.1. The finish date of the Curtain Walls design improvement, i.e. the approval & signature date of the improved design by the Owner and architects.2. The submission date of the first lot of main materials order.3. The o
43、peration date of embedded parts, which shall be strictly in phase with the field operations.4. The date the first lot of steel reaches process plant, which indicates the beginning of Curtain Walls construction.5. The date of the Curtain Walls construction starts.6. The delivery date of the last lot
44、of glass (pre-formed) and aluminum plates, which no later than 40 days before the finish date.7. The finish date of main body of Curtain Walls.Section 3 Break-Down of Progress ScheduleI. Design Schedule1 Design schedule: Initial Design 20 days, Design Verification 10 days, Design Improvement 15 days
45、, Blueprints Design 120 days.Design process consists of 3 phases:1.1 Project Design Phase (Initial Design Phase): To fully comprehend the intention of the Tenderee and to bring forward our best design through the study and research of the tender documents, construction design description and the con
46、struction blueprints.1.2 Construction Design Phase (or Design Improvement Phase): Besides the further design improvement of the construction blueprints and structure drawings, to discuss with the architects face-to-face sufficiently and to perfect the detailed pictures and documentations such as the
47、 sketches, planes, sections, nodes details and so on so as to instruct the construction directly.1.3 Blueprints Design Phase: To design the production drawings of steel-structures, glass plates and aluminum plates, support branch installation and components and parts in accordance with the audited &
48、 approvedconstruction blueprintsII. Materials Purchase Schedule1. Materials purchase periods: 70 days for steel(inclusive of submitting for testing period in Macao) and 60 days for other materials.III. In-plant Manufacture Schedule1. In-plant Manufacture schedule: 120 days of manufacture period and
49、to start delivery from Oct. 1.2. In-plant Manufacture Preparations:To arrange production line, experiment facilities, manufacture molds and finish manufacture blueprints from July, 2005.IV. Field Operation Progress1. Field Operation Schedule: To start steel-structure installation on Oct. 5(Plant to
50、deliver Steel Structures from Oct. 1) and to finish before Dec. 30, 2005. The installation of glass and aluminum plates to be finished before Jan. 30, 2006 and the cleaning & finish of outer walls to be finished before Feb. 5.Section 4 Emergent Measures against Construction Delay1. Technical Measure
51、s Adjustment :(1) To organize joint-operation or parallel-operation.(2) To shorten the durations of key processes. This is to shorten the durations of key routines instead of changing processes sequence so as to meet the deadline.2. Organization Measurements:(1) To adjust operation area and to organ
52、ize more operation teams.(2) To adjust daily working hours, 3 shifts if needed.(3) To launch more equipments, facilities and supplies.3. Technical Measurement:(1) To improve construction techniques and technology and shorten their intervals.(2) To adopt more advanced construction means and measures.
53、(3) To adopt more advanced construction machinery and equipment so as to improve construction efficiency.4. Encouragement Measures:To implement contracting encouragement and perfect its mechanism.Chapter 4 Temporary Facilities Layout1. Field Organization: According to the features of this project, 4
54、5 installation teams are scheduled for this project with the maximum operation staff up to 180. The living facilities for the operators such as dorms and dining-rooms are unable to setup due to the narrowness of construction field, we request the General Contractor to lease enough ground to setup an
55、d manage such living facilities.2. Construction Layout (TBD)3. Water & Electricity for ConstructionWater supply is connected to the operation filed from the designated point of the General Contractor with the setup of the water openings. Special water containers are placed under the water openings,
56、which meet the requirements of the fire control. Electricity supply is connected from the special electricity gateway and one set of class II electricity case is established, from which all construction electricity is linked. All wires are hanging linked to the operation areas.Chapter 5 Embedded Par
57、ts ConstructionThe embedded parts are one of the fittings connecting the Steel Structures and the Curtain Walls with the body structure. Their construction and installation directly affects the junctures performance between the Steel Structures, the Curtain Walls and the body structure. The embedded
58、 parts construction is scheduled to be finished by the General Contractor(As the introduced operators ready for approval so that we can only instruct the construction) and we are responsible for the cooperative services of embedded parts manufacture and positioning.Detailed Method as Follows :1. The General Contractor to provide field observation points, coordinates
