18、ule, which rates and prices shall except in so far as it is otherwise expressly provided in Contract/Purchase Order cover all his obligations under the Con tract/Purchase Order and all matters and things n ecessary for the proper Supply of Goods/Spares 每位投标者应该确保其标书的正确性及其充分性并接受费用预算表所确定的费率与价格，这些费率与价格不

A Tenderer agreeing .to. the request will not be required. or permitted. to modify his Tender, but will be required to extend the validity of hisTender Security for the period of all tension and in compliance with Clause IT-11 in all respect.在

Modification & withdrawal of Tenders.标书修改和撤销/:二 I I13.1(a)Tenders must be received by the Employer at the address specified in the subclause5.1 not later than the time and date stipulated in INVITATION TO TENDERERS/TENDERING DATA 标书 应在招标数据书中提及的日期之前提交准确提交到条目5.1的招标人地址13.1(b)Tenders with charg

42、es payable will not be acceptable nor will arrangements an undertaken to collect the Ten ders from any delivery point other tha n that specified above.
