3、提报的工程质量和工程造价在三日内核定，并在十日内进行最终结算。工程量核定方法约定：按实际铺设面积核定，具体办法为：未铺设的房间不计算面积，铺设地暖的房间按施工图纸标注尺寸扣出设计墙厚为基准计算面积，卫生间和厨房如果铺设地暖按全部面积计算。2、 结算方式以实际施工的楼号分批计算。主要材料到工地并经甲方或甲方委托的监理方检验合格后，拨总价的30%，后续工程按工程形象进度拨款，施工完毕拨付到总价的80%，工程竣工付至总价的90%，保修期为二年，第一个采暖期结束后10天内付到95%，第二个采暖期结束后10日内付清余款，终生负责维修。五、 施工工期：按照甲方要求工期施工，以不耽误后续工程为原则。六、 质
