He has no redundant words and no more action, the lens is focused on his vicissitudes face, he even has no much more fa

But he is our hero,he is the only role in this eight minutes film.Such a movie may be different from the traditional sense of experimental film; we know the general experimental film which is always using such as deliberately out-of-focus, jump cut,or the montage technique to interp

These are the techniques not appeared in our film, we had a long discussion and research before the show began, finally we decided to abandon the traditional skills and bold to try this one take style, because we decided to try to use our own approach to read for experimental film which we

4、 understood about.The experimental film is the avant-garde and creative in our eyes, it does not get bogged down in a format or use a fixed mode like commercial movie, it changes and updates in the constant, it is the most uncertain link in film industry, also is the most rare style fertile land for

5、 filmmaker to show themselves. But no matter what means of exaggeration and what extraordinary clips it used, the movie that really wants to convey to us is the impulse of the directors feeling from his own heart, these beautiful appearance just is the icing to pack these feelings. So this time if w

6、e want to peel off the clothes, to directly show the inside fruit to audiences, to show a primitive type of state to audiences, let the simplest lens directly to collide the soul of audience. We are thinking about the film when we are making it, the people who are watching movie are also thinking ab

7、out it. We dont expect that the audiences can understand the massages from where we want to communicate them. We really want that is the people, who can think alone when they are watching movies, let their each individuals will get different answers in movies, This is our core target to make the fil

8、m.This film in fact that is a psychological adventure from start to finish. Its going through two psychological tests; the first part is the chains of heart, the second is the mind of self-examine. The two parts in the film have no clear division, how to transit exactly from the first part to the ne

9、xt part is different from person to person. Such said that maybe let the many people become baffled, so I want to explain, it is like I said before that each people are viewing this video will have different thinking, because they are different individuals, it cause the time will also be different w

10、hen they wander at every stage. But this does not affect to the analysis for two psychology process, because no matter how to distribute times that will no deviation in this state of two paragraphs.Why do I name the first part of as the shackles of heart? This should talk from our male leading role-

11、the middle-aged man. in fact he is a temporary actor from the street who we spend 20 pounds to hire him. Actually everyone was able to do this character, because it does not need any performance skills. But in order to let the effect achieve the most perfect, it Will have to give up our friends help

12、, because of the state of volunteers what we dont need. We pay actors performing fee, actually it want to let him have a sense of responsibility, or we give him a chain. Since he accepted the money he has the obligation to be serious to do the things he should do. All about the man we knew nothing;

We try to use the psychology and even philosophy view into our movies, although we see ourselves not use them skillful, maybe it is not up to the goals what we expected in many places. But I think that is our innovation, it is do our experimental film, t

19、his is our hope that we can do in our own ways to interpret experimental film这部由我们制作的影片,通篇并没有太多剪辑的痕迹,我们可以从屏幕上看到一个中年的男子很安静的坐在镜头面前。没有什么多余的话语也没有什么更多的动作,镜头聚焦在他那饱受沧桑的脸上,他甚至没有太多的面部表情。但是他是我们的男主角,他这是这部八分钟影片唯一的角色。这样的一部电影也许和传统意义上的experimental film并不一样,我们一般所了解的实验电影总会使用例如故意失焦,jump cut,或者蒙太奇的手法来诠释电影。这些都是不会在我们的影片

20、中出现的手法,在拍摄之前我们进行过长时间的讨论与研究,最后决定舍弃传统的技巧而大胆的尝试这种one take的风格,因为我们决定尝试用自己的方法来解读我们对于experimental film的理解。在我们眼中的experimental film是前卫的,富有创造性的。它并不拘泥于一种格式或者是像商业电影那种固定的模式,它是在不断的变化和更新的,它是电影产业中最不确定的一个环节,也是电影人展现自己风格最肥沃的土地。但是无论它使用什么样子夸张的手段或者任何离奇的剪辑,电影真正想向我们传达的却是导演自己内心中的那些感触的迸发,这些漂亮的外表只是包裹这些感触的糖衣。所以这一次我们想如果让这层衣服剥落

21、下来,直接把最里面的果实展现给观众,展现给观众一种最原始的状态,让最简单的镜头直接碰撞观众的灵魂。拍摄电影的我们在思考,观看电影的人们也在思考。我们并不奢求观众可以从这里了解到我们想传达的信息,我们真正希望的是人们在看电影的时候可以引发他们独自思考,让他们单独的每个个体都会在电影中得到不同的答案。这才是我们这部影片的核心目标。这个影片从开始到结束其实就是一个心理的冒险,它一共经历了两个心理的考验,第一部分是心灵的枷锁,第二个是心灵的自我审视 。这二个部分在影片中没有明确的分界线,到底如何从第一个部分过渡到下一个部分是因人而异的。这么说也许会让很多人迷惑不解,所以我说明一下,就像我之前说的那样每

22、一个观看这个影片的人都会有不同的思考,他们因为个体的不同,导致他们徘徊在每个阶段的时间也会有所不同。不过这并不影响对于这两段心理过程的分析,因为无论时间怎么分配都会毫无偏差的进入这两段状态中。为什么我会把第一个部分命名为心灵的枷锁呢?这就要从我们的男主角这个中年男人说起了,事实上他是我们从街上花费20磅聘请的临时演员。其实这个角色谁都可以胜任,因为不需要任何的表演技巧。但是我们为了让效果达到最完美,就必须放弃让朋友来帮忙,因为志愿者的那种状态不是我们所需要的。我们支付演员表演费,其实是让他拥有一份责任感或者说是我们给他套上的第一个枷锁,他既然接受了我们的钱就有这份义务认真的做好他要作的事。关于这个男人的一切我们一无所知,我们也刻意没有去了解。正如同这个男人对我们也是一无所知一样,我们什么细节的东西也没有告诉他,仅仅是要求他坐在摄像机前静静的看着镜头8分钟。他唯一被告知的就是我们希望他表现的自然一点儿,我们心里都明白这是不可能的,让一个普通人在没有任何准备的情况下在镜头面前表现的如同平常一样是绝对不可能的。这正是摄像机带给他的压力,这是他的第二个枷锁,这样的压力让他的表现非常不自然,我们可以
