外籍教师行为准则

1、外籍老师行为准则 1.按时上、下班，不得迟到、早退和无故缺勤。 be punctual for classes. no lateness and no unexcused absence. 2.提前候课。在预备铃响后必须到教室候课，做好课前预备。 show up before the first ring bell and get ready for the classes. 3.上课中途不能无故离开教室。 no sudden absence throughout the class hour. 4.课堂上不能吃东西，不嚼口香糖，不能坐在讲台上面讲课。 no eating, chewing g

2、um or sitting at teachers table in class. 5.注重仪表及文明用语， 着装要得体，不佩戴过于夸张的饰物，不准穿拖鞋、吊带背心；不讲粗口。 keep dress code in mind, be neat and appropriate, no exaggerated ornament, no slipper and vest. 6.果断不能体罚或变相体罚学生。对学生要有爱心、耐心和细心。 no physical punishment to students; be more patient, considerate and nice to the stu

3、dents. 7.每堂课都应该保持最佳的精神状态，把知识高效地教授给学生。 be energetic and active during the class to effectively impart knowledge to student 8.课堂上如有重大事故发生，应及时与助教老师、班主任和部门主管联系，请 求帮忙。 in case of any emergency, contact the assistant teacher, master teacher or dean of the school teaching department immediately. 9.上班时间如有急事

4、需请假，要办理请假手续。 permission required before temporary leave in class. 10.及时进行课后反馈，与助教或主管主动沟通。 give feedback timely and communicate with chinese english teacher or dean of teaching apartment positively. 11. 加强同事之间的团结，注重沟通，在学生面前不议论校方、老师之间的事情，不得在学生面前争吵或有其它不宜的言论或行为。 strengthen the connection and communication with the teachers regularly; no negative discussion about school and teacher with students. no quarrel, improper talk or behavior as well. 12. 有效组织课堂、控制纪律是老师应具有的基本素质之一。外教不能过于依靠助教或中方老师。 be capable to manage class effectively
