Scope of Application1 适用范围This Procedure is applicable to fabrication of six atmospheric pressure vessels under Zhuhai LNG Project. 本程序适用于珠海LNG 6台常温容器建造项目。2. A

4、eparation before Pressure Testing 3 试压前准备3.1 The pressure testing for vessel shall be carried out after the vessel has been manufactured and confirmed as qualified through inspection and the assembly of vessel comes to the step of pressure testing and before the vessel is coated. 3.1 容器的压力试验。须在容器制造完

5、工检验合格、容器装配过程的工序传到试压工序后,容器涂装前进行。3.2 Before the pressure testing, the operator shall get familiar with the provisions relating to pressure testing as specified in drawing and process card. 3.2 压力试验操作人员操作前必须先熟悉图纸和过程卡的试压内容规定。3.3 The pressure testing shall be carried out in the specified place, and such

6、place shall be equipped with reliable safety facilities and shall have been confirmed as acceptable by the person in charge of technology and the safety department through inspection. In the course of pressure testing, no work irrelated to the testing may be carried out, and no person irrelated to t

7、he testing may stay in the testing place. 3.3 压力试验应在规定的场地进行,场地应有可靠的安全防护设施,并应经单位技术负责人和安全部门检查认可。耐压试验过程中,不得进行与试验无关的工作,无关人员不得在试验现场停留。3.4 The vessel shall be properly placed, so as to avoid the deformation of vessel after being filledwith liquid. The exhaust vent shall be located on the top of vessel, so

8、 as to facilitate the air venting in the course of liquid filling. 3.4 容器应妥善放置,以免容器在充液后发生变形。排气孔应放置在容器的最顶位置,以利于充液时排气。3.5 Before the pressure testing, 0.4-0.5Mpa compressed air shall be applied to the reinforcing ring on openign of vessel, so as to inspect the quality of welding seam. 3.5 容器的开孔补强圈在耐压试

9、验前应通0.40.5Mpa压缩空气检查焊缝质量。3.6 Two pressure gauges which have the same measuring range and are in calibration period shall be used, the measuring range shall be 1.5-3 times the testing pressure (2 times preferred). The pressure gauge shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Regulations for Supe

10、rvision on Safety Technology for Pressure Vessel, and shall be installed on the top of testing device where it is convenient to carry out observation. 3.6 必须用两个量程相同的并在检定周期内的压力表,量程是试验压力的1.53倍,最好选用2倍。压力表应符合压力容器安全技术监察规程的有关规定,并安装在试验装置顶部上便于观察的部位。3.7 All pipe joints and connecting pipe holes on vessel sha

11、ll be sealed up only with the pipe cap, pipe plug or valve which can withstand the pressure no less than the operating pressure of vessel or the closing board which meets the requirements. 3.7 容器所有的管接头和接管子孔只能用大于或等于容器工作压力的管帽、管塞、阀门或符合要求的封板封闭。3.8 Before filling liquid into vessel, the inside of vessel

12、shall be clean. For the purpose of liquid filling, the gas in vessel shall be fully discharged. 3.8 容器充液前,内部应清洁干净,充液时应将滞留在容器内的气体排尽。3.9 Before the pressure testing, the fixing bolts on every connection on pressure vessel shall be in place and reliably tightened up. 3.9 压力试验前,压力容器每一个连接部位的紧固螺栓,必须装配齐全,紧

13、固可靠。3.10 Before the hydraucli testing, the external surface of vessel shall be kept dry and clean. 3.10 液压试验前,容器外表面应保持干燥、干净。4. Water-containing Testing 4 盛水试验4.1 Before the testing, the external surface of welded joint shall be cleaned and dried.4.1 试验前将焊接接头的外表面清理干净,并使之干燥。4.2 The vessel shall be mai

14、ntained for at least one hour after it is filled with water, and thereafter no leakage shall be found along the welding seam. If any leakage is found, the testing shall be carrie dout again after the repair thereof. 4.2 向容器注满水后,应保持一小时以上,检查焊缝应无渗漏,如有渗漏应修补后重新试验。4.3 After the vessel successfully passes

15、the water-containing testing, the hydraucli testing will be carried out. 4.3 盛水试验合格后,转入液压试验。5. Hydraucli Testing 5 液压试验5.1 As for the hydraucli testing, the pressure and temperature of testing liquid shall meet the requirements of design drawing. 5.1 液压试验压力、试验液体温度按设计图样规定执行。5.2 In the course of the t

16、esting for atmospheric pressure vessel, the testing pressure shall be raised slowly until the specified value is reached (Please refer to Table 1 in Annex “Technological Codes for Pressure Testing”), and then be maintained for at least 30 minutes; thereafter, all welded joints and connections shall

17、be inspected. If no leakage is found, the vessel shall be deemed as qualified. If any leakage is found, the testing shall be carried out again after such leakage is repaired. The check on leakage may be carried out by observing the change in output curve of pressure recorder. 5.2 常压容器试验时,压力应缓慢上升,达到规

18、定试验压力(参照附件压力试验工艺守则表一)后,应保持30分钟以上,并检查所有焊接接头和连接部位。应无渗漏为合格,如有渗漏,修补后重新试验。渗漏检查可观察压力记录仪输出曲线的变化。5.3 In the course of testing, the testing pressure shall be raised slowly until the specified value is reached, and then be maintained for 30 minutes; thereafter, the pressure shall be lowered to 80% of the spec

19、ified value, and then be maintained for enough time; all welded joints and connections shall be inspected. If neither leakage nor pressure drop is found, the vessel shall be deemed as qualified. If there is leakage, the testing shall be carried out again after such leakage is repaired. 5.3 压力容器试验时,压

20、力应缓慢上升,达到规定试验压力后,保持压力30分钟。然后将压力降至规定试验的80,并保持足够长的时间对所有的焊接接头和连接部位进行检查。无渗漏,无压降为合格。如有渗漏,修补后重新试验。5.4 In the course of pressure testing, it is prohibited to get the testing pressure exceed the specified value, it is prohibited to get the vessel collided with any heavy article, it is prohibited to maintain

21、 the testing pressure by means of continuous pressurization, and it is prohibited to tighten up bolts under pressure. 5.4 在压力试验过程中,严禁超出规定的试验压力值,严禁用任何重物碰击容器。不得采用连续加压来维持试验压力不变。不得带压紧固螺栓。5.5 In the course of hydraucli testing, if any abnormal noise, pressure drop, paint peeling or other abnormal phenome

22、non is found, the testing shall be suspended immediately, the situation shall be reported to relevant personnel, the cause thereof shall be identified, and the testing shall proceed only after the trouble is eliminated. 5.5 液压试验中,如有发现异常响声,压力下降,油漆剥落,或出现其他不正常现象,当即停止试验,并上报有关人员,查明原因,必须在故障排除后再进行试压。5.6 If

23、 the following conditions are satisfied after the hydraucli testing for pressure vessel is completed, the vessel shall be deemed as qualified: 5.6 压力容器液压试验后,符合下列情况,即为合格:l There is no leakagel 无泄漏l There is no visible abnormal deformationl 无可见的异常变形l There is no abnormal noise int the course of testin

24、gl 试验过程中无异常的响声l As for any material of which the tensile strength is less than 540MPA, no flaw is found on surface through non-destructive testing. l 抗拉强度小于540MPA的材料,表面经无损检测抽查未发现裂纹。5.7After the hydraulic testing for newly-manufactured pressure vessel is completed, the liquid shall be drained away, a

25、nd the inside of vessel shall be dried by compressed air.5.7 新制造的压力容器液压试验完毕后,应将液体排尽并用压缩空气将其内部吹干。5.8Water is taken as the medium for hydraucli testing, and the water used shall be clean. As for the water used to test the pressure vessel made of austenite stainless steel, the content of chlorine ion s

26、hall be less than 25mg/L. After the vessel successfully passes the testing, the water stain thereon shall be cleared away immediately.5.8 液压试验以水为介质,其所用的水必须是洁净的,用做试验奥氏不锈钢压力容器的水,其氯离子含量应控制在25mg/L以下。试验合格后,应立即将水渍去除干净。6 Gas Pressure Testing 6 气压试验6.1 Unless otherwise specified in drawing or otherwise agre

27、ed by technical department, the hydraucli testing may not be replaced by gas pressure testing. 6.1 气压试验除图纸标明或事先征技术部门同意外,一般不得以气压试验代替液压试验。6.2 The gas used in gas pressure testing shall 为dry and clean air, nitrogen or other inert gas. 6.2 气压试验所用气体,应为干燥、清洁的空气、氮气或其他惰性气体。6.3 As for carbon-steel or low-all

28、oy steel pressure vessel, the temperature of gas used in gas pressure testing may not be less than 15; as for pressure vessel made of other materials, the temperature of gas used in gas pressure testing shall meet the requirements of design drawing. 6.3 碳素钢和低合金钢压力容器的试验用气体温度不得低于15,其他材料制压力容器,其试验气体温度应符

29、合设计图纸规定。6.4 The pressure shall be raised slowly to 10% of specified testing pressure (Please refer to Table 1 in Annex “Technological Codes for Pressure Testing”), and then be maintained for 5-10 minutes; thereafter, all welding seams and connections shall be preliminarily inspected; if there is no

30、leakage, the pressure may be raised to 50% of specified testing pressure; if there is no abnormal phenomenon, the pressure may, at the step of 10% of specified testing pressure, be gradually raised to the testing pressure and then be maintained for 30 minutes; thereafter, the pressure shall be reduc

31、ed to 80% of specified testing pressure and be maintained for enough time for carrying out check, and in the course of check, the pressure shall remain unchanged. The practice to maintain the testing pressure by means of continuous pressurization may not be adopted. 6.4 应先缓慢升至规定试验压力(参照附件压力试验工艺守则表一)的

32、10,保压510分钟,并对所有的焊缝和连接部位进行初次检查;如无泄漏可继续升压至规定试验压力的50,如无异常现象,其后按每级为规定试验压力的10,逐级升压到试验压力,保压30分钟;然后降至规定压力的80,保压足够时间进行检查,检查期间压力应保持不变。不得采用连续加压以维持试验压力不变的做法。6.5 The pressure veeels shall be deemed as qualified if no abnormal noise occurs, no gas leakage is found by soapy liquid or by other means and no visible

33、 abnormal deformation coccurs in the course of pressure testing. In the course of pressure testing, it is prohibited to tighten up any bolt under pressure. 6.5 气压试验过程中,压力容器无异常响声,经肥皂液或其他检漏检查无漏气,无可见的异常变形为合格。气压试验过程中严禁带压紧固螺栓。7. Gastightness Testing (Leakage Testing)7 气密性试验(泄露试验)7.1 The gastightness test

34、ing shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of technical drawings and after the vessel successfully passes the hydraucli testing. 7.1 气密性试验应按技术图样要求并在液压试验合格后进行。7.2 The gas used in gastightness testing shall be dry and clean air, notrogen or other inert gas. 7.2 气密性试验所用气体应为干燥、清洁的空气、氮气

35、或其他惰性气体。7.3 As for carbon-steel or low-alloy steel pressure vessel, the temperature of gas used in testing may not be less than 15; as for pressure vessel made of other materials, the temperature of gas used in testing shall meet the requirements of design drawing.7.3 碳素钢和低合金钢压力容器,其试验用气体温度不得低于5,其他材料

36、制压力容器,其试验气体温度应按设计图纸规定。7.4 When the gastightness testing for pressure vessel is carrie dout, all safety accessories shall have been installed; if safety accessories must be installed on site before the vessle is put into service, it shall be stated in the gastightness testing report for pressure vess

37、el that, after the safety accessories are installed, the gastightness testing shall be carried out on site again. 7.4 压力容器进行气密性试验时,安全附件应安装齐全,如需投用前在现场装配安全配件,应在压力容器质量证明书的气密性试验报告中注明装配安全附件后,需再次进行现场气密性试验。7.5 The vessel shall be deemed as qualified if no leakage is found after the pressure is maintained f

38、or no less than 30 minutes. 7.5 经检查无泄漏,保压不少于30分钟即为合格。8. Safety and Acceptance 8 安全和验收8.1 The pressure testing shall be operated by qualified pressure testing operator. Before the testing, the operator shall check the testing tools, which may be used only after being confirmed as meeting relevant req

39、uirements. 8.1 耐压试验必须由合格的压力容器耐压试验工操作。试验前,操作工对试验工具进行检查,确定符合要求后,才能使用。8.2 As for pressure testing, the pressure testing operator shall be familiar with the technical requirements of drawing, and shall carry out the testing in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Procedure. 8.2 耐压试验工操作时,必须熟悉图

40、样的技术要求,并严格按照本程序压力试验条款进行。8.3 In the course of pressure testing, relevant inspection personnel shall always stay in the testing site. The pressure testing operator shall carefully complete the Report on pressure vessel testing, and the inspection personnel shall review and file such report.8.3 耐压试验全过程,有关检验人员必须自始至终在现场参加进行。耐压试验工应该认真填写压力容器试验报告,检验人员监督核实,存档。8.4 No person irrelated to testing may enter into the pressure tes
