Including the relevant environmental requirements in the contract and relevant local environmental legislation in Indonesia.The contractor s

7、hall also ensure that site staff members are aware of the emergency response procedures.This shall be tailored to suit their level of responsibility for environmental matters.2. General Requirements of Environmental Protection The contractor shall develop and implement a site-specific Environmental

8、and Social Management Plan (ESMP),to comply with all applicable Government/Local laws and requirements in Indonesia. Which requirements consideration of land,water,air,and includes management of visual aesthetice,noise,solid waste,and other pollutants.The ESMP shall contain adequate control measures

9、 and training program for the management of environmental and social matters.The contractor shall assume the responsibility of securing all the necessary licenses,permits,clearances and their attendant costs and fees prior to the start of any construction activities. 2.1 General Description2. Environmental Protection Management System lThe Project Management shall establish an Environmental Protection Management Leading Team consisting of and participated by Project Manager, Construction Manager, Chief Engineer, H.S.E. Manager, and responsible persons in all co

13、nstruction teams. This Leading Team shall be the supreme organization in environmental management of the Project. Quality, Safety & Environmental Protection Department shall be the enforcement organization of environmental protection in the whole process of project implementation.lDuties of Envi

Environmental Protection Management System As per Indonesian Engineering Projects requirements on environmental protection, the Project Management establishes the following environment

Implement regular & nonscheduled inspection system and self-check system among construction teams and shifts. Implement information-disclosure system of environmen
