13、o the key words.(120150 words)land safely /make 14 orbits of /take photographs of /take off /the 438th person to travel /send messages of congratulations 周村教师业务大比武教学反思周村实验中学 王婧华以学生为主体的“学案导学 小组合作”式课堂教学模式，在我校已经进行了一年多了，从最初2005年的李素英老师的“学案导学”市级公开课，到2006年远到杜廊口取经，再到我们级部的人人研究新课型，个个新课型过关，都为我这堂比武课打下了深厚的基础。一年多

14、来，我和同事们深入课堂调查研究，如何让学生在课堂上发挥主体作用，如何让学生学得更精彩成为我们研究的主要课题，经过多次的尝试，针对不同的班级情况逐步摸索探讨，形成了具有不同特色的学案导学 小组合作式的教学模式，并加入了合理的小组评价制度，我讲的这堂比武课就是在原有基础上，严格按照市教研室下发的新授课课型模式的基本环节并针对学生的实际情况而设计的。本课采用了组内合作，组间竞赛，学案导学，教师点拨，按积分评价小组的方式，以培养学生的合作和竞争意识，得分规则：答对得1分，声音高/反应快/书写好/能抢答/讨论热烈/纠正错误/提出有探讨价值的问题各加0.5分,不参与/不反应者倒扣1分。本课件由一视频引出两

15、个问题导入新课题，出示本课教学目标然后出示带有英汉的本课新生词，教师带读后出示单词测试，各个小组的测试记分开始，然后由三幅画引入问题，课文快读分段和段落主旨匹配，期间用多媒体插入了快读和读英语报纸文章的学法指导，然后听第一部分回答四个问题，然后仔细读第二和第三部分做四个判断对错题，并把错的改正。以上都是在学生先独自做然后互相交流的基础上让各小组口头展示，以上为课文理解，并公布各小组得分。然后是课文知识点探究，先学生独立做，然后就疑难互相交流，最后各个小组到黑板展示，同时小组其余人用多媒体口头展示，完毕再看黑板给予纠正错误, 然后小组得分。以下完型填空/根据关键词复述课文都按以上步骤,复述课文让

16、各个小组到黑板前口头展示。本课设计的每一步都是为下一步做铺垫,新生词是为完成课文理解扫清障碍, 课文知识点是为重点词组填空做铺垫, 而重点词组填空又是为根据关键词复述课文做准备.其中的各个环节都是紧密相连,缺一不可,环环相扣的。 在完成了所有展示时,有一个本课小结, 并在此幻灯片上建立了一个超级链接, 链接到最初出示过的教学目标,让学生逐一检查是否完成了本课教学目标, 在教学目标这张幻灯片上建立超级链接, 链接到小组评价的幻灯片上, 算出各个小组的得分,给各个小组献花以示鼓励，尤其是对于最后的小组一定不要打击他们学英语的积极性多给予鼓励，最后用多媒体出示当天作业。本课的优点：以学生为主体，互助

17、合作又互相竞争，中间夹杂抢答，按积分评价小组，课堂气氛比较活跃，学生很感兴趣，因为有加分规定，学生基本能按要求做，学生也提出了自己不理解的问题，一直处于主动学习的地位，一上课出示教学目标，给学生明确了该课的任务。在阅读理解课文时用多媒体出示了快读的阅读技巧和读英语报纸文章时的阅读方法点拨，当堂口头或黑板展示调动了学生的积极性，小组得分给他们以成就感，成功感和快乐感，激发了学生学习英语的兴趣。本课缺点：因为是借班上课，小组的划分不是很合理，尤其是四组，（讲课前我看了他们的考试成绩）相对实力很弱，尽管我尽了最大的努力调控，比如把最简单的答题让给四组，最后四组还是倒数第一。我很担心会影响他们学习英语的积极性，课后通过和学生谈话知
