3、23 下端盖及引出线部套的安装-34 轴承的安装-45 转子的安装-56 发电机的找正、定位及封闭-67 冷却器、加热器和过滤器的安装-78 发电机隔音罩刷架的安装-79 转轴接地装置的安装-81 安装概述1.1 本说明书适用于哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司制造的QF-320-2型空冷汽轮发电机,并作为安装工作的指导性技术文件。1.2 本型发电机在安装、检查、试验时应按制造厂提供的有关图纸及技术文件进行。1.3 安装过程中的每项检查、试验的结果都必须有详细正式的记录,记录需交驻现场服务的制造厂代表一份,每份记录需得到制造厂代表认可。1.4 承担安装的施工单位,安装前必须熟悉制造厂及设计单位的有关文件
4、和图纸,针对每道工序的安装技术要求,制定相应的技术措施和安全措施,确保安装质量的可靠和人身、设备的安全。1.5 本说明书中未说明部分,可参照国家标准和行业标准的有关规定进行。1.6 本说明书中的数据、结构等与随机供给的设计图纸有差异时,应以随机设计图纸为准,特殊情况由驻现场服务的制造厂代表确认。2 发电机定子的就位2.1 定子就位前的准备:2.1.1 座板就位前,应铲平基础表面,清除所有多余的或浮层混凝土。2.1.2 必须把伸出基础表面的套管割掉,使之与基础平齐。2.1.3 找好机组的纵、横轴线,检查座板螺孔、电缆孔、通风孔等分布的正确性。2.1.4 将座板下的垫铁置于基础表面上。预置时其中心
5、线偏差不大于3mm,水平高度偏差不大于2/1000,标高偏差不大于5mm。此项工作的技术措施(如垫铁数量、位置、标高偏差、水平度要求等)由施工单位负责。2.1.5 清洗机座底脚、座板、定位键、调节垫片,再次检查其尺寸、孔洞数量及其分布的正确性。2.1.6 将座板连接到机座底脚前,将所有调节垫片置于座板和机座底脚之间。2.1.7 以上工作在定子就位前必须全部完成,不得遗漏。2.2 定子的起吊与就位2.2.1 在起吊或移动定子时,必须用专用吊攀,严禁吊挂和推拉其它部位。起吊定子的措施及起重设备,由施工单位负责。必须保证安全可靠,必要时先进行模拟试验。2.2.2 用千斤顶及吊攀操作,使发电机定子在近
6、似于基础的最终位置上就位,此时要考虑发电机定子机座及座板沿轴向的预移量。2.2.3 使发电机定子重量移到垫铁和座板上,并使各垫铁上的载荷均匀分布。以定子铁芯内径中心为准调整定子中心高。2.2.4 定子就位后,在穿入转子前应完成下列工作:2.2.4.1 检查定子内部并用大功率吸尘器清理定子内部,确保无尘土和杂物遗留。此项工作不能用压缩空气吹扫代替。2.2.4.2 为避免将异物带入机内,进入定子的人员应穿着连体工作服及胶底鞋,工作服及胶底鞋不允许带有金属,确有必要带入定子内的工具需做好记录,工作完成后需确认工具全部带出定子。2.2.4.3 用万用表测量定子各测温元件的直流电阻值。2.2.4.4 在
7、冷态下,用250V兆欧表或万用表测量定子各测温元件的绝缘电阻,其对地绝缘电阻应不低于1M。2.2.4.5 检查定子机座各结合面的平面度和粗糙度,清除其毛刺和凸起部分。2.2.4.6 检查定子绕组的绝缘。在发电机出口引线与外部引线断开时,每相对地(其它两相接地)的绝缘电阻在用2500V兆欧表测量时,其值应不低于200M。2.2.4.7 检查发电机定子绕组的直流电阻,用双臂电桥测量,与制造厂提供的数据进行比较。同一相电阻值测量结果与出厂值比较相差不超过2%,且各相电阻值(扣除引线电阻值)相差不超过2%。3 下端盖及引出线部套的安装3.1 下端盖的安装3.1.1 检查下端盖及定子机座各把合面的平面度
8、和粗糙度,清理毛刺和突起部分。3.1.2 将下端盖把合到定子机座上,然后把紧所有螺栓。3.1.3 将出线板把合到下端盖上,然后把紧所有螺栓。 3.2 引出线部套的安装3.2.1 引出线的安装要注意各导电面的良好接触。3.2.2 预装引出线:将定子引出线、主引线接触板用螺栓把紧后,检查接触板的导电接触面积。3.2.3 正式组装引出线:彻底清理引出线、主引线接触板上的碳粉、杂物、金属毛刺和水分,然后把紧所有螺栓,保证各导电面的接触面积不小于75%。3.2.4 包扎引出线及主引线处的绝缘,详见随机图纸。3.2.5 引出线绝缘固化后,进行引出线夹板的安装工作,以固定引出线。4 轴承的安装4.1 轴承的
9、初安装4.1.1 发电机轴承装配单独安装在轴承座板上,将轴承座与轴承座板把合孔对正后, 把紧轴承座上的底脚螺栓,然后按图纸要求现场配钻轴承座板上的销孔(与轴承座同钻绞)。4.1.2 检查和刮研轴瓦下半球面(外球面)与轴承座上的垫块(内球面)的接触面,要求每平方厘米接触1-2点的面积不低于75%且均匀分布。4.1.3 检查轴承巴氏合金无夹渣、气孔、凹坑、裂纹或脱胎等缺陷。4.1.4 检查轴承测温元件的绝缘情况。用250V兆欧表检查,其绝缘电阻值应不低于1M。4.1.5 轴承座与轴承座板处的绝缘板应表面清洁、无毛刺及卷边,安装后,用1000V兆欧表测量其绝缘电阻值,应不低于1M。4.1.6 检查上
10、半轴瓦外球面与轴承盖内球面之间的间隙,其顶部间隙应符合图纸的要求。4.1.7 上述检查和调整完结后,依次将轴承座、下半轴瓦、上半轴瓦进行预组装。4.2 轴承的最终组装4.2.1 轴承的初安装检查合格后,将励端轴承装配全部把合到转子励端轴径上,准备穿转子。4.2.2 待转子穿入定子后,最终安装汽励两端轴承装配,并打入定位销。4.2.3 将励端轴承装配固定在轴承座板上,打紧定位销。4.2.4 拆除励端轴承盖。4.2.5 装好轴瓦的测温元件及测轴瓦绝缘电阻的引线,装好高压顶轴装置。4.2.6 把紧水平螺栓后,上、下半轴瓦水平合缝面用0.05mm塞尺检查应塞不进。4.2.7 检查轴与轴瓦的顶部间隙,应
11、符合图纸的要求。4.2.8 把合轴承盖并装配其绝缘定位销。4.2.9 安装轴承挡油盖,其与轴的间隙应符合图纸的要求。5 转子的安装5.1 概述转子安装作为汽轮发电机的重要工序,应按照以下程序进行,以便在转子穿入定子前将所应进行的各项检查项目进行完毕,避免返工。5.2 转子穿入定子前的检查:5.2.1 用电桥测量转子绕组的冷态直流电阻,同时记录室温。5.2.2 在220V电压下,测量转子绕组的静态交流阻抗值(在机组的启动过程中,还应测量不同转速下的转子绕组的动态交流阻抗值)。5.2.3 测量转子绕组的绝缘电阻值。测量步骤:5.2.3.1 用500V兆欧表进行初步检查, 并将测得值与制造厂产品合格
12、证之值进行比较。5.2.4 进行转子绕组的通风孔检查试验(详见JBT62292005透平发电机转子气体内冷通风道检验方法及限值)。5.3 穿转子前的准备:5.3.1 用大功率吸尘器清理定子内部及转子表面的灰尘和杂物。5.3.2 将转子槽楔通风孔的“塞堵物”(用于保护及试验)全部拆除,并严格保证没有遗漏(切记!)。5.3.3 确认穿转子时风扇叶片已从转子上全部拆除。5.4 穿转子5.4.1 穿抽转子工具及穿抽转子程序详见随机图-穿抽转子图。5.4.2 穿抽转子时应注意,严禁将护环、集电环、风扇座环、轴径、槽楔等要害部位作为受力点。5.4.3 将两端大端盖把合到机座上。大端盖与基础面上的座板之间应
13、用浸胶的细毛毡密封,以防漏风。5.4.4 转子穿入后,装两端风扇叶片。风扇叶要按制造厂的钢印标记对号入座,并注意风扇叶片的方向, 按图纸规定力矩把紧风扇叶片固定螺母,并锁好止动垫片。6 发电机的找正、定位及封闭6.1 机组轴向位置的确定 确定发电机定子、转子的轴向位置时,应考虑机组满负荷时转子轴向膨胀的影响。调整和确定定、转子轴向磁中心的相对位置以及电刷架与集电环的相对位置时,应将定子、电刷架向发电机励端方向预移。预移量见下表:单位:mm预移部位发电机定子电刷架预移量t/2+tt+y+t注:t为满负荷运行时,汽轮机转子向发电机方向的轴向总膨胀量。该值由汽轮机供货单位提供。 t为满负荷运行时,发
14、电机转子本体轴向的膨胀量。详见发电机随机图纸。Y为满负荷运行时,发电机隔音罩刷架偏移量,详见发电机随机图纸。6.2 发电机的初找正6.2.1 定子就位后以及转子穿入定子后,即可进行发电机的初找正。此项工作应在二次灌浆之前进行。6.2.2 首先检查转子联轴器,其径向及端面的跳动均不应大于0.03mm。6.2.3 根据机电办(1988)234号文中二、(二)、2条规定,“汽轮机厂负责协调低压转子与发电机间对轮找正要求(中心标高及张口偏差),并写入汽轮机安装说明书”。 因此发电机转子以汽轮机低压转子为基准找中心的工作应在汽轮机供货单位技术人员的指导下,按汽轮机供货单位的有关技术文件进行。6.3 发电
15、机的最终找正:应在初找正及二次灌浆彻底完成后进行,发电机本身的组装工作当然应先期完成。6.4 发电机的封闭6.4.1 发电机内部的组装工作(包括气封装置、轴承等的安装详见相应部分的安装说明)开始前,必须彻底清理其内部,必须确保机内无任何杂物遗留,最后封闭前应再次检查定子内部。6.4.2 安装上端盖的定位销。6.4.3 安装导风环,调整导风环与转子风叶的间隙,使其符合图纸的要求,然后装配定位销。6.4.4 把挡风环把合到上端盖上,装完后要检查气封回路孔要畅通。7 冷却器和过滤器的安装7.1 冷却器的严密性试验:按冷却器额定压力的1.25倍考核,30min无变化。7.2 将冷却器把合到发电机底部的
16、基础上,有缝隙处用毛毡和钢板堵住密封。7.3过滤器安装在发电机底部的基础侧面,具体位置详见冷却器安装图纸。7.4 由冷却器分隔成的冷却器小间的冷热风室,应用橡胶板固定密封,防止冷、热风混风。8 发电机隔音罩、刷架的安装8.1 先组装刷架底架座板,调整其高度和水平度。8.2 调整底架的轴向位置,以保证在冷态及额定负荷时电刷均能全面接触集电环,然后将底架固定。8.3 所有导电接触面确保结合严密。8.4 在发电机组找好中心后组装刷架。若刷盒及保持弹簧到集电环的径向间隙与图纸要求的尺寸不符时,必须通过调整与导电板把合在一起的整体部件位置来满足图纸要求。调整合格后,通过接板与底架焊接固定。刷架各处与集电
17、环的径向间隙及轴向间隙并符合图纸要求。8.5 安装电刷, 使电刷在刷盒中应能自由活动。8.6 调整集电环处的风扇与刷架处的导风环之间的径向间隙应符合图纸的要求。8.7 电刷使用前应进行适形研磨。方法取如下之一:8.7.1 用胶带将数张200目砂布贴附于集电环上, 然后将电刷装入刷盒,利用起动前的盘车过程进行电刷的适形研磨。8.7.2 按集电环外径尺寸做一个“假轴”,然后将200目砂布贴附其上,再用手工方法进行适形研磨。8.8 刷架与底架之间的绝缘电阻值,用1000V兆欧表进行测量应不小于1M。8.9 安装隔音罩。将隔音罩放在底架上对正中心,以隔音罩底脚上的孔为基准,在底架上划线、钻孔、攻丝,然
18、后用螺栓把隔音罩把紧在底架上。8.10 刷架底架下的冷却风道按设计院的图纸、文件进行安装。注意:隔音罩和端板装配形成的通风道,必须与底架上的气封用压力风孔对正。9 转轴接地装置的安装9.1 发电机转轴接地装置(接地电刷)系用来将转轴本体良好接地,从而抑制或消除轴电压及轴电流危害的专门装置。9.2 布置好接地联接线。一端良好并可靠接地,另一端引至汽轮机端轴承附近固定好,并预留出接头。9.3 在电刷与转轴接触的部位,沿整个圆周将转轴上的防护漆除掉,以保证两者良好接触。9.4 机组启动过程中应进行轴电压试验。Table of Contents1 Introduction -102 Installat

20、1 Introduction1.1 The introduction fits to the installation and assembly of the QF-320-2 type Generator,it is as a instruction for the shipping、storage、start-up and maintenance for generator. The installation of this type generator is included the installation of mainframe system and assistant syste
21、m. The mainframe system installation saw the installation and assembly of mainframe system, and assistant system installation see the installation and assembly of assistant system.1.2 Please according to the correlative drawing and technical document Install、check and test the generator.1.3 During i
22、nstallation process, the result of every check and test must be formally recorded, it needs three record at least, one is kept by yourself, and one is delivered to the consumer, and one is handed to the TA of manufacturer.1.4 The contractor must be up on the correlative document and drawing of the m
23、anufacturer, and constitute the corresponding technical measure and safe measure, make sure the safe of body and equipment.1.5 The part that isnt mentioned in the instruction can refer to the standard of china and the standard of industry.1.6 If the dimension, structure and data gave in the instruct
24、ion have some difference with the drawing, please base on the drawing. 2 Installation of stator2.1 Preparement before installing stator:2.1.1 Scoop up and clean up the incompact or redundant beton, the thickness of beton needed to clean up is between 30 mm and 90 mm.2.1.2 Slice off the thimble beyon
25、d the base, make it parallel with the base. 2.1.3 Get the cross and longitudinal axes of the unit, check to make sure the position of baseplate screw、cable hole and ventilation hole is correct.2.1.4 Take the bearing plate which is at bottom of the baseplate on the base surface. When preplacing, the
26、warp of the central line cant be beyond 3 mm, and tha warp of horizontal highness cant be beyond 2/1000, and the warp of elevation cant be beyond 5 mm. The contractor is responsible for the technical measure (for example, the quantity of bearing plate、position、the warp of elevation、level and so on)
27、of this work.2.1.5 Clean up the foot of stator、bearing plate、the key and support plate,recheck the dimension、the quantity of holes and the position to see weather they is correct or not.2.1.6 Before connecting the bearing plate to the stator foot, take all the support plate to the place between the
28、bearing plate and foot.2.1.7 The work above-mentioned must be finished before the stator fill its shoes, dont forget!2.2 Crane and install the stator:2.2.1 When Craning or move the stator, it should be used the special trunnion, dont sling and haul other position. The crane and measure for craning s
29、tator is taked charged by contractor. It must be safe, it can be simulated by a test if needs.2.2.2 Let the stator nearly fill its final shoes by using the jack and trunnion, it should consider the length that the stator and baseplate will move towards the direction of axes.2.2.3 Let the weight of s
30、tator be diverted to the support plate and baseplate, the load on the support base should be equal. Align the center hight of stator by the standard of the stator core inner diameter center.2.2.4 After the stator fills its shoes, the work under mentioned should be done for preparing to insert rotor:
31、2.2.4.1 Use the high-power cleaner to clean up the stator chamber, make sure no impurity exists.2.2.4.2 Let the stator nearly fill its final shoes by using the jack and rubber-soled, it should consider the length that the stator and base plate will move towards the direction of axes.2.2.4.3 Use the
32、electric bridge or multimeter to measure the DC resistance.2.2.4.4 On the cold condition, use the 250 Volt megger or multimeter to measure the insulation resistance of stator temperature sensors, and the insulation to ground must be not less than 1 M. 2.2.4.5 Inspect each joint of stator frame, make
33、 sure no burr and high point exist.2.2.4.6 Measure the insulation of stator coil. When the line terminal is cut off with the outside line, use the 2500 volt megger to measure the insulation resistance that every phase to ground, and the result must be not less than 200 M.2.2.4.7 Check the DC resista
34、nce of the stator coil which use double bridge to measure, and the result should be compared with the data that the manufactory provide. The discrepancy between the data measured and the data provided by the manufactory on the same phase should not be beyond 2%, furthermore the discrepancy of the re
35、sistance (eliminate the resistance of the down-lead) between each phase should not be beyond 2%.3 The installation of the lower end shield and main lead3.1 The installation of terminal enclosure3.1.1 Check the flatness and roughness of the joint between the stator frame and the lower end shield, and
36、 clean up the burr and high point.3.1.2 Bolt the lower end shield to the stator frame, then tighten the all the bolts.3.1.3 Bolt the leading-out board to the terminal box, and tighten all the bolts. 3.2 Install the main lead3.2.1 It is careful that there should be good contact on the conducting surf
37、ace when you assemble the main lead.3.2.2 Preassemble the down-lead: tighten the contact plates between the main lead of stator and line terminal,check the contact of contact plate.3.2.3 Formally assemble the main lead: completely clean up the carbonaceous、dust and impurity of the main lead and line
38、 terminal, then tighten all the bolts, and make sure the contact area of the contact surface is beyond 75%.3.2.4 Wrap the insulation of the main lead and line terminal, and the notes refer to the drawing and standard.3.2.5 After the insulation of the leads have solidified, and install the splints of
39、 the leads for fixation.4 Install the bearing4.1 Preassemble the bearing:4.1.1 The bearing assembly is solely assembled on the bed plate of the bearing, after centering the bolting holes between bearing blocked and bed plate of bearing, tighten all the foot bolts of the bearing blocked ,then drill t
40、he pinholes on the bearing blocked on site according to the drawing(drill and ream with bearing blocked together).4.1.2 Inspect and rescrape the contact surface between the spherical surface of the lower half bearing (outer sphere) and spacer block of the bearing (inner sphere). The contact area mus
41、t be beyond 75%.4.1.3 Check the Babbitt metal if it has cinder inclusion、air hole、steel pit、crack、 bodiness.4.1.4 Use 250 volt megger to check the insulation resistance of temperature element, and the resistance should not be less than 1M.4.1.5 The insulation plate between the bearing block and the
42、bearing base plate should be clean、no burr and no raised edge, and use 1000 volt to measure the insulation resistance after finishing the installation, and the insulation resistance should not be less than 1M.4.1.6 Check the contact between the outer sphere of upper half bearing and the inner sphere
43、 of the bearing cap. And the note is same as the section of 4.1.2, and the top gap should be between 0.150.25 mm.4.1.7 After the check above-mentioned and the alignment above-mentioned has finished, and preassemble the bearing block、lower half bearing、upper half bearing in order.4.2 Final installati
44、on of the bearing:4.2.1 After preassemble of bearing is checked out, disassemble out the bearing assembly of the collector end, and bolt it to the rotor journal of the collector end, and prepare to insert the rotor.4.2.2 After the rotor is inserted into the stator, patrick steam installed at both en
45、ds of the ultimate bearing assembly. And hit into locating dowel.4.2.3 Install the bearing assembly on the bed plate of the bearing, and hit into locating dowel.4.2.4 Disassemble out the bearing cap of the collector end.4.2.5 Install the temperature sensor of the bearing and the leading wire for mea
46、suring the insulation resistance of the bearing, install shaft lift oil assembly.4.2.6 Tighten the bolts of the joint, and 0.05 mm feeler shouldnt go in.4.2.7 Check the top gap between the bearing and journal, it should accord with the notes on the table attached.4.2.8 Bolt the bearing cap and insta
47、ll the insulation locating pin.4.2.9 Install bearing oil deflector, and gap between the oil deflector and journal should accord with the notes on the table attached.5 Insert the rotor5.1 Introduction:The installation of the rotor is important hold point of the generator, it should do as the followin
48、g procedure, so all the check can be completed before rotor is inserted in, and avoid to do poorly done work over again5.2 The check before inserting rotor:5.2.1 Measure cold DC resistance, and record the room-temperature at the same time.5.2.2 Use AC 220 volt to measure the cold AC impedance (and w
49、hen the unit starts up, still need to measure dynamic AC impedance of the rotor winding on the different RPM).5.2.3 Measure the insulation resistance of the rotor winding, follow the under mentioned step:5.2.3.1 Use 500 volt megger to measure, and the data got compare with the data on the certificat
50、ion of qualification.5.2.4 Do ventilation test of the rotor winding(refer to theJB/T622792 the method and limitation for the ventilation hole test of the generator rotor).5.2.5 Negotiate about whither do the dielectric strength test or not.5.3 Prepare for inserting rotor:5.3.1 Use the cleaner to cle
51、an the stator chamber and the rotor surface.5.3.2 Remove all the plugs of the ventilation holes, make sure no plug is left.5.3.3 Remove all the fan blades of both the collector end and turbine end.5.4 Insert rotor:5.4.1 The tools and procedure for inserting rotor refer to the drawing of inserting ro
52、tor.5.4.2 When inserting rotor or drawing out rotor, dont take the retaining ring、collector ring、blade ring、journal、slot wedge and so on for the support point.5.4.3 Bolt the end shield to the stator frame, and use the hair felt dipped by glue to cover the space between the support plate and end shie
53、ld, and avoid air leakage.5.4.4 After the rotor is inserted into the stator, Install the fan blade according to the sign, and take care of the fan direction, tighten the bolt according to the torque, and lock the lock plate. 6 Alignment、orientation and sealing of the generator 6.1 Fix on the axial p
54、osition of the unit: When ensure the axes position of the stator and rotor, the rotor axes expansion should be considered .When align and ensure the relative position of the axes magnetic force between the stator and rotor, and when align and ensure the relative position between the collector ring and collector house, move the stator and collector house towards the collector end.
