利用110报告检查全网隐形故障载频

1、利用110报告对全网载频隐性故障排查上海贝电时鹏春节邻近，为更好的保障定西移动通信网络春节期间的正常运行，为广大用 户提供高质量的服务，木周我们对全网载频硬件隐形故障进行了排查。排查的方式为：话务报告和rms跟踪相结合。首先我们根据llocounter中的 mc370和mc38o来计算每块载频的平均tch占用时长，或根据hocounter的 mc390和mc400來计算每块载频sdcch平均占用时长。初步筛选出了tch占用 时长较短或sdcch占用时长较长，且占用次数较多的载频。tch 平均占用时长=mc380(time_trx_busy)/mc370 (nb_trx_alloc)c370ac
