3、look for the boy, however. 【自我归纳】 1. 二者都意为“_”。2. _是并列连词，连接两个并列分句，两分句间可用逗号也可不用，两句在总的意义上构成了对比关系。3. _不能直接连接两个分句，必须另起新句，并常用逗号与句子隔开。【名师指津】 1. (1)从语意上看，but所表示的是非常明显的对比关系，转折意味比however强。(2)从语序上看，but总是位于所引出的分句之首， but之后一般不使用逗号。2. however作副词用时，表示“然而；但是”，可以位于句首、句中和句末。(1)位于句中时，其前后都要用逗号隔开；(2)位于句首时，要用逗号与句子其他部分隔开；(
