1、    小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的治疗中采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合孟鲁司特钠治疗的临床效果观察    李文文【摘 要】 目的：研究小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的治疗中采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合孟鲁司特钠治疗的临床效果观察。方法：选取本院64例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎开展研究，标本纳入时间为2018年9月至2019年9月，随机分为参照组和观察组，各32例。分别使用阿奇霉素治疗和阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗，对比治疗成效。结果：观察组的体征恢复时间以及住院时间均低于参照组，且和参照组相比，观察组治疗有效率相对较高，差异均具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论：在对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎
